This is the third time I have used the services of Real Deal Body Shop and I can tell that I would not use any other bodyshop if I ever need to do a repair job on my car. They are trustworthy, reliable and their quality control is excellent. The three times I used their services I have been completely satisfied. One more thing they take their time to explain you the work that has to be done and they do what is really needed and not overcharge you for any reason. I trust my Mercedes S450 to this crew with total confidence. Really a treasure in this line of business.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Real deal body shop is the best body shop I ve been to, communication is on point, they work efficiently and without delays, I had a damaged quarter panel that I thought would be impossible or to expensive to fix, not only did they give me a good, affordable price, they fixed my car leaving it looking like nothing ever happened, I definitely recommend this body shop 100%. Will definitely be back for anything body related

Amazing service lady at the front helped me lot. Got my car in timely manner and it looks better than before i didn t think they would wash my car but they did so thats a plus first time crashing i really wanted my car back and i finnally do .

They fixed the car like new, no gaps where the panels meet and the color matched perfectly. The body shop was professional and a good value. Would recommend.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESS. My overall experience with this place was HORRIBLE. Rude, POOR COMMUNICATION and you will not get your car back in a timely matter. Every time I called i was lied to or given false information by the receptionist that clearly is having a bad day everyday. I am still waiting on my car and they are out for lunch 3 weeks later

So far, my car is STILL in their shop for repair, and I will update later . For now, it seems a very HIGH QUALITY car shop for repairs. The place is Very clean and they seem very efficient and organized, which is a big PLUS (they work with tight schedules with appointments). The attendant, Ms. Lidice is very professional.UPDATE: unfortunately it seems that they cannot understand their client. Job done to my car is incomplete and Mr RADEL PEREZ seems is only concerned of continuing their business with THE RESPONSIVE, the insurance company responsible to fix my car, by making a "blind eye" to the REAL DEAL of DAMAGE (pun intended) to my car since Mr.Perez failed in confirming them with a JUST and HONEST repair to my vehicle due to the accident incurred.

If someone ever crashes into your car, you better pray it's not a UAIG policy-holder. Be ready to pay for a battery. Original estimate was 4 days, but it took them 1 whole month to fix my car. They were "kind" enough to "clean" my car's interior... I was aware the replacement door for my car wasn't going to be brand new but I wasn't expecting what appears to be vomit stains. They also used a dirty rag when cleaning so my dashboard and radio displays were disgustingly foggy. Not to mention they used some sort of corrosive because the metal ring around the on/off button is all peeled on the most accessible side. Take pics of every part of your vehicle before dropping it off here.Though, I will say, the receptionist was very helpful. Perhaps not the best demeanor but very straight-to-the-point when it came to providing updates for my car's repair and answering questions. It's probably the shop manager (not owner) who you'll have to deal with negatively. The guy only yells and thinks he's the world's smartest and experienced mechanic or something. Very uncomfortable experience.

One has to wonder how this body shop is even in business given the horrible reviews. Tried to give them some work but they wanted to charge $30 just to look at my car and provide an estimate.

This shop was recommended to me by a friend in the insurance business. After going to several other body shops I went with my friends recommendation. The car was new and needed a replacement door. They matched the paint perfectly and went to the dealership to get all the factory parts. Within 5 days I got my car back with a NAPA 5 year Nationwide guarantee on all the work. I was kept informed every step of the way by my service representative as to the progress of the repair. They are honest and professional. I need look no further for a great body shop.

**** Don't take your car here*****Don't bother taking your insurance job here. Go to the dealer. The repairs are sub par. In plain words. They get the money from the insurance company. Your complaint means nothing. They will tell you its beyond them to fix your issue take it up with the insurance. Yet if they need more money for their repairs it's as easy as filling a form and they get their money. Plain and simple. Don't be a victim to REAL DEAL. IF YOU TAKE IT TO THE DEALER YOUR PARTS WILL BE PLACED ON PROPERLY AND NOT FALL OFF IN A MONTH. ***** This advise is the REAL DEAL**** if this company took payments from the customers they get they would have shut their doors long ago or changed their attitude.

My car was involved in an accident and I took it to this location to have the insurance claim done. I was extremely pleased with their timely work performed on my car. I was also very impressed with their customer service. Absolutely no complaints. I would highly recommend this place.

They told me my car would take 5 days to fix and the appraisal they gave me they said if any more damages are found on the car they will noticed that's a complete utter lie. I called to make sure it was ready before I returned the rental I had and they told me the car wasn't ready they were still waiting for parts. Ummm hello how are you not going to call and notify your client ? What was their respond? "We don't call the person has to call to check the status of the car and we let them know " I'm currently waiting to get my car back. Hopefully they do a beautiful hon on the car so I can forget how unprofessional and no work ethic this place has. Never again.

Absolutely terrible service. Front office staff has a "not my problem" attitude in person and over the phone. Did not properly fix my bumper but simply just GLUED it back on since they lost the screws. Wasted half a work day waiting in the lobby since they had to come up with another solution to get the bumper back on. This was after several days of driving my car with out a bumper while it was being fixed.

They took two weeks to fix my bumper. They are charging me for towing which is the insurance job in order to get my car. That s $1300.00 to pick up my car which will obviously sleep there more nights.

The Customer service Lady in the office called Katie has terrible manners and horrible customer service skills, she ruins the work ethic of the body shop since she is the first person you speak to when you call if your lucky and she answers phone . Repair was done well but again she ruins it with her lacking personality. A huge shame for such a nice body shop. I will not recommend the body shop due to her terrible service.

Avoid at ALL COSTS. Brought in my brand new car.. the parts they used sound hollow and cheap, the paint job is horrible - you can see the drips, door was not aligned.. so bad I didn't even take the car back for them to fix. Don't trust them. Ended up taking my car to another reputable body shop to have them fix their mistakes the right way.

Real Deal has fixed my car multiple times and it always looks like new! Service is always done very quickly and the staff is extremely attentive. I highly recommend this shop!
