Thank you!Miami Excellent Collision Center.I was referred by my good friend and I wasn't disappointed. The small details starting from the paint with no run downs, headlight restoration, rims painted and moldings. My mom was super happy that her 2006 Toyota Highlander came out looking from the factory. Excellent job by the entire team of MECC.

My coworker Rosario had her car repaired and painted there and she raved about their work, so I took my car there for the same reasons. Now I'm raving about their work! It looks like it did before they repaired and painted it! The employees were professional and pleasant also. I was talking about painting my car another color and they blasted me, which tells me they are not just about the money. I really enjoyed them. Taking my car to them was an excellent idea and a very pleasant experience!

Ferrer Collision Center is the best. I had an accident in October 2016 and had damage to the front and back of my car (Mazda 3 hatchback 2008). You can see the results. My car looks brand new I can drive it now for another 8 years. They worked well with my insurance company. They knew exactly what I expected from them and they definitely delivered. Highly recommended.

I had a little hit and run on my Ford F150 at the passenger door, close to the right fender. Damage needed body work and paint job. I m a professional car detailer, so I m very picky when it comes to paint jobs. I saw a lot of junk work in my line of business, so I followed a recommendation from my neighbor who recommended this shop, in particular Gustavo. Folks what can I say, I was blown away from the work performed on my truck. The body lines are back to factory finish, the color match and blending performed during the paint job is perfect and the texture of the paint matches the OEM paint perfect. Best part, no overspray anywhere on the truck or in the door jam s. In summary a perfect job, which is not easy to find in the Miami area. I m definitely coming back if I need to and will recommend Gustavo and Miami Exellence Collision Center to future customers of mine, if they are in need of a paint job for their cars.Service: Body & Trim

I have been taking my cars to Ferrer Collision Center for years. They provide top-notch customer service, including assisting with rental cars, dealing with insurance companies, etc. These guys are very professional, fast and have done excellent work every time! Have recommended my bosses, friends and family and everyone has always been extremely satisfied. I highly recommend this body shop for their amazing staff and the very best quality work!!!

I had a great experience. From the beginning they were friendly and helpful on the phone. When I arrived the service got even better. I've unfortunately had a few fender benders in my time and this was by far the best most stress free body shop experience ever. They went above and beyond in both the way they treated me and the way they took care of my car. They even fixed a small dent that wasn't part of the original estimate FREE. Just an amazing place. I highly recommend it.

I had an accident were my car doors were damaged . I was referred to this car body shop.I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to have body work done on their vehicle.The owner Jorge Ferrer is very professional and deals with directly, the employees are very polite and helpful.They use original parts and left my vehicle a Juke Nissan 2015 looking brand new , the owner went the extra mile and gave me two new seats cover.I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service and attention I received.

Ferrer Collision Center was beyond superp service!From the communication with the customer down to what they do best, THE WORK!!! These people are amazing they left my car brand new, looks like out of a showroom. Ferrer Collision Center is by far one of the best in the Doral area and Miami. Their customer service is top notch. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The claims are handled in a very professional manner and promptness. I have been a customer for 16 years now and I have recommended it to many friends and family and they all are highly satisfied. I would highly recommend this place to repair a car. The owners are very kind and respond quickly to emails and to the phone. They were very transparent about the repairs and the estimated cost, and the pricing is reasonable for the repairs. I hope to never crash my car again but if I did, I'd definitely come back.

I've been taking my vehicles to Jorge since I was 18 years old. He and his team never let me down. The quality of work is amazing, the customer service and attention to detail you get is beyond words. He always makes sure everything is done right and NEVER cuts corners. Don't hesitate when taking your vehicle to him. You Will not regret it. A++++++

Most amazing experience, I had a tree fall on my vehicle and Ferrer and his team took incredible care of my vehicle while keeping me informed all along the way which made the whole process a lot less stressful. The team is a delight and my car looks brand new. 5 stars!

This is probably the best Auto Body Shop in Miami. The job they do to my car is awesome, the paint job, the details, the professionalism and the good communication with the owner (Gustavo) is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!

Excellent service and communication from Gustavo, the owner, who handled my car and questions. When I go to other body shops, I feel like I'm being overcharged. I didn't feel that way at all with Gustavo and he gave me a lot of recommendations and referrals for other things I needed.

High Quality service!My repair was done in 10 days, they found more damage than initial estimated on my car but the price was lower because instead of repair other part the just needed to put a new one. I'm really satisfied and i would recommend this repair center

Wow! I put my negative review/experience and this sad sad company deleted my review. Now it makes sense how a company has a perfect rating. Please use this comment as testament of what a shady business this is. They did a terrible job on my car and did not want to fix their mistake until I proved with pictures... and they deleted my review. Do yourself a favor and Do Not do business with these people. The perfect rating should be a clear Red Flag! I will keep an eye on my review and re post it as many times as I need to so that all of you can avoid using this business! First time I ve ever seen one of my reviews deleted.UPDATE TO RESPONSE It was for my wife s car. It would be under her name. Do not delete my review, thanks.

I wish there was an option to put 10 stars. If you have any type of body work that needs to be done, THIS is the shop to go to! Not only are they courteous and time efficient, they WILL transform your vehicle to look brand new. (I was literally in awe with the work that was done.) I HIGHLY recommend this shop if you want the work done the first time around; give it a shot, you won't regret it!
