Willie O Neal was the best! Our interactions with the staff of Porsche of Destin were top notch. I love my new Macon. Willie made our purchase so easy, and all the staff were professional through and through. I would travel here again just to buy from this dealer.

Wow! Just received my new GT3RS.Porsche of Destin is the place to go for your new Porsche. Scott can get it done.The treatment and prompt service was as pleasant as the arrival of my second GT3 from Porsche of Destin. Looking forward to the new future location.

My previous visits to Porsche of Destin were positive and confident. However, my last experience in November, 2023 was 180 degrees different. I had scheduled an annual maintenance (inspection) and oil change.My annual maintenance (inspection) was not accomplished. I inadvertently left my dash-cam mounted and my entire serviced lasted 40 minutes aside, from my car idling outside and in the work-bay. My wheels and under car protective covers were not removed. My steering, front suspension and brake components are not visible without removing wheels and cover. The turbo sumps were not drained on my oil change.I spoke to Brandon in person a day or two after my service and he said; I spent two hours on your car. He also disclosed, he did not take off my wheels because, there was not enough time. I called Porsche of Atlanta to voice my concerns and Andy (service manager) answered my concern with I don t trust them. Well, that could not be further from the truth, in the past, I have left two positive reviews.My service was $499 + shop supplies $41.32 + a can of brake clean $4.50 and an extra quart of oil (7.99) that never went in my engine. All told, my bill without my military discount would have been a stone s throw from $600.00 for an oil change that took a total of 40 minutes.I have owned Porsches for 30 years, PCA member for the last 15 years and bringing my 996TT to Porsche of Destin for approximately for the last five years.I am disappointed and embarrassed because, I recommended Porsche of Destin to my friends and fellow Porsche owners

I Purchased my GT3 from Porsche of Destin and the experience was everything you could hope it to be. My car was sitting on the showroom floor and looked amazing. The team was really helpful showing me every feature of the car and made the delivery fun. I don t write a bunch of reviews but my friends at Porsche Destin deserve the shout out. Thanks guys! Casey

Tom Waigand at Porsche of Destin was amazing throughout the process of ordering my 911 Carrera GTS. Tom was responsive, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and enthusiastic both for the brand and the customer. I always knew what was going on and I appreciate the work he put in to make sure my questions were answered quickly. Tom took all the time I needed to go over the car on arrival, and just made the whole experience smooth and comfortable.

Let me take this chance to rant about one of the sales associates here, Britton O Shea.I ve owned 7 cars in my life, purchasing them both privately and from dealers. I ve probably stepped into over a hundred dealerships nationwide, and called a hundred more.In all that time, I have never met a sales associate like Britton. He was extraordinarily kind, borderline hilarious, VERY helpful, and truly made being at a car dealership as painless as possible. In fact- my fianc� and I felt like we weren t even at a car dealership while talking to him.He made it feel like we were at the Nurburgring experience, he was so knowledgeable on the cars.ASK FOR BRITTON!

If ever a Company deserved a 5 Star rating it s Porsche of Destin. I recently purchased my 3rd Porsche from the great sales and support team there. I have purchased Porsche vehicles from other dealers, but none compare to Porsche Destin. If you want a Porsche, go to Porsche of Destin and ask for Dean.R.A. Taylor

I have purchased 2 cars from Porsche Destin in the last 6 months! Dean and Scott have always been very attentive and welcoming! They have answered every possible question and kept me informed throughout the process of ordering and delivery!Griffin at the service center has always been extremely helpful and friendly! And I can t forget to thank Vincent in financing for his transparency and help!

I d say I m most likely one of the hardest customers when it comes to car stuff. Mostly because I ve been around it my entire life and I know how things are supposed to work.Last week tour Macan Alternator decided it would enjoy, ceasing to live stranding My wife. I have used them once before for failed ABS sensors, and the team was amazing. Though this wasn t the smoothest experience Andy, Britton, and Brandon really went above and beyond. The Macan is known to have faulty UV coating on the headlights that cracks due to the sever Florida sun. Without even knowing they had those warrantied for us and took care of it. I guess it s almost time to have the 40,000 miles service done on the GT3 and it will be going there.Britton really went the extra mile staying late Friday to get us the car back before the weekend.Thank you Andy, Britton, and Brandon

I have been a loyal customer of his for a while now, and I can confidently say that he is one of the best in the business. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and he takes great pride in his work. Whenever I bring my vehicles to him, I know that they are in good hands and that he will do everything he can to ensure they are performing at their best. This is the 2nd time that I have gone to Porsche Destin & both times they have gone out of their way to make my wait during my car service extremely comfortable. I have to drive > 1 1/2 hours to get to them but they have made the drive worth it! I have worked w/ Griffin (their service advisor) on many occasions & he has always been readily available not only when I have had any questions about scheduling service but also any questions that I've had about any issues w/ my car. Each time that I have come & waited on my car to be serviced, Scott (their manager) has gone over & beyond to get me a work station, including a laptop w/ a mouse, to use to allow me to get my work done. The waiting area is very comfortable w/ lots of windows, comfortable seating, clean & fully stocked restrooms, & a nice snack area which stocks a variety of coffees, sodas, waters & snacks. All of the employees that I have encountered are professional & friendly. I would highly recommend them!

