my lease car had a bad battery and Doral didn t help me I had called Toyota for some kind of AAA INSURANCE for tow truck and car was on the tow truck the whole night and the whole morning and lady on Doral Toyota said my wife has to go in the very morning so in order to be fixed the car and I just notice car is dirty BAD SERVICE

It is always good to highlight the professionalism, excellent service and attention when it is received. I have had the opportunity to be served on several occasions as a customer of this dealer, specifically in the Service area and I am very grateful for the great efficiency received by the Service Manager (Tony) and his entire team. Great experience with Doral Toyota service from start to finish. Enrique Subia was the service advisor and he was excellent. Straight forward, no games and very professional. Was checked in promptly and was all said and done with my car back in about two hours. Thank you Enrique and Team !

My parents are owners of a Toyota and under warranty have oil changes included. However to schedule this free service, they were transferred on the phone, and then hung up on several times. Then when they call back again, it was sent to voicemail and the call was not returned. Two weeks later they call to try and schedule service and Can never get anyone to help them.Would not recommend this service to anyone looking to purchase with these benefits.

Had my hood latch fail on a Saturday. With no appointment I was able drive up and they were able to help out. They needed to order a part for my older car, and when it arrived they were able to install it in 15 minutes. This let me drive home when planned. So helpful.

Somehow they got my previous review removed, but basically, you have to wait over ten minutes for anyone to pick up and then they usually aren't the person you're in need of speaking with so you have to wait again after being transfered, if they even pick up. They DID NOT rotate the right side of my car when requested and after they said they would. Also their multipoint inspection seems to have been quickly filled out with check marks and it doesn't seem they really went through that whole list because of this.This also made me nervous because they were also supposed to inspect the recall on passenger trim which was not letting certain units deploy the airbag correctly and now I don't feel confident they checked it right, but I don't have any course of action because they've now marked my vehicle as inspected, even though they didn't say if it passed or anything in the paperwork I was given.They are always crowded and a quick service takes multiple hours.Overall 1/10 service and I will not be going back.Just because the place is pretty and new looking doesn't mean they're good.Headquarter Toyota looks like it needs renovation when you pull up, but the service and quality of their work and your general experience is MILES Better.

Great service, my vehicle was attended to last minute at the end of the day but still good attention to detail with it. The staff were knowledgeable and the process was very easy with a shuttle service. A Conservative quote was provided and I was most happy with the updated cost of the service upon completion.

This place is great! You don't have to take my word for it since it gets busy really fast. I take my Toyota to get serviced by them anytime my car needs service. The service representatives are very helpful and in such a fast environment, they are still able to locate you when your vehicle is ready.

Crowded and bad service. Wmployes and manager complaining and talking bad things about the dealer and the lack of inventory... That's a shame. The staff should be careful and not talk stupidity about the place where they work at. Definitely never recommended this Toyota Dealership at DORAL FL, due to the unprofessional staff.

Worst service ever. Almost 2 hours waiting they didn't even touch my car. Mechanics on site doing nothing and they said nobody can work on my car. Nobody to talk to on the office and give any explanation or nothing. Not even one star deserve this place.

I have a 2021 4 Runner TRD Pro, not a super expensive car but still, it's $ 60K, so when I got it I thought I would have offered a comparable service level.Every time I get my car serviced at Doral, they always recommend me to do extra work beyond regular maintenance, and I always do it because I want to take care of my car, but also support the business. So I always end up spending around $ 300/350.00, I drive a lot so it's ok.This morning at 8:30 am I arrived, it was not busy at all, I enter the office and the first person didn't even greet me and just told me "there are 2 more offices or wait there..."...He didn't say any Good morning....nor Welcome how can I help you...I thought...wow someone has a bad morning...So I go to the other office where there were two people, one older guy was eating a sandwich on his desk (8:30 am...) and didn't even acknowledge my presence, and the other told me to come back after 30 min because they were very busy. Even in this case not "Good morning" or anything, just plain rude.I left.What a bunch of lazy people. I damn the moment I got a Toyota, never ever again, after selling the car, the service is horrible.

Went in and had my oil changed and tires rotated. Made an appointment for 8am thinking there wouldn't be many people there because it was a Monday, but that wasn't true.When I arrived the waiting room was already full of people. Despite all the people I didn't have to wait too long. I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes. Not too bad.The service agent was very friendly and explained everything they were going to do to my car. The waiting room was big and they even have a little cafeteria spot to purchase coffee and food of you like.Definitely recommend taking your car to this service center if your close by.

I have been coming here for my car maintenance since 2014. I will only work with Christian. He is extremely professional and very fair. I like the team of mechanics he works with. The waiting area is very nice and clean and they also have a small food counter.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Tony and JC are service rock stars. Took my 4Runner in right before a cross country trip for brakes and oil change. They discovered I had a cracked rear main seal and was leaking oil. Could have been a catastrophe driving across the desert. It was a lengthy repair due to the location of the gasket but they got it done and took excellent care of my baby. One of the best service departments I ve ever been too!

I went for an oil change and tire rotation. They could not find the wheel lock and didn t have a master. So they told me they didn t rotate the tires. I found the wheel lock with the jack equipment and they ended up doing the rotation for free. I went to book a brake job recently, no one answered, so I called another dealer. Went there and was told that they could not get wheel locks off cause they were too tight. They had to break them off. The other dealer did not charge labor for breaking them off but I had to replace them. I opted for just regular lug nuts instead. You would thing if someone is taking off and putting on lug nuts all day then they would know how to properly put them on.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The place is Ok. They need to improve on communication and understand Customer time is also valuable. It is next to impossible to get someome from Servicd Department over phone. I Hope management will improve the servicd in 2022.

On December 12, I carried out a maintenance included in the toyota care of the 15k miles of m car and as always in this place they neither check the pressure of the tires, nor did they rotate of them, at the end I don't know what they did. if they didn't even have to change the oil. a day wasted for nothing. Toyota should take away these people's licenses.

Doral Toyota Service dept is top notch. I spoke with Tony, the service manager, not because of a problem with staff or anything just BSing with him, while my daughters car was being serviced. He knows his, business job, staff and customers. I was in the new car business for many years and that service dept and staff is definitely one of the better ones.

When the mechanic that performed my service was asked why he didn't check the tires pressure, he came up with a pretty good scientific answer. Other than that, the service was finished promptly.

Terrible experience today, appointment at 8:30 for tire rotation. The agent checked me in almost and 9am. Told me that the service was going to take 1h top. It s been two and half hours and I m still waiting.
