Car was to be in tip top shape with no issues. Car had brake, tire, and rear differential issues. Have only put 5 miles on car since purchased a month ago. Seller not allowing me to return. Will no longer return phone calls, texts or email BUYER BEWARE received partial refund for repairs but check was Fraudulent.Will not return phone calls emails or texts Had to ship car back and pay shipping. Flew to Miami to get a replacement vehicle and only 1 person spoke English. Wasted 1 1/2 hours there waiting to finalize and then had 18 hour drive home

The WORST place to buy a car!!! Don t EVER & I repeat, EVER purchase a vehicle from here. I found this place on Facebook Marketplace & spoke with someone named Danny. He was a really nice guy.. thank you for being so kind and helpful. As for everything else!!! I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic and I traded my car in the value left to pay on the car as $9,000 cash one thing that was obvious was the light bulb on the passenger side was out.(simple fix) another obvious was the side bar light bulb on the driver s side was out as well( also, another simple fix) what I DID NOT KNOW:they put a Honda Crv battery in the car and my car died as soon as I got home the next day,They put cooling fluid in the car that would last me a week and my carbonator would need to be replaced,My cartridge for the windshield wiper fluid would also need to be replacedThe oil filter holder would be completely jammed in and also needed to be replaced,3 different size tires on the car, also needed to be replaced,And the flap that protects the bottom of the car from debris or anything would literally fall off the next day.Overall, they purchased the car from an auction and instead of fixing the car they jammed a bunch of parts together like a toy and sold me a car. I was better off buying my car brand new!

I am a Plus member of Triple A and recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with their service. As someone who had never requested assistance throughout the year, I was shocked by the lack of reliability and professionalism displayed.Upon placing a service request, I was informed that help would arrive within 10 minutes. However, this seemingly straightforward commitment turned into a frustrating two-hour ordeal. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I was repeatedly told that assistance was just 10 minutes away, which was far from the truth.After waiting in vain, I was left with no choice but to seek help from a local car service place. The stark contrast between their prompt response and Triple A's inability to fulfill their promise was disheartening, to say the least.This incident has left me deeply dissatisfied with my Triple A membership. The value of a membership lies in its reliability and the assurance that help will be available when needed. Unfortunately, my experience clearly showed that Triple A fell short in this regard.Based on my recent encounter, I strongly advise against purchasing a Triple A membership. The frustration and inconvenience I faced are not worth the investment. I hope that Triple A takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving their service to better serve their members in the future.

Purchase a BMW m2 from this dealer a few weeks ago and was extremely happy with the overall experience. The car was in mint condition, even better than described. Price was about $10k below value due to prior accident, but all repair work was 100% perfect, couldn't tell it was ever hit. Thanks Charlie and the team!

These guys are great!! I flew down from NC after purchasing this beautiful Cadillac, they took care of me from the moment go. The staff was friendly and helpful, having driven the car home, I noticed the steering was a little tight, it needed a part, Jason is awesome he was nice enough to refund me $300 to get the part, I m completely satisfied with this great team!! It was a wonderful buying experience. I will buy again most definitely. Thanks.

They sell flooded cars mostly on eBay that basically have not been checked in any way. It is one thing to buy a salvage title car from people that actually fix them and stand behind their work but this is not the case here. Instead, they just try to make the car start and lot run with minimal effort and cost and mask and hide all problems or issues that actually the car has. This is not how business should be done.

Car arrived as described and in good condition. Had a few minor scratches and such as described ... but better than I had expected. Everything is working as described. Seller arranged shipping which turned out to be very reasonable. Happy/Satisfied with the process and the vehicle. I would recommend this seller. Thank you!

I do not understand the negative reviews. I purchased a 2017 Chevy Tahoe from AAA of Miami and I did not experience anything that those negative reviews mentioned. I had someone inspect the vehicle before I purchased it. There were a few things that I asked to be fixed and they did it right away. I highly recommend this place. They took the time to make sure I was happy. I have even gone back for a few other things and they would take care of me fast and effectively. I am getting ready to get another car from AAA of Miami.

Buy with caution. I have purchased rebuilt cars in the past and fully understand the risks so no gripes about buying a rebuilt car. I purchased a car from this dealer on 5/3/22. Three tows to the mechanic and no communication from the seller later (was just looking to find out what their thoughts may be based on the work they did on the car), I decided to leave this review. I would have hoped to get more than 800 miles out of this car before giving up on it. Consider all your options.

