I have a Lexus GX460 and wanted a few ARB parts that are not carried in the U.S I found Roco 4x4 they ordered my ARB baserack and mount rails from australia for a Landcruiser Prado 150, which is a GX460 in the US. Less than 3 weeks later It was on my doorstep. and priced very well with free shipping. I would buy everything I need for my build if they carried it. Their communication was outstanding.

I know that God is really in the details of our life even in the tiniest particle that we often take for granted, He made sure that his divine help is accesible to His children. I ve never experienced outstanding customer service, like you are family to them. I say family because you are taken care of the way, you will take care your own brother/sister especially in times of your personal distressed. It may sounds so unreal but @roco4x4 make it happen to mention @beca_roco. As a businessowner and entrepreneur myself, Her kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm is what great leader possessed, I m certain everyone around her are blessed.

Definitely customer satisfaction!!! You get what you pay for !!!! 5 star rating ALL DAY.... went in for new tires, lug nuts & wheel spacers came out of there very satisfied. Love the new look on my truck. Very organized & proper. place is just on POINT!!!!! Thanks Rebecca & the rest of the team players

Shop did amazing work on my Jeep JL Rubicon. Had a lift installed and the turn around was super fast and the work was clean. They know what they are doing and the prices are also fair! Will be back in the future.

These guys tried to steal $50 from my refund, and when confronted they first tried to say there was damage but never showed single iota of proof of damage (no picture, no video, nothing). I hate to see such a poor representative of our hobby be out there making a bad name for others and possibly dissuading new people from joining our hobby. I am so disappointed in the lackluster customer service and blatant disrespect shown by this company. I sincerely believe people should watch out for these guys and do business elsewhere. Hope this helps someone not go through what I did dealing with these thieves. BUYER BEWARE!

Well to start i had a bad experiance buying my jeep so i was already feeling a little down about the whole purchase . I had visited several 4�4 places so i can get some knowledge on future upgrades or to fix problems i felt i had . Niether of them could give me a good answer to my questions or help me genuinely with what i desire seem like they just wanted my money and nothing else so i would walk away . The minute i step into roco 4x4 i knew i was in the right place . Rick is by far the best of the best . Not only those he take the time to explain everything by detail he is genuine there to help you a humble and honest man . His expertise in the 4x4 world is superior . There was no doubt that these were the guys i would choose to work on my jeep . I've done several upgrades with them and i will forever have them be the only ones to touch my jeep . Costumer service is top notch and so is their work . If your looking for the right spot this is the place . Truly satisfied with everything they have done . Thank you rick and the crew for taking care of me answering all my questions and doing a hell of a good job . If i could give them more stars i would awesome place . Truly recommended . 11/6/23 came in for some more jeep upgrades can't wait to see it . Rick is the still the best of the best . One stop shop for all 4x4 upgrades seek no further this the place to visit

Great people, great service , best parts. Ask for Ricardo!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and professional. I took my Tacoma there with an strange vibration after installing a fox suspension, and he found the issue right away , now my truck rides like never before!!!! , super smooth!!!! . When it comes to your truck upgrades , don t loos your time with cheap people, they are the best

If your a looking to add some extras to your Jeep, this shop is THE PLACE.Carlos and his staff went above and beyond on my ideas, they are very professional and worked really well on my budget.I add a FOX Suspensions to my Rubicon and now looks amazing.Highly Recommend.Thanks ROCO 4X4

Many people are quick to critique. So many are slow to complement. Well I m different!I ve been a Jeep owner for about 2-1/2 years after dreaming about getting a Jeep for almost 10 years. All that time imagining what my version of Jeep would look like once completed.After seeking estimates from two other local shops; Roco4x4 was the last performance shop I called up. After one conversation with Rebeca I knew she was not just passionate about what she does but genuinely invested in explaining the important details to be considered ensuring I would be happy with the end product. I knew I would be in good hands. They were the shop for me! I was guided in the selection of the right suspension system for my desired rim and tire set up. Rebeca convinced me to reconsider crucial elements after finding out the amount of miles consisting of my daily commute. I was given the best advice in accommodating my vision while producing a smooth comfy ride. The outcome = expectations exceeded! Extremely insightful, professional, patient, fully competent with all things off-road (Jeeps) and best of all clear lines of communication. BEST experience ever! Awesome spot to get any upgrades for your jeep! They even have anything you need for rc crawlers! I bought an scx10 iii kit and they were super helpful with all the upgrades and accessories I would need! Awesome guys!!! Must check them out

Laz is a true master of the trade. I traveled in from D.C. and needed new tires and rims prior to my drive back. He managed to get the parts in and installed within two days prior to Thanksgiving 2019. Specifically, I had 4 Mickey Thomson rims and tires shipped in, balanced, and mounted. The shop was clean and expeditious in meeting my needs. Big THANKS!

ROCO 4x4 Installed front and back driveshafts on my 2014 JK. In addition, while servicing, they identified a steering issue and fixed that as well. All completed professionally and in timely matter. Rebeca is very knowledgeable about 4x4 vics and is very helpful. She offered several solutions and several price ranges to complete the project. Overall Roco4x4 experience was great and I would definitely trust them with my JK.

Originally I went to Jeepers 4x4 and the work was terrible.. I decided to come here and have my entire front suspension re-installed. They did a great job and since then I've gone back for more work to be done. Hands down would recommend Rocos to anyone.

Based off the rigs they build, they are confident, knowledgeable, and produce capable 4x4s, however their main store staff are rude and short with you.
