Went above and beyond customer service. Truly appreciate the attention and care! Got my rear tires replaced, and oil change, and headlight changed. Miguel was very helpful. Highly recommend. I brought my own tires in and they were able to do the job perfectly and at a great price. Honestly for how well they treated me I will always come back.

Miguel was very helpful during my visit for an oil change. I also came for a wheel alignment, but was told and shown that I didn't need one after all. Good to know there are still honest people and companies out there!

Very happy and satisfied with their fast service. I was ready within less than 30 minutes with a new tire. Staff were great and they have reasonable prices. I m definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

Always great customer service. More than just a tire store. Battery checks, oil changes, inspections, tire rotations they do it all!! Would highly recommend for purchasing new tires and for your vehicle maintenance and upkeep!

I paid for the alignment service; rotation and balancing of tires and I had to return because they had not rotated the wheels or balanced them. I realized all this when I checked the wheels of the car, which I have marked. At this point I feel scammed and I think that they did not do the work I paid for.Now I come back and they tell me that they are going to do the work that wasn't done, tire balance and rotation, and if I don't get it done they just do the rotation because the mechanic didn't know what he had to do...

This used to be our go to mechanic before they changed ownership a few years ago. Last time I walked in they refused to service my car unless I purchased tires from them so I left. After about a year I gave them another try. They quoted me an outrageous amount for a simple oil change but was told if I leave a 5 star review I would get discount. Completely unethical. I left and went down the street to the dealer and got it done for half the price. Absolutely ridiculous and will never go back

Came in for a quick oil change at Tire Kingdom and Miguel helped me instantly and had my oil change done in no time.This tire kingdom is close to my office and made it super easy and convenient. Highly recommend.

I had a flat tire, and they were able to fix it during lunch hour. Cost was reasonable and the price was fair. They even showed me the puncture in the tire. Facility was clean and the staff was professional. I would use them again. to service my car.

Fernando provided fantastic service and helped me get my car ready to driven in no time. The employees here are pretty old-school meaning they treat the customer like family. I ve been coming to this shop for 6 years for my tire and basic maintenance needs and they never disappoint.

Searched online for pricing. Got the best price for the Michelin tires. Paid the deposit online and scheduled the installation. Got a call on the day of installation that the tires have arrived. Amazing customer service. Other services(brake fluid flush/coolant flush) were less than dealer quoted prices.

For exceptional service and attention, ask for Richard! He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and is great at explaining, leaving no room confusions. I've gone to Richard every time I need help and I always leave satisfied with peace of mind. For the best and most honest service, I wouldn't go any place else

Drove in there at lunch time with a tire loosing psi. Was told it couldn t be fixed and that I had 3 nails, one on the side wall. Took my car to a corner shop tire place and I had one nail. In the center. Repair cost me 23 dollars versus the 350+ they wanted. Stay away. Especially if you are a woman.

Great service and staff! The tires are super affordable and the customer service is great. Richard fit me in last minute on a Saturday and was super helpful in getting my tire fixed. I definitely will be coming back to him for future service!

Reason for minus a star: I couldn t get the total price of my filter/oil change until it was done, even though I asked and was told to wait for the total. Thankfully the amount at the end seemed fair. The oil/filter change plus free diagnostics took 1.5 hours, which is average: the place was not at all busy.
