Overall, my experience with Marti Auto Service has been nothing short of five-star worthy. For anyone in Doral looking for a reliable and honest auto mechanic, I can't recommend Marti Auto Service enough. They've certainly earned a loyal customer in me.

Went in to get the car battery replaced and the mechanic who attended my car was cordial and friendly. Service was performed timely as I was out in less than an hour despite being walk-in. Charges were $80 for labor, $10 for supplies, and $180 for the battery which was reasonable as the battery has a 3 year warranty. As the temperature has been cooling, they provided complimentary air filling of tires which was thoughtful. Definitely plan to come back for future repairs.

Well, When i came from Brasil I started searching for an Auto Mechanic and I found Marti Auto Service on google based on their Reviews and I decided to fix my car with them, the result ?When we arrived there they were super nice with my me and explained details by details how they work.I was worried about the prices but it was really good based on their Premium Service.They made a FULL inspection in my Car, didnt charge me for that and My Car was fixed in the same day .So if you also need a Good Mechanic and is reading the reviews, GO AHEAD and dont be afraid.Yamil Was the Mechanic who did my Services.

If I could leave a zero star review I would. good reviews that I bet are from family and friends. They made me come back three times in three different days even though i had an appointment because they were full. Please just be honest with your client if you're a small business and can't attend the demand! Pathetic customer service

Hello all,The experience I received from Yamil of the Marti Auto Service Doral location was the best. I drive a 2017 Mercedes-Benz E300 sedan. My car has had for a while a growingly louder squeak in my drivers side front wheel, and I had to find a mechanic to repair this as now my vehicle was out of warranty. Originally I had asked my service team member I use at the Mercedes dealership if they recommended another mechanic outside of the dealer. So I took the advice and went to the recommended mechanic. When I arrived the owner of the garage and lead mechanic did a look over my car, and he starts guessing the issue confidently quoting me well over $3,000 for a noise, stating that he would have to replace my suspension on both sides of my car in order to repair this issue. Needless to say before the cost was given to me, I had an instinct that even though this is his specialty... I felt that he was inaccurately diagnosing the issue as well as trying to bill me extremely high for a guess and not an accurate diagnosis. So I then found Marti's Auto Service where I met Yamil who after testing my car for a couple of days stated to me that this was a hidden sound that will in time reveal itself better if I can wait until then and bring it back, he would be able to properly find it. I knew in my instinct that he was a gentleman of his word and so I did just that. When I received the diagnosis and bill for my car's repair, it was a totally different part as I had originally suspected and Yamil had the repair done in 3 days correctly and I paid just over $800 for the work that only truly needed to be done. This is a great shop and an honest one as well. I highly recommend Yamil and his team for a fantastic mechanic to your vehicles. He has definitely made a customer out of myself.-Lord Bryce A. I discovered this hidden GEM about 2 years ago. Yamil does and amazing job. He is quick, honest, and extremely experienced. Marti Auto Service has saved me a couple of times. For some reason i went to a place my company uses to get an oil change. They ended up stripping my oil drain plug and then went on to tell me they can no longer help me out . I took my car to Yamil at Marti Auto Service and he had me up and going in no time with out ,breaking my pocket . Now Marti is responsible for all services on my companies vehicles as well as mine . There is no better combination than service and experience. Very honest people, requested a diagnostic service, unfortunately the issue was not found and recommended for me to take the truck to the dealership for deeper troubleshooting, did not charge me for anything, very appreciative of their honesty.

Marti and his staff are excellent technicians and very nice. They provided clear expectations on what the diagnostic process is, time it takes to complete, scenarios, and costs. They work quickly and efficiently . I feel I get a straight no BS answer and reasonable prices.

Great experience! I received a flat tire on the Expressway and wanted to try and repair first before buying new tires. These guys are fast! Yamil was very helpful from the beginning. This is the best mechanic EVER! I will never go anywhere else. Took my new car to the dealer because the windshield wiper didn't work. They told me it wasn't under warranty because something had chewed through a wire. The dealer said $642 to repair (NOT replace anything), charging 4 hours of labor. I took it to Marti who fixed it within a half an hour!!! The car still looks brand new and works perfectly. Yamil didn't charge me because he said it was something so small and easy to fix.

