I ve been bringing my cars for over 15 years but on Friday November 10, 2023 I passed by because my SUV kept saying it needed air and it happened it had a nail puncture and the entire tire needed to be changed. Service advisor also Store Manager Alexis which is the gentleman who always take care of all 3 of my vehicles made the order on Thursday and on Friday they did the change. It took them about 1 hour to have it ready. Unfortunately at the time I picked up my vehicle I noticed the whole rim was COMPLETELY SCRATCHED when they took the rim out of the tire.Alexis & Technician Jose Maria tried to convince me it was dirty and them by simply cleaning it; it will be fine. I told them to double check and show me the inner side of the rim. THE ENTIRE RIM WAS COMPLETELY SCRATCHED! I will be taking it back this Friday November 17, 2023 for them to try to fix it.BE CAREFUL when you bring your vehicle check everything before and after! This is the first time after 15 years but who knows if it has happened before. Let s see if they actually fix their mistake!

I scheduled a regular oil change at Firestone Doral on 3/6/24 and the person writing up the work advised me that my vehicle required synthetic oil. After some back and forth he admitted that Firestone did not carry 20 weight oil and synthetic was my only option. I can't believe that a large organization such as Firestone wouldn't carry all oil weights and then want me to pay for it!!!

They are very courteous and efficient. However they push the more expensive synthetic oil and lie about the life span of oils. They claim that synthetic oil needs to be changed every 5,000 miles and regular oil every 3,000 miles. According to AAA, those life spans are 15,000 and 5,000 miles respectively.

Went in today 4/7 for my wheel lifetime alignment service. Very busy day, advisor Roberto told me it would take 2.5-3 hours, I dropped off the car. This is modest firestone outlet. Have been here several times, the staffs are good, but I dont like the mechanical works done here. I had some brake problems in my car and they charged me more than $600 to do that, however, it started doing the same problem in a week. Anyway it comes with one year warranty so they did it again. But waste your time doing several things again and again.Also does not do any comprehensive doagonistic analysis on the car before giving maintenance suggestion. I am not sure if its overall Firestone isssue os just this place. I may need to find other car maintenance compnay i guess....

Always welcoming, professional, and courteous. Our oil changes, battery replacements, tires, etc. We trust Firestone by the Miami International Mall for anything car maintenance related. We have been customers for many years.

Alex and Carlos did a fantastic job. This is the absolute BEST firestone location. I came to get my car inspected. I didn't make an appointment. They took my car and thoroughly took their time and got a 2nd opinion from other employees about the issue for my car. I watched as they checked my car and I'm glad that they all seem like they care for their customers and their vehicles. I didn't feel rushed or treated like "just another client". Thank you guys!

I recently visited a location of FireStone for an oil change and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Not only was I going to be overcharged for the service, but the prices varied greatly between different stores of the same company. I paid $130 for the oil change at one location, but when I checked another store of the same company, I was charged only $75.99 for the same service. This kind of inconsistency and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I do not recommend visiting this location, as you cannot trust that you will receive fair pricing. Look for a more reputable and reliable service provider.

Manager is nice but there's a new young kid working there with an ego as big as the store. Extremely passive aggressive; and completely unhelpful with advice. You should not let someone so young man the front of the store; the boy needs to take it down a notch and get more training. Super rude

A few weeks after getting oil change done at this location I noticed oil stains under my car. Lifted the car up, oil filter was slowly leaking oil, it wasn t tightened properly. Definitely not coming back here

Muti millon dollar security company waiting Three hours for a oil change redicklous. When in fact we should get VIP service each time regardless. So if this company is doing this to us imagine how long the average customer will wait.

Awesome staff and service. I would recommend setting up a appointment or coming in first thing in AM which is at 7AM. Wait time is a bit rough if you walk in on a busy day. Please save yourself a headache and plan ahead. Overall I am very satisfied with my service and recommend this location.

**** BAD SERVICE *****SEPT/13/2022 was there to change front tires and do alignment on my car. everything is fine except for my steering wheel, they left a big scratch on. left probably by the tool used to leave the steering wheel stationary while aligning. Everything in my car is spotless, and now my steering wheel that cost $1,200.00, has a big scratch. I called the same day, made a complaint and supposedly someone would call me in a few days, it's been 4 weeks and so far I haven't received any calls, since last week I call 3 to 5 times every day to two numbers that they give me, (Chet at (615) 937-****) one of them is from an claims supervisor ( Connie at 615-937-****), every time I leave a message with my info and explaining the reason for the call.To this day neither of them has called me. I tried to resolve the situation with them, but it seems to me that they think it's a joke. I want my steering wheel replaced or the money that I can buy a new one. It's not my fault that this store hired inexperienced work to do this kind of jobServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Good, friendly, service. Unfortunately, they lose a star and business for not having updated equipment to mount low profile tires. Hopefully, GM reads this and acts, but this is Miami so I won't hold my breath.

Usually get good service, until today when I came in for an appointment for a tire rotation. I was told there was a 1-2 hour wait which I was okay with. However, I ended up waiting 4 hours and urgency was not there first priority. I would recommend leaving your car here instead of waiting or else you ll be around until closing.

*** Update: Staff had excellent customer service and fixed the issues with my vehicle within a few hours.**************************************Went in for an oil change and the mechanic carelessly broke items underneath my car, bottom cover was not even properly closed and front bumper was detached one side with oil stains from their attempt to "fix" it so that they can later recommend my car needs the brushing fixed. Hmmm my car now has a problem it never had before. It ran smooth before I brought it in for just a routine oil change. My car was not returned in the same conditioned it was brought in unfortunately when I finally drove off the parking lot they were already closed and I couldn't address this issue right there and then. Let's see how ethical they will be tomorrow when I contact them about this matter.

Came here for an alignment . Quite honestly I was discontent with the results. Steering wheel did not hold true . I had to end up taking it elsewhere to get it aligned 3 days later . Firestone did not give me a print out of alignment results . However after arriving at the new place and seeing the specs that Firestone aligned my car, it s was not good at all. Wasted my time and moneyService: Wheel alignment

Even though I had an appointment for 7 am, I was not able to make it at that time, I called to say I was going to be late, I finally made it, my vehicle was taken in in less than 10 min., the young man that was assigned to my vehicle, performed the tire balance, rotation, checked the air and completed the alignment very meticulously and professionally. Excellent job, I will return. Thank you
