Avoid this place. I installed 3 tires and they destroyed every single wheel they touched. Hopefully tomorrow the manager will take responsibility for this. Last 2 photos are what my wheel looked like before they damaged it.UPDATE: Manager told me to get them fixed and he would cover a fraction of the cost. So I did and he then said he wouldn t cover anything because I contacted their corporate department. They have now ignored the matter all together. Terrible service after going to this place for 6 years.

I was shopping for new tires for black Friday deals and decided to check out what Tires Plus had to offer. Last time I was here about 3 or 4 yrs ago I had the worst experience but Lincoln the associate working there was very helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The day I got the 4 tires I was not able to make it so I went early next morning. The associate that was there was also very helpful, took my number and had Lincoln call me to come in at 10am. I was on my way but Lincoln actually called me so very impressed with the follow up! This time the experience was awesome and Lincoln's impresive costumer service got Tires Plus a costumer back. I also got new breaks, rotor and calipers and in a different place and they were making a squeaking noise. Lincoln also checked them out and assured me there was nothing wrong with them. Best thing also, after getting the new tires squeaking noise was gone!

Service your vehicle elsewhere! I have been a customer of Tires Plus for over 15 years, serviced over 10 vehicles and referred over 10 family/friends but after this experience I will not be returning or referring anyone moving forward. Had an appointment scheduled well in advanced for 7:00 AM. Waited in the parking lot for about 20 minutes for the doors to be opened @7:05 AM, spoke to the Service Manager just to be told that the specific technician required for my job is not available until 9:30 AM. Then told to come back the next day first thing in the morning. After spending over $3,000.00 on tires, brakes, A/C, rotors, pads, shocks, struts, sway bar and obtaining all of the additional extended warranties/ lifetime warranties for continuous for all of the parts purchased, you would think that the customer service would be a little better considering all of the work that has been done on my current vehicle. This young manger was more focused on his herbal tea during my interaction that he kept avoiding eye contact with me especially once he saw in the computer and based off of what I was informing him about my vehicle that he wasn't making a new sale/ money on me so he decides to give me the runaround by deliberately lying to my face and send me off. Very Disappointed.

Trust earned - Return customer.A neighbor and longtime customer recommended this shop last summer when I was new to the area and in need of repairs for my 13-year-old BMW 335. Their designated BMW mechanic successfully replaced the main oil seal on-time and on-estimate. This week, I took the car back to fix a new oil leak (valve cover gasket). When the oil leak was diagnosed, the mechanic invited me into the garage so that I could verify that the previously replaced main seal was not leaking, and also visually confirm that the valve cover seal was leaking. The repair was scheduled so that the same designated BMW mechanic could perform the repair. Along with new tires and an alignment, the repair work was completed earlier than expected and on-estimate.All of the mechanics I have interacted with have been courteous and professional. Offer them respect, apply the Golden Rule as a customer, and they will take good care of you and your vehicle in return.

Recently had an excellent experience at Tires Plus during an oil change. The team resolved a clogged A/C drain and recommended front brake and rear shock replacements at a fair price. The service was efficient, and I highly recommend Tires Plus for their professionalism and customer-focused approach.

I took my VW to alignment and Marcos give me the best advice ever, he has the potential to be a manager because he is very gentle ! He was extremely nice and very attentive. My whole week had gone horrible, and they definitely made my day better with their amazing service. Thank you Marcos for making it happen! And thank for taking care of the repair so quickly! The manager is very rude and even raised his voice to my wife when we tried to request the warranty for a tire from a previous work that left an air leak. The tire was run with low pressure while we found a safe place to mount the spare and when I got there the workers assured me that the tire had to be replaced but when the manager Diego realized it was their responsibility because they didn't say anything about the rim being bent, suddenly his opinion changed to "the tire is good and no need to replace it", we just put a sealant an you can go. ..."

