I bought a set of 4 new tires there, and the next day after installation I realized that one of the four were different year manufactured, 2020 compared to 2022. The rubber even feels older, it's not soft like the newer ones.Then their mechanics heavily scratched 2 my new rims while changing those tires.Moreover, their website says that I can get $75 rebate that's why I chose certain tires. But when I tried to claim my rebate it told me that I'm not eligible for it.Will never get back there and would recommend you to do the same.They will probably reply to this review with standard text "Call us and see what we can do for you", but we all know that it's just an excuse.Very frustrating.

Had my tires on my 08 Sequoia replaced here. Customer service was top notch. Alex, the assistant manager, went above and beyond to take care of us - we really appreciated him looking out for the best interests of the customers and we will definitely be making this our regular place for car upkeep. Mike was also very friendly and helpful. Overall fantastic experience!

This team is amazing!! They were not able to get me in last minute today for an oil change, but my oil light was on and they gave me a quart for free so I could feel better about going to work today and getting it done in the morning!! Thank you!! Alex was awesome!!!

They were able to get me in right away today with no appointment when I had a nail in my tire. Very short wait and they fixed me up with no fuss. Other tire places I called today didn t want to patch the tire because it was an Alfa Romeo but the guys at Mavis were super chill and didn t even bat an eye. Tire patch cost was reasonable and cheaper than buying 4 new tires. Thanks guys! I ll be back whenever I need something.

I feel like I got an honest assessment, no unnecessary up selling attempts, and reasonable prices in the world of expensive auto repairs. I trust them enough that I came back and brought my wife's vehicle in the week after mine. I plan to return when the time comes. It's hard to find a car place you can trust.

Driving down main street Dunedin on a Sunday morning my tire pressure light came on.I saw the Mavis Tire store, and they were open.The service was incredible! They checked my tires, carefully explained everything to me and and got me back on the road.I highly recommend Mavis Tires and Brakes in Dunedin.

I truly had an amazing experience! I ve only ever leased cars, so I would just take it to the dealership. Now I own a car and WOW! I am ignorant! They have been so friendly and so kind. The customer service is top-tier. They didn t make me feel stupid for asking (probably very obvious) questions. And the prices were way more reasonable than I anticipated!

So Today I noticed I had a nail in my tire with a slow leak. I went to Mavis Tires and Breaks in Dunedin FL. Got to say, these guys were awesome. Changed Oil and Fixed Tire all within 45 Min. Thanks Guys. Major Props. Will definitely be returning to you guys.01/18-2024Made trip to these guys here. Fantastic treatment and help. Received New Tires and truck inspected. Made me feel safe of mind with my vehicle. Will always continue to use these guys. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommend.

I called Mavis Dunedin with a very unreasonable request and probably sounded like a madman. They responded in the most professional way imaginable. Not only did they attend to my vehicle quickly but also communicated with me along the way. Prices at this establishment are more than fair considering the expertise that lives here. In particular, Mike, the proprietor, is a gem of a guy. Highly recommend this business.

This Mavis store is by far the best in the Tampa Bay area. We had major issue resolved by Mike the manager at the Dunedin branch. Don't waste your time going to another branch, take the drive and go to the Dunedin, they are knowledgeable on placing the correct tires on your vehicle and provide the utmost superior customer service.

Thank you Mike for your help! Needed a last minute evaluation on the purchase of a used car and Mike was able to get the car evaluated. The car ended up having hidden undisclosed issues! Appreciate the insight and feedback saved us from buying the wrong car. Would highly recommend this location for service.

Came in with a hole through my work tire. I have a very odd size tire and this store was the only one in the area that had what I was looking for. The price was great and the service was even better. Everyone that was working was knowledgeable and engaged me as a customer. I highly recommend this location

After a week of dealing with a slow leak in a tire, I went online and found Mavis Tires had excellent reviews. These reviewers are right! The website for Mavis is user friendly and I easily made a reservation for an hour later. Upon arrival I was immediately served and within minutes the tire was being repaired for what turned out to be a VERY reasonable price. In short, a great experience.

I would highly recommend Mavis Tires on Main Street in Dunedin, FL. I was here visiting Clearwater for the weekend with my Special Needs son and got a nail in my tire. I tried 2 Tire Plus locations, and they wouldn't give me the time or day to help a mother and her child who were in an unfamiliar town with a flat tire. Oh, wait they put air in it for me! The Manager at Mavis Tires stepped up and without missing a beat fixed my tire and did it so professionally and efficiently. He understood my situation and had compassion. I am so grateful for the staff at The Mavis on Main Street and will never forget them helping me. It's refreshing to see that there is still great customer service out there. Thank you, guys and Blake thanks you too.

The customer service was great. I didn t have to wait to be acknowledged. They got all my info, they asked me what I thought what was wrong with my car in detail and took my car around. After completing a diagnostic they had a list of what was wrong and went over it in detail with me which I appreciate. They were very patient and understanding so much that the two men helping us one being the manager helped with our price and also threw in some things for free which was amazing!!! Their prices were already great from the beginning but they were very kind and greatly appreciated. Thank you so much Mavis team you helped out so much today and my car runs great now you guys were amazing!!!

Stopped in during a busy holiday rush because of a screw in my tire. Mark was quick and efficient in servicing the tire. He learned the screw hadn t damaged the tire and no repair was needed. No charge at a time when money was tight. Thank you Mark and Mavis!

Went in for front brakes and rotors and found out that my calipers seized and I was left with limited funds and Alex went out of his way to make it right for me He did everything he could do to make it right definitely the place to have your breaks or any other service completed they definitely go out of their way to satisfy their customers

I have been here about 3 times now.I drive a Toyota Corolla so I am sure they have tires on hand for my car commonly. But they have always been able to help me in a pinch when a tire has a nail in it. Not to mention I show up without an appointment.I appreciate their help in a stressful time.Thank you!
