15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment I was told they double booked. Their solution was to reschedule me two weeks from now. I already took the day off to have my vehicle inspected and drove 45 minutes. Terrible experience. Call ahead to schedule otherwise it s a coin flip whether you ll actually be seen when you schedule.

We were traveling, and these folks saved us from an extremely inconvenient situation with our car. Lance and Trish could not have been more friendly and accommodating to someone who didn't know the area. They collaborated with our hometown mechanic and took care of our problem in about 15 minutes, taking us ahead of other jobs due to our traveling. We were very grateful. Also, the garage and pemises were extremely neat and clean with a very professional staff.

I don t mean to ding them but they don t work on foreign cars. They didn t tell me that until I drove there.

Highly recommend!! My husband and I went to Gerber Collision and Glass to fix a chip and dent. From the moment we showed up, Vanessa and Dustin were incredibly helpful and kind! Dustin was able to get our car to the painter right then to see if it was fixable. They got the chip fixed super quick, with all around wonderful customer service! We will definitely be back!

Paul was absolutely amazing. I live out of state and he was so helpful during the whole process. He made the whole process stress free on me. He made sure to keep me updated on everything that was going on and answered any questions I had. He is an amazing asset to the company. 10/10 recommend!

Kind of a rough looking bunch of guys but they were the nicest group of people I had dealt with in a long time. Even when the car was said to be totaled by my insurance company, the people here were more than willing to help me out when the insurance company was trying to screw me.. I had gone over there maybe 4-5 times and they did way more than they needed for me.. Just a good bunch of people. I can't say anything about the work they do but I recommend them just on professional etiquette and costumer service.

Scheduled a month in advance for some light damages to be repaired. Called today to confirm my appointment and was told they could not repair my vehicle. In a months time no one from the shop contacted me to let me know they couldn t perform the repair. If they had called me I would have found another repair shop in the last month. I scheduled my repair a month in advance to have the repair done over spring break so that only having one car wouldn t affect my family as much. Thanks for nothing Gerber, avoid this unprofessional shop.

My mom and I are from Tennessee and were down here on vacation when we got rear ended right on the main highway. We took her SUV to Destin Collision and we were so pleased with our service! The staff here are so friendly and they were very understanding when my mom was so panicky after the accident. When we were stranded without a car, they were eager to help us find a rental and even offered to give us a ride themselves! Her car was fixed quickly and they made the insurance business easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone down here - local or traveling!

My sunroof shattered by a mysterious object while driving to Destin for a long weekend. I contacted Gerber Collision to see if they could replace the glass in a day (knowing it was slim slim chance). Instead they offered to crash wrap it that day and helped make sure it was secure for the remainder of my trip until I could return home. To the front office and the two guys who helped me out - thank you! I made it home safely!

My son's and I were stuck at hertz rental on Eglin Pkwy bc the hertz manager wouldn't give us a ride to Destin Collision so he called us a cab. Teresa stayed an hour and a half after closing so we wouldn't be stranded. They did excellent work on my SUV and they were so nice. Every time we went by or called they always kept me informed.

Very polite and timely thus far. They re extremely back logged because they re good at what they do. I ll include pictures once the work is finished, but they communicate perfectly and I m excited to see the finished product.

Saved my wife and I a ton of headache we are from Ohio on vacation and they were able to help us remove a splash guard that had disconnected and was dragging on the ground so that we could get back home safely. Even though they were extremely busy they didn't ask for us to pay them to remove it. It speaks volumes to do quality work, which I am sure they do, but it speaks louder that a company would be willing to take on a hassel with no benefit to themselves for no other reason than just being good poeple. Thank you all so so much!

Needed a windshield patch while on vacation in Destin. Safelite was 2 weeks booked. Gerber same day service, no waiting. Highly Recommend!

I called Friday 9/17/21 and spoke to Bobby about replacing the busted sun roof glass on my sister-in-law s Infiniti QX70. He informed me that they didn t do that type of glass repair but that he would cover the opening with collision wrap. When my sister-in-law arrived in Destin (from Tennessee) at 3:30 Friday afternoon, she went to Gerber Collision & Glass, Bobby and his staff covered the sun roof opening for her. I just wanted to thank Bobby and his staff for making the temporary repair.

Steve and his colleagues fixed my broken driver side window in less than 4 hours, same day service, and made the effort to drive to Ft Walton and get the part. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place!

Repair completion took 10 days longer than I was told by two different employees. Car has 4,000 mikes and is/was in like new condition. Headliner has grease prints which Gerber was unable to clean. Sloppy gasket work on rear glass.

Someone at the shop took a brand new pair of glasses from out of the center console while it was being repaired. I was told that a manager would contact me and they never did. I hope whoever has those glasses, enjoys them as much as I did...UPDATE:Owner response says that I was contacted my the general manager. That is a LIE!! I was never contacted.

Very helpful! I was in an accident and an out of town body shop did the work. After the fact I realized my headlights were not pointing correctly. Gerber aligned them for me free of charge with no wait. Thank you!

I have used this repair shop three times in the past 8 years and every time has resulted in a perfect on time job. The staff is kind and helpful and they make insurance jobs quick. Steve and his workers provided very professional service and I would recommend this shop to everyone.Thanks Guys!!

Very professional I just relocated to Destin from Jax,fl I thought I was going to drive an hour to get my windshield replaced but they went out of there way to accommodate me and was able to come to the house. I'm a happy
