Something happened today that made me very angry about this place. The manager of this place is totally arrogant and does everything he can to take your money. Every time I leave my car to change the engine oil he calls me 30 minutes later pushing me with problems that don't exist in the car and charging me absurdly expensive amounts. Today I went to leave my car there once again, believe I had already taken my car there 6 or 7 times and I was always charged a specific amount, something around 36 and 41$ even because my car is not new and before of them change they never ask what kind of oil I would like to put in our car. They just print a paper with the value of the job and ask us to do sign it. By chance, innocently just today I signed without looking at the value before (which I know was a mistake) for believing and trusting that it would always be the same value as every other time I went before because they have a history of all the times and types of oil they had been putting in the car. To my surprise when I went to pay, I noticed that the value was 84$ because he had put an oil that was more expensive. I feel that this manager does everything to push you everything that is most expensive and uses dishonesty to tell you everything your car needs to be replaced. I do not recommend this store to anyone and I will never do any kind of service in this place again.Service: Oil change

Super expensive! He charged me $800 for 2 tires, Never Again. Please shopping around before let your car there, unless you have a bag of cash. Abusive in my opinion

PRICE GOUGERS!!! I brought my vehicle to this store to get some preventative maintenance done; new brakes only no rotors; transmission flush and replace filter and gasket. Just to let you know, I have a cost engineering background. I know how to analyze detailed costs to see if I am paying a fair price. I received an estimate to sign and give approval for the work. There was no detailed breakdown. I thought the price was high but went ahead with the work BECAUSE IT WAS MARKED AS AN ESTIMATE. Once done I received my receipt and went home. Here is the interesting Part. I looked at the detail cost breakdown. My car was in the garage for 2 hours. I was charged 5.5 hours of labor at $80/hr. Next day I went back to the store. The manager said I signed to have the work done therefore there is no refund. Then he tells me that what ever labor hours are quoted that is what the customer pays regardless if the job was done in less than half the time. THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF. I LOST $280 FOR MY IGNORANCE. My bill was $987.

Customer service is good BUT... a few things I did not like.1. Was told it would be a 1 hr 45 min waitResult: 2 hour wait even after the General Manager told me he would help me out by expediting the oil change2. They pulled my truck in to the garage to make me think they were already expediting the oil change WRONG! That was just a 30 min illusion.3. How long does it really take to dump out the old oil, change filter, and add new oil? Apparently another hour. Like seriously!? Ive done oil changes on my cars before and it takes less than 30 min.4. Mechanic did not cover my seat with plastic therefore all his sweat was left on my driver seat, Not cool!! Not professional5. Did not reset the oil life percentage on my dash. No big deal as this takes a second but come on it takes a second and if I was an old lady I wouldn t know how to do this. FAIL!6. They put a sticker on windshield with milage for next oil change, how can you possibly get this wrong? My truck has 10,800Miles apparently my next oil change is at 11,474? Yea not good math.The place is not bad, customers are just impatient so i guess go really early as soon as they open to avoid long wait times.

I got there with a flat tire, and when I got inside the office to get service the guy in charge told me that they can't help me because they where full and closing "soon". I asked him if 40 minutes where not enough to put a patch on a tire to fix a flat (that task takes no more than 15min) and he told me that wasn't enough with all the cars they had (I only saw one costumer there, the place was empty). He didn't even offered me air to get somewhere else. Is unbelievable how that employees don't care about costumers, and a task as simple as a flat fix (a patch takes about 15 minutes or less to get done) is too much for someone that I'm sure is being paid OVERTIME on a Sunday for do their job.

My new car tire got flat and service was pretty quick and easy. Forgot his name who is in front desk. he seems pretty fair like benefits explained. I asked nitrogen gas what he explained make sense. thank you

I was to change the oil amd then the air conditioning broke. I went and they told me that the part that I need they were unable to get it until Monday because no dealer in miami has it. I said that I will take my business to other place. I went to one dealer that is 0.8 miles away from this shop and they have the part from $ 10 less. Stay away from this shop. I wish I can give them 0 stars.

Went to this place and asked them to tell me anything wrong with my car so we can fix it all in one shot. They told me nothing, just an alignment and new tires. I spent 1K on my tires a month ago and they re eaten up already. Asked them to look at my car again and now they say it s the shocks that are destroyed I just spent 1K on tires that need to be changed again because of their bad service. They didn t even offer help or a discount or anything for not telling me it was the shocks in the first place. Don t go here.

Good service. Prices are a little high but the vehicle is done on time. Not one time have they tried to add additional work. I hve been there about 4 times for tire service and oil changes.

Thanks god, this place has good people, this place they offer good customer service air conditioning, water even the restroom is available, if u go any other places around this area they're out service, , I had read the comment, I think as a person has to be prepared for any scenarious, IMO. Continue the good job.

I had a fiat tire came in at 6:55 the guy told is yo late to fix my tire I understand there closing at 7pm. there only got 5min left. But a tire place should understand that at is an emergancy and you are not selling hot bread. You guys should write that after 6:30 you guys will not fix any tires anymore I would not chosen you.

Everyone there was incredibly helpful. From the manager to the mechanics. I had bought a full set of wheels and tires from an off- roads specialty store. I thought any tire place would mount them. I was wrong. I went to 2 separate places both said no we cant install a 34x11.5 tire on 17 inch wheels. I thought it strange cause its a typical size for jeeps. But their loss my gain. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone with any kind of 4x4. The mechanic even explained the specific details to tire balancing weights and the location they go on the jeep.

