Have used 3T's several times and Always pleased with his knowledge and prices!I Stay Way from shops that charge alot more and don't have to drive an weight for the shops to charge higher price!Ben is Very Professional and Nice!

I messaged him on Facebook and he automatically came off as rude. I asked him about a time that he would be stopping by then he responded with like I said before even though he never gave me a time frame until I asked. He has poor communication skills, instead of letting me know he was on his way or giving me a call or text saying he arrived like any other business has that I ve dealt with he rang the doorbell and just left. Unfortunately my doorbell doesn t work so I had no idea he arrived until I messaged him 4 hours later asking if he was going to still be coming by. Definitely needs to work on communicating better with clients and let them know when he s on his way or 15 minutes out like any other business would do.

Contacted Ben to inquire about replacing my dad's alternator. From first contact he was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and a good communicator. He quoted a reasonable price and had availability just a few days out. He is very personable, arrived on time, kept to the quote, and did a great job on Dad's van. My dad enjoyed working on his own vehicle for many years and Ben was nice enough to let Dad look over his shoulder, chatter about the job he was doing, admire his equipment, and even exchange a few "car stories". A much more satisfying experience than working with a big garage service center. I highly recommend Ben and 3T's Mobile Automotive Repair to anyone.

From the moment he arrived at my home to the completion of the job, Ben was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.What impressed me the most about Ben was his ability to diagnose the problem with my car quickly and accurately. Ben came through in a big way for me. My job ended up being a little more in depth than expected, so, I had my car towed to his place and he took care of it there for me. Ben is very honest and does great work. He kept me informed every step throughout this process. I had issues with my ignition housing and had to be towed while attending a funeral. Within a week Ben was able order, obtain and install the part with no issues. His prices are reasonable and he provides great service. Ben is awesome. My car was misdiagnosed and I was about to be over charged by $2000. He looked at it free of charger, and fixed my car as soon as I was ready. Kept me informed every step of the way. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We had a used vehicle we were hoping to fix up for a family member, and he was honest about it being more money to fix than it s worth. We have two other vehicles, one that had an oil issue no other mechanic had been able to diagnose, and Ben was able to. Our second vehicle just started having issues and Ben squeezed us into his busy schedule to get it worked on. We have four children, so this meant a lot to us because our SUV is the only vehicle we have that fits all 6 of us. He s just an overall nice guy and the best mechanic around. Honesty and reliability. Can t ask for anything better in a mechanic. 3T s diagnosed, repaired and recharged my Son's 1994 F150 air conditioning in less than an hour. Prices are more than fair. Ben with 3T's automotive repair was competent, professional and amazing to work with. He came out multiple times for various problems on our only vehicle, which was driven from Montana to Florida, and had a few persistent issues that our last mechanic basically threw in the towel for. Ben was able to fix all issues at a VERY fair price. He made sure what he charged me for would actually fix the problems with the car by allowing me to drive it for a bit, and always made sure to explain exactly what he believed the issues were and even explained how to replace something on our own if we preferred to save a bit on labor costs. Ben was very prompt in connecting to my inquiry. I had 2 vehicle that needed issues identity and 1 that needed an install of A/C compressor and condenser. He gave me a quote for work that needed to be done and unlike other repair shops his quote did not increase by hundreds of dollars. Best part of having Ben repair vehicle is that he comes to you and is honest about issues. He stayed in contact with me and didn't leave me hanging, which is awesome. My parents, my daughter, and I will definitely continue to use 3T's Mobile Automotive Repair from now on for vehicle repairs. Best mechanic we have met yet! Knowledgeable, fast, this guy knows his stuff! Our workvan broke down and we could not figure out while it was stalling.Ben came out that day and within an hour had it diagnosed. There was actually 2 problems he found.Workvan is out today and running better than it has in a long time.He brings literally the shop right to you. We will use him again and I would 100% recommend him. Better than any shop around-and I have tried numerous shops! Outstanding service. Ben came out and fixed my air conditioning on my RV. Even to go so far as buying new tools to get the job done on site rather than me having to take it to a shop. I have been full time in mt RV traveling for 3 years and have had several folks come out to repair issues. Hands down the best service and pricing that I have had.Service: Air conditioning

Ben was a pleasure to work with! The AC in my car started to falter- it would not get cold when the outside temperature was very hot. During our initial call, he already knew the cause of the issue. He was extremely flexible with coming to my job to work on my car & his communication was fantastic. Super nice guy and very knowledgeable, too. I have gotten my car serviced by a few mobile mechanics in Ocala & Ben was by far the easiest one to work with. My AC is ICE COLD again! I absolutely plan to use 3T's Mobile Auto Repair for all my future auto needs!

My car just shut off while I was driving and wouldn't start. I had to push to a store and I called 3T to come look at it. Ben came out and said the timing belt broke and there might be a change it damaged the engine. Ben told me he going to research and find out if my motor is no good if the timing belt brakes. Ben called me back and told me my engine is a kind of engine that shouldn't be damaged so he gave me a quote to replace the timing chain and water pump. for a whole week I had to walk to my mother in law house after work. The following week Ben replaced the timing chain and water pump. when he was done the engine was running right and noticed my hermanic balancer was damaged and it was a Friday and he can't come out until Monday. I was really hoping the car would of been fix after the timing and pump were replaced. Saturday morning Ben calls and ask if he could come over cause he picked up the balancer for me to get me back on the road and of course I said yes please I'll be home. he came by replaced the balancer turned it on and was still running ruff. he look around and noticed something was unplugged so he plugged it in, put the computer on it and started to run great. I'm not a rich guy and when I ask Ben how much I owe him he said I only owe him for the timing belt and water pump and said he won't charge me for the balancer or time he spend putting it on. I honestly was almost in tears cause just about my whole check went towards the timing and pump. for Ben to come out on a Saturday when he doesn't work on weekend and not even charge me was just amazing. It wasn't about the money for him he said he could nt sleep last night thinking how my car wasn't fix and he knew I was walk after work. Ben with 3T automotive is a stand up guy and wish him nothing but the best. thank u so much for what u did. My wife and I really appreciate it.

I called 3T's Mobile Auto Care needing 2 new A/C lines for my Nissan Armada. Ben was great! He was professional and punctual and took the time to explain my issue and the plan of action to fix it. Ben's prices were fair, within my budget, and well below what the dealership quoted me. Best part of all is Ben comes to you!! I will use no other mechanic moving forward and thank God he steered me Bens way!
