Andras is a very knowledgeable mechanic, honest and charges fair prices. Very happy to have him as our mechanic. It is hard to find a trustworthy and good mechanic. He is definitely both, highly recommended.Such a great feeling that we don t have to worry every time what will our mechanic going to scam us this time, or if he really did the job that he said we needed at all.His shop tells everything about him, it s organized, clean and everything is in order. No mess no garbage no clutter it s like going into a small dealership.

Andras has been the best mechanic I ve had the pleasure of working with. When I was explaining the issues I was having (mostly using lots of hand gestures and sounds ) he was still able to figure out what was wrong with my car before he even checked it. Despite the horrible explanations on my part he has always been patient and understanding, he really hears you out and is honest about everything.Especially being a girl who doesn t really know much about cars it s very easy for a shop to take advantage, but he s been extremely helpful at all times and very communicative.He is a very hard working guy and you can see he s very genuine.I would recommend anyone I know to him.

My car started making odd noises on the commute home last week and A Choice garage was the closest mechanic. I am so happy it was! They checked out my car and had the issue fixed in no time at all. I've been going to the dealership and paying through the nose for years, but not anymore. The guys at A Choice have excellent rates and do great work.

Thank youuuuuuuu for my emergency of BOTH brake lights failing!!!! You got me in and SOLVED the problem. I had visited my other mechanic yesterday (no longer using this mechanic) - to fix one brake light not working and later that NIGHT BOTH FAILED!!!!I am so grateful you solved it and I can safely drive my family. Had a fuel leak while visiting the area. Andre understood our situation and was very professional, helpful, and quickly took care of us at a fair, reasonable price so we could stay on schedule. We are very impressed. 10 stars********** and our thanks.

Most honest mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Save me hundreds when my 2014 Nissan rogue transmission went up and I had to buy a new car. Really decent human and a valid and competent mechanic.

My wife needed repairs on her 97 Tercel. Andras treated her superbly. He was thorough, got the job done quickly, and informed her of other issues that should be attended to. He was a total gentleman and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Andras is not only a 5-star mechanic who's specialized in European models but what's more important is his outstanding demeanor when it comes to his professionalism towards customer service. He exercises patience when spending his time in detail explaining what the issue or issues are with your vehicle. It instills a sense of confidence and satisfaction knowing that the repairs are going to be completed at an extremely affordable cost. I literally drive an hour to visit him because I trust his expertise.

Andras does amazing work at a fair and reasonable rate. Repaired my Suzuki on 3 different occasions for different issues and every repair has been great. Has been my go-to mechanic ever since I moved to Dunedin.

Andras was kind enough to take a few moments in his busy day today to take a quick look at my Armada and tell me what he thought was wrong with my AC. I was very gracious for his input. We set up a time for next week for me to bring it in. I took his advice on some things in the mean time and went home and changed my carbon air filters which had seen better days and will still be back for our Wednesday appt. He went out of his way when I could clearly see his lot was slammed full of cars and trucks and still didn't turned me away but he didn't, he took the time still to check it out and schedule me a time to come back. Andras thank you for helping me out even with the knowledge with what I gained & the information you gave me today. Thank you.

Andras needs to add something in front of his name. These are my two suggestions: 1) St. Andras or 2) Buddha Andras. I needed some A/C work. However, my honest mechanic closed his shop a few months ago. It had taken me almost 7 years to find him (an honest and super qualified automotive mechanic). Fortunately, I found 5 star Andras. Perfect. Transcendent.Remarkable.Intelligent.Saint Andras of Dunedin. If you know the story of Diogenes of Sinope (Greek philosopher, 4th Century). Diogenes lit a lantern in broad daylight, because as he said, he was looking for an honest man. Look no further. Andras is the Buddha of Mechanical Things. He is one with the gears and diodes and belts, and bulbs, and fluids and inner and outer workings of things that break and need fixing. Additionally, he explained everything in Professorial detail. It was a pleasure giving him my money. Furthermore, the charge for the freon and dye and his labor was below the standard cost. He doesn't need any more business. Cars are literally lined up, in queue, waiting to have their mechanical problems resolved by the Master mekhanikos, St. Andras, the Buddha of auto mechanics.

There aren t enough great things to say about Andras and his team. They run a great shop based on great values. If you re looking for an honest mechanic, look no further. I needed to get a few things done to my Mercedes and he took excellent care of me and my car. Very informative. Kept in contact as far as updates with pricing and parts arrival. They fixed everything in just under a week and I couldn t be happier. What a fantastic operation he has here! He deserves every bit of the kind words in all these reviews. I m proud to say that as long as I ll be driving, this is where I ll bring my vehicles.

After being completely stuck because my car broke down. And myself not knowing how to fix the car.. I was surprisingly able to find peace at Andras A choice Automotive. A friend referred me to him, highly recommending that I use this shop, so with reluctancy I agreed.. I have had lots of issues in the past were I find out later I was charged for things the car doesn't actually need due to my lack of knowledge on car maintenance. Andras is the opposite and I was extremely pleased as he went above and beyond to take care of my car. He pointed out several things that I needed to know about previous work that was done sloppy and would of cost more money down the road for something that he easily took care of as a courtesy. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to A choice Auto. Bc you will find an honest mechanic who is very knowledgeable and looking for a win-win.. he does his best to save your money and keep your vehicle in good health. Thanks A Choice Automotive!

Andras is a great technician and goes above and beyond, he is honest and a hard worker which is not easy to find when it comes to mechanics. If you choose his shop, your car will be in good hands. I would highly recommend using his service

I got recommended to Andras after I scratched and dented my door on my brand new Mazda6. I went to several body shops to get quotes and they all wanted to charge almost twice as much as what Andras said he could do it for. Most importantly the work was flawless. I was worried my car wouldn't look like new again but I was wrong. They took the time to match the paint perfectly, which I found out is not an easy thing to do with Mazda paint jobs. Hopefully I won't need body work again but if I do I'll be calling Andras.

I work at a reputable car dealership which has a large service dept. A very large service dept. With all the certified technicians at my finger tips none could not find the problem with my car. A friend mentioned Andras shop.... I dropped my car off for one day and this guy did what the award winners could not figure out!!! I have a new friend and someone who I trust with my cars.

From someone who is visiting from out of state, I was glad I could trust a mechanic without any inquiries to other shops. Went to pick up a new oil pan gasket at O'Reilly Auto parts next door and I asked the parts clerk if he could recommend an auto repair shop to replace the leaky oil pan gasket on my minivan and he mentioned A Choice, he said it is "literally right behind us". I then went to read some of the excellent reviews and looked at a few pictures of the very clean shop and immediately I called this A Choice shop and he gave me a quote over the phone and said if I dropped off my car at 9:00am it would be ready to pick up at the end of the day by 6:00pm. Instead, I got a call and it was ready sooner at 1:30pm. So he did it within 3.5 hours. I was very happy with this mechanic's enthusiastic and honest character that I left him an extra shirt I had with a Honda logo on it that I no longer needed from my Honda Sales days, as a token of my appreciation for his quick turn-around of my car.Service: Oil change
