HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is an unbiased , unpaid opinion. I went to Drivers Collision Center to fix my BMW , it had multiple bumps and scratches. They left it like NEW at the best price. They offer honest, high quality, and cost effective service. I would recommend them to anyone I know and love. Ask for Karel, he is incredible and really took great care of my car. Front desk girl is super sweet. This is just a great family business that you can actually trust. Thank you DCC!

I must say that it may have taken 15 days to get my car fixed and all but it turned out amazing. It was truly worth the waiting. Truly recommend them any time. Thank you for everything y all did for me.

I came here after I got into an accident not super major just glad everyone was okay. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming and they did a superb job. I was extremely well informed of everything and they were so fast with the job. Definitely a place I highly recommend.

I regret to recount a negative experience I had at a particular auto repair facility a month ago. Following an accident, I sought their services through a referral for commission work. Unfortunately, the pricing discussions were disconcerting, as they initially quoted $5,000 but later raised it to $9,000, including repairs I did not request. After negotiations, the final cost was reduced to $4,000, excluding the additional repairs I initially declined.Throughout the process, they insisted on replacing a fixable hood, which significantly contributed to the overall cost. To my dismay, the quality of their work was subpar. It is essential to caution others as they do not uphold professional standards. Additionally, the manager/owner exhibited disrespectful behavior.Furthermore, when we refused to pay out of pocket, they attempted to charge us for towing services, initially quoting $250 but demanding $320. This inconsistency in pricing and unprofessional conduct underscores the importance of avoiding this establishment.

I needed a fast and professional fix done to my car and Drivers Collision Center did just that. They helped me fix my car quick and did a great job, you can't even tell where the car was fixed. I left my car to be repaired, they replaced and painted the rear bumper and trunk within a week. They had to take 2 extra days because of some unexpected issues and decided to polish it and waxed as courtesy.Great team and Dayana was always informing us during the whole process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Need a car collision place this is the place best car collision in miami called on a monday that i was leaving town cuz of my job they got with me got their tow truck out to me brought my car to the shop toke care my claim Handel all my stuff while me and wife were stayeded on with our life dutys thank you so much management and crew for making our baby look brand new again thank you so much

I visited Drivers Collision following a minor car accident, and I must say I am extremely grateful for their exceptional service. They guided me through the entire process, had my car ready ahead of the estimated time, and kept me informed every step of the way. My car now looks absolutely perfect. Excellent service and very good prices, they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They also cleaned my car inside and out and even removed gum that had been stuck on my window for months. 10/10 would recommend

My experience was great and above my expectations. The staff is courteous and professional. I was treated with care and respect and my car repair was perfect. I took my car there after a heavy collision and they help me through all the process with my insurance Geico. Very friendly staff and professional technicians. Highly recommended. After that I took my wife s BMW to be painted. It looks like new, great service, high quality material. Overall an excellent experience. Most importantly LIFETIME GUARANTEE ... you can t beat that anywhere around...

Brought the van in wrecked. They handled everything perfectly as well as in a timely manner with the insurance. Made it easy for me. Very courteous staff. Clean shop. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The front hood of my car was dented and scratched. I looked and searched because this happened right in the holidays when you re already spending so much money I found Drivers Collision Center out of getting so many other quotes and they had the best pricing. Took my car there and I was pleased to see the repair shop so nice and clean, not to mention the customer service was amazing! They returned the car when they promised they would, the car came out amazing and it cost me a fraction of what other shops were charging. Very friendly and time efficient, they took the time to explain the process due to I was new using an insurance company , I went to get my bumper fix and ask for an estimate on the driver door to be fix , the cost was very fair compared to other places and timing wise was perfect , I honestly recommend this place.Service: PaintingService: Painting
