I love how detail oriented these professionals served this veteran who just moved from Germany to Miami! They took photos of every concern of the vehicle and itemized the cost so you can budget yourself and come back to fix those problems you couldn't afford at the time. They also gave me a Military Discount, so I'm recommending all my troops to come here!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

EXCELLENT experience. From the very nice receptionist to the owner. I went unannounced not expecting my problem to be solved but to my surprise they took care of me and where very good in communication. I had a question after I left and got my answer within less than 2 hours. Also you can tell they were very busy. So I will definitely return. Plus the reception area is beautifully decorated and clean.

I have Mercedes GLK 350.I went there for full service on January 29 early in the morning. At 2:00 PM the car was ready and everything was done properly to my full satisfaction. The owner Jonathan was ver helpful and nice. So was Dana, the girl on the front desk. I highly recommend this business!

Jonathan is a true expert in the space and offers incredible detail into the services they're performing and the options available. I will not take my Range Rover any other place. My GLK 350 runs great after 11 years of service. Cars almost always run great when new but mine at 150,000 miles runs better than my new Lincoln. My secret is Jonathan. I can t say keep it a secret.

If you want to get overcharged and pay more than the dealership go to this place.Brought my 2021 MINI cooper in because one brake pad broke so needed new brake pads and rotors and also asked for an oil change. This place had good reviews and they claim they have prices much more competitive than the dealership. I recieved an estimate which was much higher than I expected. 1050 for the brakes and 275 for an oil change!!? For a second I thought I had a Ferrari instead of a Mini Cooper.I accepted the brakes because I needed the car urgently, and obviously declined the oil change. I then called the Mini dealership for prices and they told me they charge 895 for brakes and 99 for oil change!!. How can this place claim to be cheaper and then charge you more than the dealership? People are looking for alternatives and get some better prices on maintenance but this is justnot honest.Talking with the owner at pickup about these prices did not resolve anything. They even used aftermarket parts which I saw on the receipt although the owner told me they used OEM!Next time I will go straight to the dealership! Avoid this place.

I had a fantastic experience at European Auto Motors LLC in Doral, Florida. As a Porsche Macan owner, I was looking for an alternative solution to dealership maintenance, and I'm thrilled to have found this gem. They provided me with a same-day appointment and took care of all the necessary preventative maintenance for my car. The professionals at European Auto Motors are incredibly knowledgeable, and the fact that they speak Spanish was a big plus for me. Their break room with free beverages and A/C made the wait comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend European Auto Motors for their excellent service and commitment to their customers. Very bad and disappointing experience. I arrived because the air conditioning in my car did not work and they charged me 250 dollars for tell me the air conditioning not working! when i already knew that. They wanted to charge me 3000 dollars. almost 30 percent more than the car brand's own workshop. then find out other coute, and the part costs 350 dollars and the labor costs 600 dollars. A total disappointment that lousy place. They charged me 250 dollars to tell me that my car is damaged. I already knew that. never go to this place

I took my 2015 911 GTS in for brake pads all around...their very professional and cheaper then porche...my brakes feel great...Johnathan is honest guy...i moved here from NY...went to tge porche dealer..their trying to scam me to do rotors and all...it wasn't need...try them..their top notch..they know their work..

I changed my rotors and pads on my Audi RS5 and Jonathan and his wife were great. Honest and patient to explain and help in whatever needed, not to forget that the shop looks great and very professional. Definitely recommend going there if you need a trustworthy shop to work on your European car.

From the moment I called about my car s issue, they were very nice and professional. When I came in for the repair they answered all of the questions I had and took care of it pretty quickly. The office/waiting area was very nice and comfortable. Overall amazing service and will definitely come back!

I had an appointment and I did not have to wait to do the paperwork and to leave my vehicle.I got a call with the quote that I accepted.Then I have a call to let me know my car was ready. Paying and pickup the car was simple and fast. The work done was impeccable.I would definitely come back again.And I came again. I also started to do my vehicle's periodic maintenance including oil change.