They sell cars on eBay and are supposed to be a reputable seller but the truth is they are not. Whatever they claim or tell you about the car you are about to buy will most likely be a lie and there is no warranty of any kind so my personal advice is do not trust and do not buy or you might be very sorry and the repairs might be extremely costly. They never test the car as supposed to and if it starts it means it runs great or this is what they claim and the truth is they never actually drove it to know. Half or most of the cars they sell have water damage and if you buy one of these the chance you will regret your decision is more than 75%. You get what you pay for but with this seller my only advice is AVOID AND BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I moved to Miami from New York, and needed to buy a car, my friend recommended Charly because he has a great variety of cars for different budgets. I purchased my Nissan Ultima from him, the car is in amazing condition, drives great! He is the guy to go to to buy your car.

Read your contract carefully. Car stated clean title on listing, seller sends contract for a rebuilt title. Seller changed agreed upon price in contract. Seller also states in contract they are not liable for any liens or changes in title status on a car your purchase from them. So you could buy a car assuming the title was "clean" and end up stuck with it and out of your money.Asked seller to cancel for over a week, they didn't cancel it until the day I left negative feedback on ebay and opened a charge back for the deposit. Stay away from these people.

One of the worst car buying experience I have had. They are a total liars and should NOT be in business. They lied about the condition of the car, but additionally cut corners and didn't repair the vehicle correctly according to specs or even minimum safety standards. Stay away!

This dealer sold us a car on eBay with prior water damage that turned out to have many undisclosed issues including a broken transmission. Afterwards AAA of Miami promised to reimburse for the repairs that was never done. With all the money we spent we could have bought a new and clear title car. Lesson learned and we do not recommend this place.

A bunch of crooks!!! Bought 18 Grand Caravan, transmission was out, sliding door motors bad, oil temp sensor and cooler bad, tire flat and multiple codes in computer. Not trustworthy and screwed me loyally!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been coming to this place for YEARS. My last 3 cars have been from �a r , in addition to the constant check-up s and drop in s for any little thing that any other mechanic would take absolute advantage of and charge a limb for. I trust these guys with my car, and as a sober person who had to gain trust to drive again, they helped me work out a budget and plan to repair and ultimately keep my car in great shape, this has meant the world to me. Service is always excellent, everyone says hello and I recommend everyone I know to this location, including my fianc� and friends. It s easy to jump to negative reviews and let s face it, it s easy to create several accounts and try to drag a company and even a person and their will under. In the end, if you come here you won t be disappointed, and you will have a mechanic and friends for life.

Update: The previous review was in light of my experience with AAA the roadside assistance membership club. It was not my intention to leave this review for this company: AAA of Miami an insurance company. In light of my mistake. I will change my rating to 5 stars. You could have went off on me. I'm giving 5 stars for addressing my MISTAKE in a professional manner and allowing me to Correct it. It was misleading and I apologize.But frfr AAA Auto club is trash. Since there wasn't anywhere to Google review. It was reported to the BBB. Thank you for your reply. Went to the BBB website. Not only were they not certified, their rating was an F. So it reminded me to check there first before investing my money. And to be mindful of my reviews. Once again I apologize .

Waited 3 days in Miami Beach for a tow a couple a years ago. They could not get one single tow truck out there in all that time, and no one truly cared nor did they have a way to deal with the situation. Telephone agents provided misinformation and outright lied to me. So did the management team. Two years ago when I needed a tow, they also could not find a tow truck during a one day period. I ended up paying for a private tow and AAA still have not delivered the reimbursement forms that they pre-approved and promised. Now I ve been waiting 4 hours for a tow and I m told it ll be another two and a half hours. Experience tells me it could be a lot more. Save your money, get roadside assistance elsewhere.

Do NOT buy from this place. Owner is Cagri (Charlie) who is a con-artist and should not be trusted. He sold me a vehicle claiming to be "Perfectly ok" and no issues. The car was totaled and the front axel was missing bolts and was loose. The dealership inspected the car and stated it was a total safety hazard. Cagri (Charlie) lied and said he will reimburse for repairs which he never did. Be aware of this place and specifically the owner.

I bought a 2015 GMC Terrain online from AAA of Miami on 5/05/21. The Listing, the Title, and the Bill of Sale all stated the mileage to be 62,000 miles. When the car finally shipped to me 7 weeks later on 6/30/21, I was shocked to see it had 75,000 miles on it. It also arrived with undisclosed mechanical problems, no gas, in need of an oil change, and two bad tires. I paid for free shipping in the sales price, yet had to finally send AAA $200 after 6 weeks of waiting, just to meet a shippers minimum. It's been a nightmare.
