Tom and the crew over there offer the best service for great prices. My family and I will only go here for servicing or any issues that come up. they don't try to over charge you or add on things that don't need repair or replacement. these guys are honest and that's hard to come by these days. I won't go anywhere else. thank you guys for everything.

This is a great place to get car repairs and I have been going to them for a few years now. Today was a visit for windshield wipers and Thom just had me pull up in front and he replaced them quickly, no muss, no fuss. I was in and out in 10 minutes. He is always great to work with and I will always recommend him. He also reset my engine light as it was showing there was a problem, but there was nothing wrong.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Wiper blade installation

Had Mike's Dealer Alternative as my shop for many years but he shut down. I have found a new shop now. Happy with both times I've used them. Fair prices and great service. Will recommend to anyone!

This is the only mechanic shop I trust. Period. Even after I moved, I would gladly drive 1 1/2 hrs to take my car there. I have nothing but bad experiences with the shops at Tampa. Highly recommend.

The gentlemen at this shop are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, personable and they have a great sense of humor. They keep me apprised of my car's condition and they never push me towards repairs. I always have the facts and the situation is explained. We drive to Florida from Canada, on 2 occasions we had trouble with our truck. Both times we were welcomed and looked after at a moments notice. The staff are very friendly and the shop is spotless. I highly recommend this place.

Love this shop! I've been getting my car serviced here for almost two years. The team does quality work, and consistently go the extra mile. They are knowledgeable, honest and always do what they say they're going to do. Highly recommend to anyone who owns a car in Dunedin :)

Like driving a brand new car! I've taken my car to Dick Carroll's twice now and the experience was precisely the same--knowledgeable, thorough, non-aggressive and expedient! My car went in this time for a bunch of maintenance items that were due. They not only met their estimate, they actually came in LESS than they originally estimated. Their mechanics are awesome and their customer service can't be beat. They treated me with respect and related to me as a customer. Not always easy for a woman to find in a auto repair shop. When I got the car back, it drove like a dream. Far better than it ever has since I bought it used two years ago. I highly recommend Dick Carroll!

Rich & the team at Dick Carroll's have always been phenomenal in customer service and repair work on both of my family vehicles. Very knowledgeable and fair! I had a repair recently done where every other place wanted to replace the whole part for $300+ and Rich was able to repair the damaged part completely for under $100. I wouldn't expect that to happen every time, but at least I know I am going to be treated fairly and not taken advantage of. Thank you for being such a great blessing to the Dunedin Community!

I may have already written a review for Tom and all the good folks at Dick's but I'm-yet again, over the moon about their services. They don't need my 5 stars, they have decades long history of excellence in Dunedin but I have to say, again that they are the most honest,trustworthy and reliable auto service I've ever worked with. They make you feel like family. They care, and there aren't enough people in business anymore-particularly THIS type of business who truly care. My appreciation to everyone at Dick's. If you want it fixed and fixed right with honest and reliable work-this is the place to go.