I had a truly fantastic buying experience with Porsche Destin. My sales professional Dean was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. The team members managing my trade in and financing were wonderful as well. I highly recommend these gentlemen. They are Rock Stars!

Something I ve been meaning to do is ensure I found the time to publicly state how immensely satisfied, and happy I am with how Porsche Destin has made themselves available to me as I further my passion for the brand. This review extends to two vehicles, a 2014 Cayman S and now a 2020 Cayman GT4. Last summer, my Cayman S needed roadside assistance due to an oil level issue. I was able to speak on the phone directly with Mr Brandon Gorman of the service tech department; he guided me on how to safely arrive at the dealership to address the issue to avoid towing. Once there, he looked over the car, topped it off, and spoke to me about how resilient the cars are after all. He has done something similar already with my GT4, and in my opinion he is the perfect representation of the brand Porsche in regards to the professionals they want engaging with us enthusiasts. I won t take my car anywhere else, because I know Brandon will be working on it when we come to Porsche Destin.

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided during our visit to your dealership. Specifically, I would like to thank Brandon for his outstanding work on our Macan GTS. We had originally come in for a minor leak repair, but he took additional steps to check on other things that needed attention. He made sure that not only was the leak repaired, but also that all additional service bulletins and recalls were taken care of.I couldn't get that level of professionalism from our local Porsche dealership in Mobile. We now bring our cars to Destin for service because we know we are in good hands. Not only did you meet our expectations, you exceeded them. This is what customer service is truly about. Thank you for providing such an outstanding experience. We will definitely be back again real soon!

Tommy is a great person to work with. Our Panamera was custom ordered, so it took a few months and Tommy kept us informed the whole time. We had the fun unveiling in the showroom when it did arrive! Definitely will purchase next car with Tommy!

While they may be constantly busy, I genuinely love the service team here! Griffin and all do the absolute best to promptly get my Panamera in and out and done right; and if I have any questions, they always get back to me.Also happy to have my hybrid running back to how it should! Tommy Waigand was a wonderful salesman. He really worked around our schedule, stayed late with us to process the sale, and did a LOT of the legwork with the financing company so I could stay at the office! 10 out of 10. I ll buy my next vehicle from him if possible.

Griffin at Destin Porsche was very accommodating while my Cayenne was being serviced. He kept me updated through out the entire process and offered me a loaner vehicle when the additional work resulted in my vehicle needing to stay a day longer. I purchased my Porsche from them specifically due to the quality of service and the location! Highly recommend Destin Porsche to anyone considering buying a new vehicle.

I've never enjoyed the car-buying experience, but the team at Porsche of Destin made this time completely different. I'm new to Porsche vehicles, and the sales rep Mason was very patient with all my questions - explaining and demonstrating everything I needed to know about a new Cayenne. I never felt pressured to buy, and I found him to be very knowledgeable on the products as well as the competition. While my new vehicle was on order, both Mason and Scott kept me updated on timing for arrival, and the delivery day was both exciting and first class. Thanks to the team at Porsche of Destin for making this a great experience!

There was a mistake on our car from the factory that was no fault of Destin Porsche, but the dealership made sure to make it right even at their own expense. This kind of customer service is rare it seems, but Cameron Scott and his team at Destin Porsche still absolutely put the customer first! I m loyal there forever. Also kudos and 5 stars to Andy T. and the outstanding service team as well. We always leave satisfied and grateful. Awesome team Mr. Orr!

I recently purchased a 2021 Panamera and the entire process from inquiry to the car s delivery was a great experience working with Porsche of Destin. Dean, my sales lead, as well as Ryan, the Sales Manager, were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. I purchased the car remotely from across the country and they were great about sending videos, pictures, information and very helpful in making sure I had all the information I needed to make the right decision. They coordinated for a friend of mine who lives in the area to check out the car and test drive it for me. They also assisted in finding a transport company through a broker they recommended and he was great. The larger carriers were 6-8 weeks out to even pick up the car and I had mine delivered about a week after contacting their recommended broker. I highly recommend Porsche of Destin.
