When our Lexus RX had a number of alarms go off after we turned it on, we took our car here immediately. They were incredibly helpful, empathetic, and professional. They helped us fix our car and make sure we were able to be on our way home in time for our planned vacation departure.

I ve taken my vehicles to Destin Imports many times over the past several years and they have always done excellent work. They are extremely knowledgeable, so they understand the problem and know how to fix it. Very questionable mechanic here. Pricing was through the roof, chargerd $178 for estimate and there is a reason he owns 64 BMW s with 1 thing to repair on each as he told me! He offered me $500 for a 2013 328i convertible with a few small oil leaks and $4400 to repair an oil pain leak. I declined and had it shipped back to Georgia for $200 and will fix it myself! Never trust a guy with an accent you don t recognize

The best people I ve ever met. I m a BMW fanatic and owner quite a bit and no matter the distance I ll always take my car here to get checked/worked on. I ve been coming here for almost 7 years and will forever come here for any work!

Gavin and the team at Destin Imports are Terrific, honest and friendly.I had an issue they were able to get me in and out under 1 hour, we were not expecting that and they ensured we left with our car issue fixed I had a leaking hose!They are great!

I needed a shop to install my tow hitch for my Tesla model 3. I walked in their shop to inquire about installing the tow hitch on my vehicle, they were very informative, very professional and pricing was very fair. One week later I drop off my vehicle and same day got my car back, they did a very good job, very clean work and very impressed! They are also from what I know the only Tesla certified shop in Destin!Although my Tesla still under warranty, they are the go to for any Tesla work.

I drove from Chicago to Florida and 3 hours before I arrived to Florida my vehicle broke down. I called Destin imports and spoke to Tony. He answered all my questions, gave me advice on what to do, answered all my questions and accommodated my needs. Tony and his team were knowledgeable, very honest and were able to fix my vehicle ahead of expected time so I can return back to Chicago. I highly recommend them. Destin Imports took great care of me on our vacation to the Destin area after a 10 hour road trip out here we had some issues with our brakes the team here ordered the parts overnight and had the parts installed and ready to go less then 24 hours after contacting them. The best part of all they charged me $1,100 less then what Pep Boys was going to charge me! They are the best that s why they have the best rating around.Service: Brakes

Really unhappy with my repair. It s taken me months and months to get around to writing this review. Something was wrong with my trunk hydrologic and my tire pressure monitor. After paying $800 and picking my car up- I realized the trunk still was messed up and slammed and my tire pressure monitor was NEVER fixed. I explained this to the mechanic when I picked up the car and noticed it and he just said it wasn t doing that for him . It s been going off every day for the last year and I m wondering what I even paid $800 for. When I called, I got the woman at the front and explained things weren t fixed and asked when I could bring it in- she just replied that they had no available appointments. I asked when the next one was and she said she didn t know. She clearly didn t want to schedule my car to come back in.-SiobhanService: Tires

First time customer. In town for a few days over Labor Day and air conditioner goes out. Tony, the owner, is working on the weekend and evaluates need and hits our needed day of departure. This was literally the best car shop experience I have ever had. First of all, they were the only shop from Niceville to Panama City Beach that answered the phone. I brought my 18 M3 in for a myriad of problems ranging from AC issues to complete speaker failure. Requested full vehicle inspection and wanted my general maintenance brought up to date after just purchasing the vehicle. They were able to do everything, including working with my 3rd party warranty company. He provided me with a loaner which was just such a nice surprise as well. So happy with the service and experience. I finally found my shop after being here for two years. We called about are sprinter not starting on a Friday and they moved all there other jobs around to get us in so we could get back home the next day. Extremely pleased with my first experience here! I have a Discovery 3 that had a leaking cooling system, leaky valve cover gasket, and needed a few other items addressed, and they were great. I'm in the Tallahassee area, and there just isn't anything reputable here, or anywhere near, for servicing Land Rover after my go-to shop moved away. Destin Imports came highly recommended by several people in a Gulf Coast Land Rover owners forum I'm a member of. It was either this, or Jacksonville, both of which were 3hours away, so I rolled the dice on Destin and trailered it to them. Tony called me two days later with a full run-down on what was wrong and what would need to be done, along with costs. It needed a lot done, so naturally it was a high bill, but honestly I was very pleased with how fair it was. I thought it was a relative bargain compared to other Land Rover shops I've used in the past, and all these guys were so approachable and easy to deal with. Repairs were done quickly and with a high degree of workmanship. Can't recommend them highly enough. Hoping I don't need to come back again soon since it's so far from me, but when I need to, I won't hesitate to come to them.