I literally found this place in google. And thank God I did. Yamil stayed with me on the phone for almost half an hour explaining what could be wrong with my car, and right there I knew I had to look no further. He is an honest man and delivers quality. I met his lovely mom who also works in the shop. Everyone was so nice and I felt I was being helped by family. The reviews are real, people. My mini-van AC stopped blowing out cold air on our way down to Miami from Northern Virginia. I took the car to Marti Auto Service in Doral to diagnose the issue. I explained to the manager who was very friendly that I am in the area on family vacation and want to make sure there was no underline AC problem that may cause the car to break down during vacation or on our trip back home. She was able to get a mechanic on it immediately (no more than 10-20 minutes). After the diagnosis, it turns out that the AC compressor is not engaging and require replacement. The owner explained the issue and provided me with a quote that was very reasonable. I opted not to proceed with the repair as it is an old car and knowing the car still drivable. I really appreciate Marti Auto Service in diagnosing my car and gave me a peace of mind, and we made home without any issue.Service: Air conditioning

Visiting Mari was my first time going to a auto service center since I moved to South Florida, so I was a bit nervous, as always when trying a new service center. I was very impressed with the service I received at Martinezes. They clearly explained what was wrong with my car and even showed me a video of what they observed in evaluating my car to explain. I felt more respected here than I think I ever have at an auto shop. I will definitely trust them any other time I need work on my car.

It was a Thursday, 4:45 and Marti, Drew, and the staff was already wrapping up to go home. I arrived with a very deflated tire and scared I wouldn t make it home. Marti kindly requested the staff to stay longer and Drew quickly jumped in order for me to drive safely home and not to worry getting to work the next day. They all stayed until 5:30 PM to take care of my car and I am so grateful! I ve heard of Marti from a relative and there s only good things to be said about this business. My car was starting intermittently and I suspected it was an electrical issue. I contacted the shop and spoke with the owner, who was very helpful over the phone. When I took the car in the next day, the owner remembered speaking to me and immediately checked potential issues with the car (even with no set appointment!!). He spotted the problem and fixed it on the spot. Even better: he didn't charge me ANYTHING to do the work. This is the best experience I've ever had with an auto mechanic. I will definitely be a repeat customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.Service: Electrical

I have visited Marti auto service a few times to get my oil changed and always had a great experience. The owner Yamil is very honest, professional and friendly. I recently had to change my transmission oil, spark plugs along with other things and knew that I could trust Yamil and his team. The car was finished in a timely manner and the prices are fair. I would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Excellent experience at Marti Auto Service! Had an engine knocking noise with my older SUV. Went in expecting to have a major issue with my cars engine. Yamil Marti informed me that the problem was minor and could easily be resolved with a simple oil change. Great work, honest, and affordable. I will be recommending this shop to everyone.

Highly recommend to anyone living in South Florida. My car recently broke down and Marti was honest with me and told it like it was about the status of it. He will take the time out to talk to you about any concern you may have so that you get a clear understanding of what is going on. No matter what s going on with your car he will make sure your car is properly taken care of. Definitely will continue to going here because I know it s in good hands with his staff. I went to both the Doral location and the location near Coral Gables. Marti auto shop is a family owned business with honest and true mechanics. Jamil was the mechanic I was fortunate to meet and fix my newly bought used car. He explained me all the issues and how they would be fixed. I felt like I got a deeper understanding of the issues rather than just shoved a bill into my hand. Marti auto shop is definitely a place where you can go to trust your mechanic and get excellent auto work. I highly highly recommend.

I have been taking my car to Marti Auto for many years and I'm never disappointed. Yamil is very knowledgeable and explains his recommendations thoroughly. Doesn't try to take advantage of you and is reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Marti Auto to anyone.

I highly recommend Marti Auto Service. I drove down to Miami and thought I had issues with my brakes, called Marti Auto in the morning and they fit me in that day. The owner, Yamil, walked me through the problem, showed me everything that needed work and what did not. Very honest and up front about the work to be done. Prices were very reasonable the work was completed in a few hours and I was on my way.As an out of towner I worried about being taken advantage of, but that was definitely not the case. Marti Auto is a rare find and if I ever find myself in need of care service in Miami this will be the place to go.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable and courteous. I have taken my 95 Honda civic to several mechanics over the years, and Marti Auto Service has consistently given me the best service of any of them. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I ve just picked up my Lexus from Marti Auto Service after a very quick brake pad replacement. I have been taking may cars here for 15 years and I wouldn t go anywhere else. All brands and models. Meant to do a review a while ago! We were vacationing in Florida and bought a van that ended up being a nightmare of a purchase. The whole steering unit was shot! & we had to drive all the way back to Minnesota with our 2 year old daughter. These guys fixed it up for us in the short time frame we had, and even met us up there on a Sunday (when they are normally closed) so we could pick it up and get on the road home! They were absolutely fantastic! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
