Ramon told me my boat would be ready in two weeks and the staff hung the motor and Jack plate, fully rigged, in three days!! I had my boat back before the end of the week. The boat performed really well, I was also glad to be able to find a new Suzuki 115 these days... They are professionals and have excellent customer service. I support locals business and they are a local family business just like ours. To the staff at MTM thank you! My son an I are having a great time on our boat all thanks to you. I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Miami Total Marine LLC and feel compelled to share my negative review. My interaction with this company left me feeling scammed, deceived, and utterly dissatisfied with their business practices. I cannot stress enough the extent of their unprofessional behavior.When I initially contacted Miami Total Marine LLC to inquire about purchasing a pair of Mercury 400 engines, I made it explicitly clear that I needed brand new engines due to their scarcity. I had been searching for these engines for a long time, and it was crucial to me that the engines were in pristine condition. The owner, Ramon, assured me multiple times that the engines were indeed new, which instilled a sense of trust in me.After waiting an agonizing eight months for the engines to arrive in my country, I immediately arranged for a professional inspection to ensure their quality. To my dismay, it was revealed that both engines were not new but rather used. One of the engines was even defective and completely inoperable. This discovery shattered the trust I had placed in Miami Total Marine LLC and Ramon. It became apparent that they had intentionally misled me with false assurances of new engines.Such dishonesty and deceit are unacceptable in any business transaction, let alone one of this magnitude. As a customer, I expected transparency, honesty, and integrity from Miami Total Marine LLC. Instead, they took advantage of my trust and provided me with subpar and faulty products.Naturally, I will be taking legal action to address this problem and seek proper resolution. It is disheartening that I have to resort to legal measures, but I believe it is necessary to hold Miami Total Marine LLC accountable for their fraudulent practices. I hope that no one else falls victim to their deceptive tactics.In conclusion, my experience with Miami Total Marine LLC has been utterly disappointing. Their false claims, the sale of used engines instead of new ones, and the subsequent defects in the products have left me feeling betrayed. I strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company and its owner, Ramon.

We had a full service on our tender, a Boston 28 .Great job, both on the mechanical part than the detailing/cosmetics.Fast, competent, passionate, reasonable prices, precise on delivery.After different experiences with other Boston dealers, I definitely found the right place.Good job Ramon.

We bought a couple of motors for South America from Miami Total Marine. They were reliable, on time and delivered as promised. Ramon is a very knowledgeable person and provided all the information and advise needed for a smooth transaction. This company is highly recommended.

The worst Mercury dealer in Miami, hands down! This guy, Ramon stole from me! I would never do any more business with him or any of his friends. He thinks, he is too smart and he is not. He tried to replace warranty parts for used parts on my motor. I discovered it because I chose service in another Mercury dealer that told me about this issue and I investigated further! Very unethical practice.

Ramon sold me used twin 300 motors with lots of problems, he barely honored the warranty offered of 3 months. I just realized by taking my motors to another mechanic that serial number stickers from another motor were pasted onto these two motors, this is illegal (dirty guy). The other dealer showed me in the Mercury system those motors were repaired, never disclosed by Ramon. Also, he recommended me a mechanic that all he is done is steal money from me! His name is Talos Services, dont ever use this guy!. The most arrogant mechanic ever met! Never again. I am not sure how they can still be in business.

These people are totally inept. They gave me totally a wrong diagnosis on service and repair on my Suzuki 300hp engines, was told I needed a new ignition system and that something was seriously wrong with one engine. I moved the boat to a more reliable Suzuki shop and it was a $50 part to start the engine and both engines had no issues other than service. They gave me a very high written estimate that was totally wrong without even getting into my lower units. There was also a $600 pick up and delivery charge which I find excessive and a $500 bill for diagnosis but the real issue was the excessive and wrong repair estimate. I also tried multiple times to contact them for an explanation after the reliable shop was finished over a 3 day period leaving messages at the shop and on Mariella s cell but never a response till I sent a Whats App message giving my sentiments. Then I received a message with excuses. I am sure they are going to respond with their reasoning but in truth there is no explanation. Either you know your stuff or you don t. More Miami bs if you get my message.

Great service! Ramon exceeded my expectations, my boat was re-powered and back on the water in less than a week. He actually had NEW outboards unlike most dealers in Miami.

Horrible Work! Had our boat for close to a year sitting in their shop( they told us it would be max 2weeks). They installed a pair of 225 Mecury s finally! When they installed the motors they lost/sold our vhs radio and tried to say we dropped off the boat without it. I had to show pictures to prove we were right before they replaced it. Then a few months later when I take the boat to the Mercury dealer in the keys for service they tell me, when the motors were installed they cut the main harness off both motors and spliced all the wires together (MTM denied everything). When I picked up the boat I saw the boat had been hit he tried to ignore it till finally he patch it with some putty which has fallen off already. I went back a year and half later for something else and the owner nearly attacked me say I called Mecury to complain. YES I DID!!! Mercury is much better than this. @mercurymarinePs. Maybe I m wrong cause this is the first time we buy new motors out the box but, when new motors are installed aren t they supposed to do a sea trial with you to make sure everything is ok? Please tell me what you guys think?

Warning : don t go here. One of the worst consumer experiences in my life. These people are a joke and completely incompetent. Went for a rubrail and they did a complete hack job. They said they didn t have the right tools after the fact and offered a 20% refund. Unbelievable. I would have sued them if my time wasn t worth more. Anybody want to see photos of the garbage they left me with please email me. I am just trying to save people from going through the same thing I went through and I don t want to hurt anyone.

Ramon sold me a 5.44 gearcase lower unit and offered me warranty for 3 months. I took a video of the lower unit getting water inside and he refused to admit he was wrong, very arrogant! he did not replace it as stated in the warranty, no worth the law suit. I would never do business with him again.

Still waiting on a call back from staff. Apparently they don't want to sell any boats to buying customers. On one occasion the receptionist yelled out Mariella, the name of the rep, then she picked up and said she was not there! Lol that's what you call lack of customer service! Waited all day for a call back.

My husband and I took our boat to be repaired at Miami Total Marine and we had a very good experience, they solved our problem and they are also very friendly!!!
