Top-notch service, fantastic tires, can't recommend Firestone Dunedin enough!I recently needed new tires for my car and took it to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Dunedin. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. They took the time to understand my needs and budget, and then recommended some high-quality tires at a price that was very reasonable. If you've done your internet research, you will get a more complete picture of the overall longevity and value for your vehicle's needs.The service was incredibly fast too. I was in and out in about an hour, which was amazing considering I was expecting to be there for much longer. (If you are, the plaza will fill your time with activities.)Overall, I can't recommend Firestone Dunedin highly enough. If you're looking for new tires, be sure to check them out! They've got a fantastic selection, great prices, and top-notch service.

Shout out to the Firestone Complete Auto Care in Dunedin Florida! Not only did they do a wonderful job on the work order, they were efficient and had amazing business etiquette! And, they came in $300 under the original bid!My fur babies and I shall get home to the great North safely.Thank you Firestone of Dunedin, FL!

If you value your vehicle looking nice DO NOT bring it here. This is the aftermath of this shop mounting tires on my stock wheels thankfully I didn't not bring any aftermarket wheels here for these guys to ruin. Do better.

Everybody was nice and helpful. I went in for a routine oil change and the manager noticed my tires were very worn. So my $40 oil change turned into an $800 visit. Seeing my cringing face he did everything he could to keep the cost as low as possible. I will definitely go back

While driving my car it got overheated and I stopped at this Firestone scared of the outcome at this time it was around 5:30pm- 6:00pm in the evening. The staff were so knowledgeable and understanding that they checked my car and within 30 minutes they told me what was the problem with the estimate. They did tell me that the part was not available until the next morning which I was okay with. The next morning the manager called me and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up which at the time was around 9:00am- 10:00am in the morning. I picked the car up and drove it for about an hour or 2 to make sure it drove fine, the ac even feels stronger now, I m thankful that it is drivable now and I just want to thank this location for providing a phenomenal experience.Thank you Firestone

They got my car in on the same day I first called, fixed everything, and the total cost came in under the estimate. Everyone was very nice. I had a lot confidence in the work done when I left.

They did significant damage to my vehicle and are completely denying that they caused it. The man lied straight to my face when I checked out and on the phone when I called to ask them why they didn t tell me what they did.READ THE OTHER REVIEWS AS WELL. I m not the only one.

I originally came here after I received a quote for a repair that was $200 cheaper than my Honda dealership. I've now been using them for the last two years. Kyle, the store manager, has always been upfront with pricing, and the garage is very quick with their service.Recently Gary, the shop manager, took care of my vehicle for A/C repairs and was able to quote me for several hundred dollars less than my dealership could.Don't hesitate to use Firestone Dunedin. I m a busy owner. I made an appointment for three vehicles confirmed it drove all the way here. They said they had no time for me. I will take my business elsewhere Avenue in business with fire stone for years in a real last three months I ve tried to make appointments. They said they don t have time. So I will find someone who does.

Prices have gone so far up, I will never return. Quoted over $2,200 for a $1,000 job after years of faithfully relying on them with all of my vehicles, so disappointed. Never again. Bye!

Kyle, Gary and the team here went above and beyond to get my issues resolved. Other shops couldn't find the source of an ongoing suspension problem, I also came in with a shake from my tires and a misaligned vehicle. This team was confident they could fix my issues and they did! I had the best experience with them and would recommend their services to anyone.

I had to spend more money at a different mechanic that actually did the job right. I had an oil change done here and they caused a huge mess and leaking. Definitely wouldn t come here again if they can t even do something as simple as an oil change.

My father bought his tires here about a year ago. I wasn't pleased with them then, but decided not to write a review. Today we took the car in, with an appointment, for a "bubble" in the tire. It needed to be replaced, of course! But he was going to receive a substantial discounted price on a new tire because he had the hazard warranty. It saved him a whopping $50 on the replacement. We were informed that it could've been a better discount, but the "wear and "tear" on the tread was too much according to the computer analysis. This car has been driven a total of 2000 miles since the new tires were put on a year ago. And even though we had an appointment time, they did not have the tire in stock, so we had an extended wait for the tire to come from another store. Bad overall communication and no compassion for a 90 year old customer. Way to pay respect to a Korean veteran.Service: Tires

I can not recommend this place enough. Kyle expeacilly. I had my car towed there and with in 5 hours they had went and got the parts from the dealer and my car fixed. 12 month 12000 mile warranty is included. They have certified master mechanics working there as well. It's hard to find a place to trust let alone the warranty they give. Definitely worth the peace of mind knowing that no matter what your will be fixed right and efficient. Thx again Kyle and the master mechanic that worked on my car. Recently had these clowns install a brake booster they didn't clamp my air to fuel ratio back up and didn't put the wires back in the correct spot and they all got burnt they charge me $900 for this

Greg was so helpful and kind to us when we got a flat tire on vacation. We called to see if they had the correct tire size to replace the tires and he confirmed they did. They got the job done quickly while we waited. I highly recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Today I had to replace a tire. Mercedes Benz quoted me more than twice as much. I was very pleased with customer service as well. Gary was excellent. I will recommend my friends and if I ever need work on my car, I will definitely consider them first.Service: TiresService: Tires

On August 15th I made an appointment for an oil change on August 19th. Since nobody got back to me after the original review ... I am assuming they don't care. Taking off another star------------I am confused, I admit. After having used Firestone for the past 20 years, all over the country, I had my tires changed here. While I can't attest to the quality of work (it seems fine, then again, I am no expert here), I can comment on the quality of customer service vis-a-vis the front desk here. It's abhorrent, I am sorry to say. For a moment, I thought I was being pranked ... and started looking for hidden cameras. Found none ... and realized it was for real. One gets better reception at a county jail. The guys are cranky and confrontational ... for no reason. I certainly hope the regional manager sends some sort of a secret shopper or whatever ... This is clearly an outlier: even for Florida, this is too much. I will continue using Firestone ... just not this one.

Went to a local shop in Dunedin to see about a power steering issue, the mechanic stated it was either the pump or the rack and pinion but said in order to get an exact diagnosis I would have to go to either the dealer or Firestone, being Saturday and Firestone was right down the street I went there. They told me for an exact diagnosis it would be $58 and they could do it so I said go ahead, a few hours later they called me and said they were going to start with the power steering pump and I stated what do you mean start with the pump I thought I had paid for a diagnosis and not just start throwing Parts at it. Not to mention he said it was going to be approximately $1,125, more than twice then the first place had quoted for just a pump. I said no thank you and I would pick up the car, when I got there he had an attitude with me and I took it to the first shop and had the work done. I will never go to Firestone again

I called in and spoke to Kyle and explained exactly what I was looking for. I had a rough estimate of what I was expecting to pay to have 2 new tires, and new brakes and rotors put on. He was very patient with me, told me about some promos they were doing and we put together an estimate that I was happy with. I brought my vehicle in and they completed the repairs within a few hours without adding extra unnecessary fluff to the bill, which I very much appreciate. Overall, I had one of my best experiences in dealing with a mechanic's shop at this location, so I would be comfortable recommending this shop to others.
