I recently had the pleasure of getting my car serviced by Napo, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. Not only was he incredibly friendly and funny, but he also got straight to the point and provided fast service. I highly recommend coming to him for any automotive needs. A true professional!

First time going to Goodyear my car needed engine oil and I called to see if I need to schedule an appointment..I spoke with Robert and he was so kind and said no you can come in anytime. I got there within half hour and I was offered great service within 5 minutes I was done. Thank you Robert for your kind and excellent service.

I had a terrific experience at this Goodyear. Going to car dealerships and mechanics can be very intimidating, however, Mr. Robert was amazing at answering all my questions and getting my car fixed very fast. Very thankful and appreciative to him for giving me honest and helpful advice, and i will most definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends! Thank you Robert and the whole team!!

I have had a spiked tire damaged by the sidewall, which required replacement. I have come to the Good Year tire shop at 7902 NW 36th Street, and Napo serviced my car. Excellent job and great customer service. He had removed the spare tire and replaced the damaged tire with a newer one; he even shared with me additional maintenance tips for the tires after all service was done. Napo is super friendly and customer-oriented worker. Fernando at the front desk is also super attentive and diligent in attending to customers. It was a great experience to solve my problem at the Good Year on 7902 NW 36th Street.

As a woman whose husband takes care of the car stuff, I am so happy I found this place. I was taken care of very well by the team there. Quick service, great pricing and it was early so I even got coffee. I will recommend.

Mr. Javier repaired a cover that had come off under my car; he got to the diagnosis very quickly and did it a blink of a eye. I was left as if nothing had happened to my car.I have been to this place several times and they always treat me with respect and kindness. The most important thing is that they have always been very honest and do not charge you any hidden fees. They have become my place of trust every time I have a problem with my car. If your having a issue with oil change and tire repair Mr. Javier is your guy. I definitely recommend it. Thank you.

I have been coming here for a few years now and don't trust anyone with my cars but them. The prices are reasonable and the staff knows what they are doing. Their car services are exceptional as well as their time frame.Luis who I believe is their front store employee is amazing and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this store and will not hesitate in coming back.

Great service from Robert and the team at Goodyear. I was visiting from out of town and an unexpected issue arose with my vehicle. Robert was quick to inspect the vehicle, provide options and an estimate. Super accommodating and professional.

Firstly I'm never one to write a review but was so impressed I had to take the time. I came into this good year location with a flat tire following a personal situation. Luis the store manager has advised he was very busy with other vehicles however he understood the personal predicament I was going through outside of the flat tire and took the time to hear my story and quickly took action for me. He personally drove to his secondary warehouse to find me the specific tire I needed for my car, and had his team quickly jump on getting my car serviced in and out of the shop within about 40 mins. Luis took initiative and really impressed me with the level of customer service his shop provides. He's conveniently located right off i-826 as well and has a clean shop. Recommend this shop to all on the Doral area. Definitely won a new customer!

I visit this plaza often so I always wondered what the service was like at this tire center. I walked in on a Tuesday morning and got taken care of right away. The shop owner's son, Luis I think is his name, was super courteous and helpful. He gave me his own personal recommendation on which tires I should use for my car and also provided me with alternatives. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of each tire brand. I am very satisfied with their services and will be returning again in the future.

Super great place!! I ve not really dealt much with car repair places and was afraid to have to deal with people being scammy. Instead when entering this specific Goodyear in Doral I was greeted super friendly people who then recommend tired even cheaper than the ones I was looking at. There was a little bump in the road with having to take it back the day after picking it up because the alignment was still off but they were super on top of it and got it re-fixed in less than an hour and gave me complimentary wiper blades and kept checking up on me and were all around super friendly. This place is super honest and friendly and really care about your time and have your best interest in mind. It was human for the alignment to still be off after being picked up but they still were super friendly and gave the complementary wipers and got it done super quick like I said. They even told me about a random unrelated issue with my car I didn t know about and were super honest in recommending that I shouldn t do anything because it s not with the money and still will be a smooth and safe drive . If need somewhere to go I d go here they re super quick and honest.

Exceptional customer service and repairs. Unfortunately I have had two flat tires because of nails/screws in the last six months. The professional staff got the repairs done promptly each time without an appointment. Highly recommended!

I don t know what these ppl with one star rating are talking about lol. I have been coming here for the past 3 years. I have a 2007 Mazda Speed 3 and they have been nothing but professionals. Their hard work shows and my Mazda runs smooth. Luis and his brother have outstanding customer service as well as the rest of the staff. They are very helpful and honest, I will definitely recommend their services.

After two different tire shops could not balance and align my tires correctly (I was experiencing lots of vibration), these guys saved the day and solved the issue. Friendly service, prompt updates on the work being performed, and fair prices. Highly recommend!

This is my first Google review and the first time a company has brought me to tears. I've never been so moved or thankful by how far above and beyond executions they went. Thank you thank you thank you a million times.This is a company you can feel good spending your money with. They are truly great people and although I'm not local to Miami the good year company has gained a customer for life.

These guys are great. I've been bringing in my car for almost 5 years and I'm yet to have something negative to say about them. The few times I've taken it elsewhere, I've regretted doing so as they overcharge for the same service and/or don't do as good a job as they do here.

Rip off and lazy staff. Brought my work vehicle here to get a patch on a tire. They supposedly fixed it and sent me on my way. A few hours later, my tire light lit up and had to stop again at another Good Year and was informed that the tire was actually separated and had to be completely replaced. Guy at the front desk wrote all my information wrong as well on the receipt. Definitely won't be going back and recommend going to an actual Good Year shop

Best place in Doral! Had a problem with my tyre this early morning and in a few minutes they fixed it. All the team is amazing and the owners are always there. Highly recommend for anyone that needs a tyre or anything else fixed. Congrats and thanks for being there.

Service was fast and the reception man was very friendly! I had a nail in my flat tire, and they were able to save my tire so I wouldn't have to buy a new tire. I waited only about 15 minutes.

My tire got a nail driving by the airport. No not a regular nail a huge nail!!! I was lucky I was able to safely get to a location to take me to Good Year .The service and secure feeling of knowing I would get home safely was of paramount importance. Thank you Good Year for helping me and taking care of my care! There are good people in Miami and Good Year proved it!!!!
