10:01am September 11th, I received a $164 ticket (PCSO) for having 2 brake lights out (Lake Wales, not Dundee). My window brake light was functioning. . . Thank you Deputy D. I drove to my destination [ volunteering at The FREEDOM Tour, Eagle Ridge Mall ]; Straight to ADVANCE AUTO Parts [ Dundee ]. I ordered 2 brake light bulbs for 2006 Toyota. $13; and GOD told me Not To Drive Anywhere; until,I Replace the Bulbs. I Listened; I Did. . . .Well; because the door jam states 2006, and the engine compartment stated 2007; I received the wrong bulbs. I Went Back Inside and exchanged my Warranteed bulbs for 2007. I Replaced both bulbs myself, with no help from You Tube . Thank YOU GOD, I Did Not Drive Away. Thank YOU GOD for my safe travels and working bulbs. Thank You ADVANCE AUTO Team for helping me purchase the proper bulbs.THANK GOD for No accidents & No injuries. THANK YOU LORD

I came in to get a battery for my car, and didn't know what I was looking for. A gentleman named demas helped me get a battery and even helped me put it in the car. 10/10 would recommend this store.

The folks at the Dundee Advance went above and beyond to help us with our van battery! Turns out that a battery we purchased from there over a year ago had gone bad prematurely. Advance replaced it under warranty even though they were having a difficult time determining whether it was the battery or alternator. Without their help, we probably would have unnecessarily paid money to a repair shop.

I came here because I needed a hose for my mini van. The employee told me that they didn't have the hose in stock. He explained to me that the part needed to be ordered and that it will be arriving on a Friday. I accepted and paid for it. Waited 4 days then Came back on Friday and was told that the part never got ordered. Also I didn't noticed that they charged me shipping costs for the part they supposedly ordered....The only good thing is that I received my money back not without some resistance from the the staff..

If i could give this place a zero star i would. I came to get an oil filter a few months ago but it was out of stock they ordered it online for me. They kept giving me the runaround telling me to come back ...i came back like three to five times and each time i came back they kept telling me it was not in stock. They even claimed that they already gave it to me in which they lied as it clearly shows i did not even get it. Why would i come back multiple times to ask for an oil filter that i already purchased ...make it make sense!. Eventually i had to send someone to get it for me ...i find it funny when i did send someone else to go get it for me you guys happened to have it. I am not a dxamn fool or a joke. ya could play with someone else with the bxullshxxt behavior i wish i got the name of the person who said i was lying. im a grown axss female and work hard to pay for everything. Do i look like a clown customer to you. I dont know if it was because i was a black female and if he was mocking me but ummmmm im never going back again. Goodbye i would never step foot in this place if it was the last place on earth !!!!!!

They were amazing. We had ordered a party online to pick up in store. It didn't process timely from corporate website but there sales rep in the store called my husband the next nm morning letting him know the part came in. Very professional. We will definitely shop here again

Great place, very helpful staff! I had to drop off some used motor oil and filter, and an employee met me at the door and took care of it for me. I appreciate the extra consideration during Covid times! Very knowledgeable staff!

Sehoy was amazing friendly as I came in the door had explanation and here knowledge was super . I m a woman and it s hard to find other woman in this industry that can help you out and explain and took here time , thank you again for your help I ll be coming back .

The only good thing is the part I needed was in stock. I came in with the part number and still had to wait 30 minutes for some one to get it. There was one person on the counter about 5 customers walked in behind me and the manager never even looked out of the office.

Always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional help from the staff at this location.Has not been one time I went there and ever had to leave with the parts I was looking for.

I went in the store looking for a part for my door handle. I could not think of the name. A worker came up and ask if I needed help and said yes. I tried to tell him what I needed he didn't know what I was talking about and walked away. I could not find it and walked out. Went to Auto Zone and found it. When I walked out rhere was no one in the store and two workers at the counter . I will not go back and I will tell others not to go their. I found the name of the part at Autozone it is a door lock rod clip.

I want to begin by saying that I entered and was greeted and helped by an extremely pleasant and helpful employee. I needed a wiper blade for my truck, as my current one was broke and I was driving into a storm, far from home. Unfortunately the wiper blade was installed incorrectly by the helpful employee, as it came apart during use after I left.

Came in on a Saturday morning desperately needing rear brake pads for a less common car . They had to order them but had them there for pick up in just a few hours . Great job and thanks .

I've been going to advance Auto parts, for a long time. They were very obliging... I thought there was something wrong with my spark plugs, they tested it. It wasn't that.
