In my honest opinion, ATC Total Car Care LLC is undoubtedly one of the finest auto car services available. Not only do they provide exceptional services, but they also take the time to educate their customers about what may be wrong with their vehicles. Unlike other establishments, ATC offers not only their professional opinion but also suggests budget-friendly solutions without compromising on quality. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is evident in the fact that I travel all the way from South Saint Pete just to have my car serviced at their location. The warm and welcoming atmosphere adds to the overall experience.Having visited ATC more than five times, I can confidently say that they are consistently punctual and efficient in getting the job done. Every member of their staff exudes the highest level of professionalism, both in terms of customer service and the quality of their work. ATC Total Car Care never fails to impress, always going above and beyond to assist you in getting back on the road. Jack was very professional and courteous taking my call and scheduling me in.I arrived a few minutes early and got to talk with the mechanic, Fernando, about the concerns I had. They both listened to me patiently and gave me a great confidence that I was at the right place to get everything done I had come to get done.The mechanic lifted the car and did an inspection. After which he came and discussed options for parts (ceramic vs bimetallic brake pads etc.) And then ordered the parts I wanted.I was able to wait there while the work was being done as by the time the oil change was completed my new replacement parts had arrived.Jack let me know that each and every part was covered by a full 90 day warranty , that their mechanics are ASE certified and that they are a FULL SERVICE garage able to perform everything from oil changes to engine and transmission replacement.I'm so happy to have found a place to get the maintenance done on my car that will allow it to stay on the road for many years to come.These guys are great!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Brakes, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

This is a new car service for me and I am very happy with them. When I called on Thursday morning I was beside myself trying to figure out what was wrong and the service I had been using was over 30 miles away.I couldn t get it out of park. I tried everything I could think of and I really didn t want to spend $100 dollars on towing.They are only about 3 miles from my house and when I called them they not only sent someone to help me but they were able to diagnose the problem, get it out of park temporarily so it could be driven to their shop.They fixed it in a few hours, I was back on the road again and it was very reasonable price and they were very professional.Extraordinary service!!! My car is a weird old make and model that mechanics hate to work on but they handled it very professionally and quickly. I will recommend this shop to anyone who wonders who to trust in fixing their used car. I really appreciate having found this shop in Dunedin. Service was very pleasant. I used a Groupon which brought the cost of an oil change down from $44 to $16! Other places were charging upwards of $55. At this low cost I was expecting that when I went to redeem the voucher they would try to add additional fake costs or try something shady, but they didn't. They accepted the voucher, performed the job and were done. They did not try to upsell me on anything or pressure me in any way.I recommended the service to a friend who went and received the same treatment. Needless to say she is a very happy customer as well. We will be going back to this place in the future.

Extremely pleased to having these three conscientious mechanics. Very happyThey do excellent work and gave me a sense of security. They care and it shows in their work. This Mechanic was a waste of money charged me almost 3k to replace a serpentine belt motor and ended up the same making noise like if the car is about to break down again wouldn t recommend this shop at all

Mark and his crew were professional and timely. Great job replacing a broken window mechanism. Mark is running a great local auto service shop. Stop here and feel at home and not hustled. Great value great people. Will absolutely come here again.

I from New York and needed an oil change another place they wanted to sell me what I did not need. The people working here ATC were friendly did what they had to do the prices fair. I will deff be back and will recommend this place to my friends.

Came to this place to get my AC fixed , was told there was leak . They charged me $100 to figure out where the leak would be by putting Freon with a dye . After the Freon lasted one day, we came back they said that we had to replace the whole low pressure gauge hose and that the part didn t exist anymore and that it would ve been over $300 in labor fees and costs . We went to a meet a friend of ours , who is a mechanic and was able to fix it for less than $50 by replacing the cap & the Schrader valve . This place is a joke don t come here they re scammers they will just try to do whatever for a quick buck and look at you as if your just another dollar sign and not a human being !Service: Air conditioning

I have used Mark to do several repairs over the years on a couple of cars and have found him to be not only honest but very skilled. I have never had to go back to him for a follow-up on a repair. In a time where so many mechanics are less then honest it is nice to find one that really cares about his customers and doing right by them and not over charging for substandard service. You will not be disappointed using Mark for any of your automotive needs