Rafael is the service rep and this how the cookie crumbs. I went change motor oil and I told this guy not to call specifically since i am going to be in a meeting with my childrens school principle. Guess what!!! he calls and tells me that the oil screw/plug threads are bad and he needs to change, i told him i do not want to change it, he went on a song and dance. I do not want to be rude with the principle, i said go ahead and change it for $12.97. When i went ask for the part that they replaced, he got hot and with high voice, that they are honest and do not milk customers this and that. I told him i just want to see part so i can determine if it was needed to be changed. If the threads are bad, oil will leak and the engine should not have any oil left after few days when i changed the oil last time (3 months ago). So i understood what happened. The Screw was good he just want to milk some money from me. He said that the screw fell in to the oil pan when they drain the oil. I told him i will give him $100 if a screw can fit through the oil collection pan to the drum. Now he thinks that the screw might dropped in to the drum. During the back and front, the mechanic came with a screw which clearly does not have any thread wear and tear. I do not want to wast time since my wife is getting irritated in the car waiting for me so she can go to work. Went home and did a picture research in google images and the screw he/the mechanic gave me does not belong to Toyota Camry at-all. They just bought some screw so i can shut up and leave. The short story is i should have read the review before i went there.My conclusion how "GOODYEAR" does business or business motto.This location is a Franchise not operated by GOODYEAR, but still!!! Goodyear should know better when there are bad review all over the net, they need to do something about it rather than do nothing. Ultimately its "Goodyear" not "Doral Tire & Service" on the building.1.Train their staff/Owners to make a one time sales.2. Do not believe or build a good customer relationship.3.Screw the customer on the first time they come so they will never comeback and tell others not to go.What goodyear owner/employees or the company itself must learn1. Driving is not a luxury, it is a necessity so is ownership of a motor vehicle and repairs.2. Treat the clients with honesty so they keep coming back and refer others.3. "If you build it they will come" you do not have milk them or hook they with oil change specials.

My tire pressure monitor light went on. I thought I had a flat tire so I searched on Google for the closest tire repair shop and I found Doral Tire.I went there without knowing what to expect. I thought they will tell me I have to replace my tire because of a nail or something like that, but I was wrong. They actually checked my tires and they found nothing, they just needed air.They did not charge me anything!!I was very impressed with their honesty and their Customer Service. They are not like other tire places such as Tire Plus and Russo Tires where I had bad experiences.I really recommend this place. Keep up with the good work. Look for Ricardo.

They stole my new rims it has taken me a while to figure this out. I have pictures and receipts and this whole time I thought it was my friends at Jiffy Lube but after carefully thinking of the day and time frames I realized it was never Jiffy Lube but these people. They psrked my car in a dark area and let me know it was finished. I have puctures of my before and after rims. I could never prove it because they don't keep footage fir long periods. Always mark and check your rims ladies. I was devasted and I could not even get State Farm to pay. No proof no pay even though I had before and after pictures it took me slmost 8 months to realize they were switched. Smh.Service: Tires

I have had my oil changed here a couple of times so I sent my son to have is done. They recommended he rotate the tires so he agreed. A few weeks later he says he heres a sound from the car.....I drive it and notice it shaking....i check the wheel and on rim has 3 lugnuts missing and the other two are loose....someone only hand tightened the lugnuts. Luckily there wasnt a tragedy.

Don't go here!!!!!! they are scamers!!! I took my car here because it had a vibration. They told me I need 4 new tires becuase they are out of shape and geve me over $1,000 price for the job. I found it hard to believe because the tires are about a year. So I took my car to the audi dealer, they lift it up and showed me that the whell was bent, it was so clear what the problem was. I fixed it for $250. I DID NOT NEED 4 NEW TIRES. Now my car runs perfectly.My friend had a similar experience with his car's breaks

Amazing Tire Shop! Excellent customer service and the most important thing for me, they are honest! I went with my tire almost flat and they fixed it in 20 minutes. Totally recommended this place. Gracias!

Watch out!!!!! These guys ask you for a lot of personal identifying information just to put a plug in your tire. They ask for full name, phone number, residential address, Color, brand, model and year of the car among other questions I had no option but to reject. Be careful with these people!!!$34 for a plug. Stay away!!!!!

This place SUCKS!!!!!!! Took the car in for an oil change and Pepe tells me my brake fluid is old and needs to be changed. Goes ahead and changes the brake fluid by doing a brake flush. Literally 2 weeks later my car lights up like a Christmas tree with the brake light and traction control lights, etc. Take it back to the same place and they tell me my brake fluid was a bit low and my brake pads are low as well they will need to be replaced soon. I thought I would have at least 2-3 weeks before I change the brake pads. 2 days later the same lights come back on and I go back to the same place Now they tell me that my brake fluid is completely empty and the car needs to be inspected for a leak. I told him I would come back later and just fill it with brake fluid again. Take it to another mechanic and they tell me the rear calipers are leaking and I need new brake pad. Spoke to a 3rd mechanic and he tells me that there are screws on the rear calipers that can be tightened or loosened to make the brake fluid drain. Screws just needed to be tightened. Basically this Doral tire place messes up your car so you could keep going back to them. There are a lot of customers who have had bad experiences with this place and they are always empty apparently people are noticing this place is Horrible and not going. I should of read the reviews before coming here. I will be reaching out to Goodyear because they sponsor this location. 5 thumbs down to this place filled with thieves and liars!!!

I spoke with the general manager Rafael due to a leak in my radiator they quoted me over $700(red flags ) which concerned me extremely highly they advised the job would take up to 2 days which is a lie and a deception I knew the issue at hand however they quoted me four times then the regular standard job I got it done for $140 to replace two hoses that got damaged this business is not honest completely unprofessional I even spent $50 on a diagnostic honestly I wasted my time my efforts believing they were a good and ethical business however they are not they will over price for a simple job very deceived and disappointed don't even bother going...Service: General repairs & maintenance
