Ralph was an incredible sales rep! He took care of us from the moment we stepped out of our car, was extremely thorough with his explanations and spot on understood our needs, our budget and pointed us to the best car we could have imagined! Never in a million years would I have though I wanted a Lincoln car but thankfully we landed on his desk and he showed us the way. The only down side was the extremely long wait for finance team to put paperwork together in situ... we waited for way to long and would have preferred for this process to be handled remotely rather than to make us wait in the dealer for over 5 hours to then have it handled remotely anyway. If the upfront direction had been 'Guys there's a long paperwork process that needs to happen, we will handle this within the next 48 hours and will contact you to deliver your new vehicle.... this would have been a 10/10 experience.

I m still waiting for the receipt that they were going to send of what was done to my car, they gave me the car back with no brakes at all, and they still tried to blame that the cars brake were worn. They were going to let me drive out of there like that. They spill brake fluid all over the chassis of the car and the paint was dirty from greasy hands.Not a good dealer at all.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Sold us a used truck with a bad transmission. Promised us they would replace the transmission with a new one. Car was in service for up to four weeks! They lied to us and told us that everything was fixed when in fact, nothing was done! Took the car back again to get serviced, and no one wants to take responsibility for the truck. Whoever I speak to says that is not their department. The advisor never answers our calls. The manager Raul was disgustedly rude when speaking to me. Everyone just passes the buck and no one wants to take responsibility for their negligence. We continue being lied to about what s going on with the car and what is being done with it. I ve attached pictures of the supposed new transmission you could clearly tell it is not a new transmission.All we want is for our car to be fixed like they promised it would. If I would ve known, they would lie to us and not do anything I would ve never purchased a vehicle from the dealer.

I bought a used vehicle from Frank. I had a small issue immediately after purchasing the vehicle. Frank went above and BEYOND to make sure everything was taken care of. You can buy with confidence from this dealer. I don't usually write reviews, but I was so impressed with how well Frank handled my issue that I felt it needed to be commended.

After speaking with Valeria she was able to find the exact Corsair I wanted before ever stepping foot at the dealership! When I got there the car was beautiful and ready to go. Karla was very friendly and helped with getting the papers signed. Both of them were professional and I would do business with them again! The service here was incredible, and we felt right at home when walking into this dealership for the first time. Pablo Cartalla was a fantastic salesmen, he was funny and enthusiastic and got me in a great vehicle. The location was very well organized and clean. I am extremely happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommend getting a vehicle from this dealership.

We feel very lucky to have been paired up with salesman, Ray Perez at Doral Lincoln. Not only was he kind and understanding, he was not pushy and did not waste any of our time. Yes, the parking lot was hectic. Yes, we waited forever to purchase our car after the deal was made because we went on a Saturday afternoon. But overall, we are so happy with the service we received from Doral Lincoln and would highly recommend it. We love our car. Ray Perez is the best!

I'm very happy with my Lincoln Corsair purchase. Sales person Richard Faustino was very knowledgeable with the Corsair model. He was patient and drove me to the lot where the Corsairs were stored. So many to pick from it was a bit overwhelming but Richard was very patient and allowed me to take my time. I requested his card and left as I had to make sure this was the car for me. The following week I messaged Richard and said I'm ready, I sent him 2 of the SUV Corsair I was interested in. Richard said, I will pull one of them and bring it to the front of dealer for you. I said I would be there with an hour. As I parked my car Richard parked the Corsair next to me. The purchase transaction went very smooth, Richard was honest from the beginning and this is why I chose him as the Sales Person I would buy my SUV from. I recommend Richard Faustino has the best Sales person time and time again.

I would not recommend Doral Lincoln. If zero stars was an option that is what they d receive. Their customer service was extremely disappointing. Originally spoke to Rey in regard to a vehicle which didn t work out due to my payment preference I then received a call from Jesus P. in regard to a different vehicle. After not receiving a call back after numerous calls in over a 24hr period I finally received a text message from Rey stating the car I originally called in about was sold not even the car his coworker called me in regard to. His exact words the vehicle you wanted is sold my friend, paid in full with a picture of the keys. Can t get any lower than this! I will take my business else where.Also, no need to comment and tell me to contact the manager. I have already tried to do that and each time I am continuously told they are unavailable. I would suggest revisiting your policies and procedures in regard to customer service with your employees.

