Took my 14000 mile Rouge for service, it needed a new radio steering wheel control replaced since it was not working well, also an oil change was due, they said that I had to leave the car for it to be repaired, 3 days later I went back to pick it up and it still was not repaired since they did not even had the replacement part in the first place, my car was very clean before leaving it there, but when I went to pick it up it was nasty full of dust and dirt, also whoever changed the oil spilled all over the top of the engine, as I was driving home I had smoke coming out of the hood and had to stop in the middle of the Palmetto expressway thinking the engine had blown up or something worse, a service advisor called 3 days later saying they were very sorry for the bad service. 4 weeks have passed now and I still haven't heard from service about the replacement part. I will not take any of my Nissan cars there ever again!!

Run from this place this is horrible customer services and dishonest practices. The service here is high way robbery. Do yourself a favor and run from this place and take your car somewhere else. Horrible customer service and they don t fix your car well so you have to come back with the same problem. I wish I knew this before I came here. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place the service stinks here run. If I could give lower than one star I would do so because it doesn t deserve not even one star.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Engine repair, Brakes, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

I visited this dealership service department for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation, the first car service at 5k miles. The express service worked as intended, it took little more than an hour for the full service and they washed the car which is a plus. Price wise is not the best, you can do probably $20 less at some other place (and I used a cupon). They did a good job with the exception of the oil change, was a little bit overflown not much but not perfect, it was over the two marks in the stick instead in between, not worth the complain. Overall I'm happy with the service, it was fast and I like that they send you updates of the multi point inspection report to your phone. I'll probably do next service here again.

We called 2 weeks before to make sure they had the part and they claimed they did, and when we went they said it hadn't arrived yet. However, they were able to fix something else for me quickly. But it would be nice if they would if they would put back all the covers that go in the engine compartment and not leave them loose on top of the engine.

I went twice within service hours and they told me no technician was available to check my car. Also they weren't clear about warranty coverage. Please don't waste your time, go service your car elsewhere.