Definitely worth while to trust the boys at Tires Plus at Doral. I ve been coming since 2019, tire replacements, oil changes and anything else you might need. The mechanics can even help inflate your tires on a bad day with the membership. Highly recommend giving them a chance, but be warned it can get busy so plan ahead.

The attitude is just not Right. This employee Moises did as much as possible to make us wait and to delay in calling the manager. We were requesting a warranty to cover the cost of one tire and the work performed. They did an incomplete diagnosis that caused a posterior problem and the business needs to acknowledge its responsibility ! . We had paid more than $700 to replace the four tires but they mounted one of them on a damaged rim, so it emptied while driving on the turnpike and the tire is visibly affected and they did not want to provide us with a replacement. Nor fair.. Marcos is the only one there that tried to solve the problem.. but the manager did something else..

I was told to bring in my vehicle at 8 am on a Sunday to avoid long wait times and I arrived at 7:40 am and waited only for them to tell me that there is a 2-3 hour wait time for a simple oil change. This has happened once before. I have 3 vehicles I take there needless to say never again. Another waste of time. The counter service is horrible. However the technicians are great. They definitely need to get customer service training.

I came into the store because my tire pressure was low. As soon as I walked in I was attended by Marco. I was in and out in ten minutes. He helped me fill my tires as well as check for any nails. Was super friendly, quick and efficient. Would 100% recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Usually my experience at this place is not bad but my last experience was just horrible!!! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. First they said the car would be ready in an hour which was a lie because they took over 2 hours to work on it. After an hour and 20 minutes of waiting they told me my car was ready. When I asked if my tires were rotated the guy that was working on my car said he didn't know he was suppose to rotate them, so back inside the car went. After waiting an extra 45 minutes I was finally able to leave in my car. I noticed a weird smell but I didn't pay much mind to it since i was already late to work. I noticed the smell even more when i drove home after work but again i didn't think much of it. As I was driving to work the next morning the smell was unbearable so when i pulled up to the parking lot i decided to take a peek under the hood and to my surprise the oil filter cap was missing. I just couldn't believe it. I am so glad i decided to look under the hood otherwise things could have gotten much worse.

Got a flat tire today, and even though they were minutes from closing, Marcos and Abelardo went out of their way to help, and fast! They were extremely nice and very attentive. My whole day had gone horrible, and they definitely made my day better with their amazing service. Thank you Marcos for making it happen! Hello! I own a Mercedes Benz c-250 and I came in for a little coolant leak that wasn t so bad, both tubes were cracked a little. I took my car here and they claimed to have fixed it, I took the car home and still coolant issue I took it back and turns out they missed a pipe! How the heck do you not check on the car when you are done fixing it. I have BOTH receipts to proof both visitations for each pipe. Because of that I had to take my car home damaged thinking it was fixed to only come back. Now it doesn t end there. Again they have claimed to have fixed it but now my car is acting up completely strange, worse than when I had brought it. Took it to the Mercedes dealership mechanic and they showed me pictures of coolant stains all over the spark plugs and other important stuff that is necessary and now damaged thanks to this. I recommend never taking an luxury car here, take it to the specified mechanic. I tried saving some bucks and coming here but this is the aftermath and result, you get what you pay for. My mechanic at Mercedes is saying I can claim negligence from how bad the repair was.

Store would not answer phone calls, or they would answer and never speak, or they ll say please hold in a very rude tone and then never helped me after 20 minutes on hold. This is ridiculous

I had such an amazing experience with Tire Plus! They were so so so nice and helpful. My tire was completely destroyed and they did an amazing job. I have used Tires plus for a few years. Danny always makes sure the job is done right and makes sure the customer is happy, and Lester at the Doral location are awesome. Lester has balanced my tires and mounted my new tires. Always does a top notch job, I've never had a balancing or shaking issue after he worked on it, and makes sure to ask if I have any preference or a special request. This is a picture of his work. What's dirty is my fault, I drive through mud alot.