Flora my service writer was amazing. She was able to keep me posted about my vehicle as the service was being done. Also she had my car delivered to my house so I can continue working. Thank you Doral lincoln and most thankful for Flora. Amazing job. I will be back.

I had a great experience at Doral Lincoln. Rey did a great job!He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Worst experience I ever had. Called to check on availability on a truck, Gabriel said the truck is at the location and I should drive to see it. I had to call him directly to confirm the truck is there because it s hour and half drive and he confirmed. Went there and Gabriel not even at that location so here one of the salespeople Erica came to the rescue while she is on her phone and pointing to me with her finger to follow her without saying a word !!!! Really that s how you greet your customer not saying a word and ask him to follow you ? Anyway, truck wasn t there, talked to the GM and he said we are humans and mistakes happened not offering anything to correct what s going on.To correct this you can drive the truck to my terminal for us to see.

Bought a brand new 2024 Nautilus on Saturday 3/23/2024. We left the dealer @10pm. Back this Monday less than 48hrs with the car having zero audio system sound including Bluetooth Navigation. Was told it would take 5hr for a software update. Also my second car key wasn t ready for pickup as promised. Hey %^#% happens. But my key should have been ready as promised.

We have used Doral Lincoln now for two different purchases. Frank our salesman has always been very helpful and understanding of our needs. Being from out of town the transactions have always been smooth, flawless and finance is very thorough. Very please with both purchases.

Visited Doral Lincoln on 01/06 after confirming the availability of a specific car a day before with multiple phone calls.Despite assurances, upon arrival after an hour's drive, was informed the car wasn't ready for sale and needed inspection. This discrepancy between what was promised and the actual service is disappointing and reflects poorly on their communication and professionalism!

Flor from the service department is great! Very attentive, responsive, professional, and courteous. I definitely recommend her. My wife s Navigator was fixed very fast. We had to wait a while for a part to get in but that s not in her hands and just a supply issue. I highly recommend Doral Lincoln.

Was not a great experience. Went in multiple times and each time, the store was far too busy than what they could handle. The parking lot was also way too full and nearly impossible to park in. The dealership seems far too cramped and is definitely not family friendly. I had an employee plan discount and was not given the attention that Acura, Ford, Porsche, and Gensis gave me and my family. In example, on my second return, all of the paperwork was supposed to be ready to sign - it was not. Financing wasn't even ran until the day after around 1pm when I was told all documents would be sent to me "first thing in the morning." I ended up not completing the deal. It is probably a manager staffing issue and general physical space / welcoming environment. Everyone was mildly pleasant but again did not feel like anything was being quickly done, given adequate attention, or generally efficient. While I may have inquired about additional discounts, the lack of efficient customer service and paper work efficiency was what turned me off from this location.

Overall after 2 weeks I got my car back, the issue of a fuel injector took a little longer and had to wait for an engineer who was not in the dealership to solved it.got a loaner bigger SUV which was not economical.Kudos to Brit, the service advisor that kept me informed and answered my calls.I do love my Corsair from leasing .I end up buying it.

At Doral Lincoln you always encounter excellent customer service, from a warm and welcoming smile, to the most professional and knowledgeable car specialist. Doral Lincoln has a robust car inventory where you can choose from new cars to certified-pre owned ones, but it is their team work what makes you get the best deal in town!. Frank Ortega worked diligently to help me purchase my new Lincoln Corsair (Love it!!). He is truly a 5-Star!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Doral Lincoln Dealership, and I must say I'm thoroughly dissatisfied. There were two major issues that left a bitter taste in my mouth.First and foremost, their customer communication was abysmal. I felt like I was chasing them for information every step of the way. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to constantly follow up and inquire about the status of their purchase. Whether it was about the delivery schedule or the financing details, it was an exercise in frustration. It's basic customer service to keep your clients informed, and Doral Car Dealership fell short in this regard.Secondly, when I finally received the car, it was a complete mess. It was dirty both inside and out. The interior had stains, and the exterior was covered in grime. It's unbelievable that a car dealership would deliver a product in such a condition. It's a reflection of their lack of attention to detail and a disregard for the customer's experience.Overall, my experience with Doral Car Dealership was far from satisfactory. Poor customer communication and delivering a dirty product are clear signs of a lack of professionalism and care for their customers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this dealership.1 / 2

A terrible experience, after confirming the availability of the car I traveled more than 4 hours to get to Doral Lincoln, when I arrived the car had already been sold the day before. I don't recommend it to anyone!
