Wanna give a huge shout out to Miguel Alfonso in service. His customer service is outstanding. Shows true passion for the customers that come in and offers all help possible. There was no hidden fees and was genuine. In all my years of dealing with people this was an amazing experience.My vehicle was serviced today for recall and warranty covered items. But found it super amazing they send a video of the inspection and what they recommend to fix. I did come out of pocket quite a bit for service but honestly because of the experience I knew my car was in good hands.The service did come with a warranty which is always a plus.

I called and made an appointment for a tire change because they had the tire in stock. I had asked if I could walk in, and they told me it would take 2 hours if I walked in , and that I needed an appointment. So, I made an appointment for 1:30. I showed up at 1:20. An hour and 15 minutes later my car had not moved. All I needed was a simple tire change. One tire change..As a service advisor, you should be able figure out that a five to ten minute job should be pushed out first, common sense; less customers waiting. I bought the tire and went elsewhere. It took the other place exactly 10 min with balancing. Poor customer service. I have leased 3 cars from Ocean Mazda in Doral, but definitely will not have ANY service done there !!!

I was a client at Ocean Mazda and i believe it's important for them to know of my last service expierence. I took my wifes car in with an appointment. 2014 Camry only for an oil change, a washer fluid refill and air into the tires. Had to wait nearly two hours and some to get out.I took my car last time for an oil change. No appointment and it took three hours. Not much a difference if you ask me.To be fair the video the mechanic took was very detailed and knowledgable. However, the service advisor was no help. He even had the audacity to clarify my "wait time" when i spent nearly and hour and a half and i told him two hours. They "took the car in" 10-15 past my appointment time (i was there on time by the way). Either way, 10-15 minutes still doesnt justify the 2 hours and some i had to wait.To make matters worse, i was going to pay for the service with my CFNA card. YOU GUYS are the ones who pushed the card when i asked about financing and i got it approved for. The lady in the front register stated that she cant charge that card because she "wasnt trained on that". That statement is completely apalling. I cannot believe someone would say that to a customer. This is common sense and honestly felt completely disgusted. i asked for her to speak to the manager because i was going to pay with that card. She did, and the transaction went though. Absolute NIGHTMARE. Im staying away from here from now on. NO THANKS

Always great service - professional and clear.They also offer complementary Lyft rides back and forth so you don t have to spend your entire day there.Very helpful staff

Good on the surface, albeit slow considering they take about 3 hours to do a simple oil change. Now under the surface, they didn t properly tighten the oil plug and my car leaked 5 quarts in about 2 months. Had to get an emergency service elsewhere. Get better at quality assurance, because next time someone s engine will be destroyed.

Terrible service experience! They have zero regard for your vehicle. They broke my rear view mirror, had me wait the entire day, and soiled the interior. One looks for Mazda for its reputation and their cars are treated like garbage when in for service. 4 weeks ago my car had to be towed into my Mazda service center here in Raleigh, NC. I was informed that the part needed was on "national back order" with a ship date saying - "to be determined"....plus there were 20 people ahead of me needing the same part. Said they checked with every Mazda service dept across the country with no success. I was given the name of your dealership, Ocean Mazda. After speaking with your parts manager, PETER VICIOSO, and his parts counterman, ESTEBAN BATANERO, & explaining my urgent situation (no car to drive and couldn't afford a rental for possibly months), they located the part needed. They immediately shipped it to me via UPS and within a week the service dept here in Raleigh installed it. Peter even called to make sure I received it and asked if they could do anything else for me. Their kindness & genuine concern for my situation was so appreciated as they went ABOVE & BEYOND in helping me. I highly recommend Ocean Mazda Service Center & rate it a 10+.....Thanks again, Peter & Esteban.

Amazing experience due to their great service, immediate triage of vehicle issues, detailed report and explanation of options, and prompt service resolution.Service Advisor Joey Tejeda is very knowledgeable and courteous, and Manager Brian Morales very kind.

I ve been going to Ocean Mazda since i bought my car there. Andy Weymyer is go to guy, he provides honest feedback and he s not pushy trying to sell me something my car doesn t need at the time, but he does give me a heads up for my upcoming service if it needs anything major.