We have no words - just absolutely incredible folks in here that deliver great reliable service. We came in for a repair on our Mercedes E430, they have only love for these vehicles and no will to make a buck off us. Would recommend 100 times over for great expertise , and management for your vehicle.

My family went to Destin for a few days on vacation and our vehicle began misfiring. There was no way we were going to be able to drive home the next day. I looked for auto mechanics nearby and I chose Destin Imports based on their reviews, and I'm glad that I did. They were busy but Tony dropped everything for me and diagnosed the issues. Al gave me a ride back to my hotel and Tony brought the car too me at the hotel a few hours later. Tony communicated everything with me throughout the process and our car is running great! I was in town on vacation for a couple of days and my car (BMW) had a serious engine issue. I was fortunate enough to call Tony with Destin Imports and he agreed to look at my car the same day. I had called 3 other shops and couldn t even get my car in. These guys not only diagnosed my car within 6 hours of receiving it from the tow company, but had all the parts required to fix it in stock and gave me an honest evaluation of the needed work!! They were honest and very qualified to perform the necessary repairs and did so quickly. I had my car back in less than 48 hours! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Service: Engine repair

dropped my car off around june last year and still have not received my car back. this shop avoides fixing my car even tho its a simple fix. tony the shop manager or owner is terrible at communicating and says he ll call me back and never does. literally have memorized their phone number cause i call them so much wanted my car or anything updates. my friend dropped off his bmw not too long ago and has already gotten it back. no reason mine shouldnt be done already.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Had a PPI done on a Cayenne Turbo. They gave me a mostly clear bill of health, no mechanical issues. Well, it was delivered across the country to me only to have problem after problem. Had to replace the battery the next day, check engine light came on almost immediately for small EVAP leak. The tires were bald, definitely not 5-6/32. Maybe they do good work on cars? But this PPI was a bad experience.

Best mechanic service that I've ever received! Tony, the owner, knows his stuff about all imports. His consultation was spot on and the repairs went fairly quick. I heard the same from other customers. My car had lot's of work to be done, and now it's like new! They even detailed it. When I came to pick it up, it was shining like new! The staff is super friendly and are communicating well with the mechanics and the customer. I would drive the extra mile to go see them. Absolutely outstanding!

First time Jaguar owner and it s not easy finding someone that can work on them around here. Destin Imports came highly recommended and I can see why. They got me an appointment within a week and had me in and out in 45min. Very professional and friendly. I trust these guys with my newly purchased 2006 Porsche. We took the car in for inspection before purchase and I feel they did a great overall job in determining what needed to be done.Very friendly staff and Tony is very customer focused.I highly recommend Destin Imports for your auto needs. John you as an excellent service advisor keeping me informed on my cars repair - stellar service. Tony went out of his way to ensure my BMW diesel got the appropriate repairs, some of which required engineering/fabrication on their end. I could not be happier. Price was more than reasonable and I will definitely recommend them to any BMW diesel or VW TDI owner as quality care for our vehicles can be hard to come by.A new life-long customer,Steven

I m new to the area and started having issues with my Mercedes. After not being able to get into the Mercedes dealership in FWB and having terrible service from them, another mechanic friend of mine referred me to Tony and Destin Imports for my car. I got there 30 minutes before closing, due to my work schedule, and they were able to diagnose what was wrong with my car quickly. Due to the emergency issue, I wouldn t be able to drive my car. He generously loaned me his wife s vehicle as he was out of loaner vehicles. I was so appreciate of his kindness. Overall we had a disappointing experience. I have no doubt the mechanics are doing their best.The ownership and management are the issue. Communication was poor. We had a significant repair and didn t get a proper estimate or a realistic completion timeline. On top of it all our car was dirtier when we picked it up. It wasn t cleaned. Writing this review just so customers are aware.

Needed rear brakes done, went to BMW Fort Walton Beach Dealership Monday and was quoted a ridiculous price. Brought my M5 to Destin Imports and was in and out with the job complete for hundreds less than the dealer. Great work. Thanks much.
