Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, they got me in without an appointment and repaired my tire that picked up a nail while my kids and I were on vacation for a minimal cost. I even asked them to charge me more/add gratuity in an effort to show my gratefulness, but they respectfully declined. I'm so relieved for our 16 hour journey north and would recommend this small local business to anyone in need in Destin.

Dropped off car at 8:30. Got call a few hours later with estimate. Car was ready by 12:30. I know it won t always be that fast but folks there are nice and honest.Give them a try. Price was fair. Support locals.

Jason and his team are terrific! I picked up a nail and the fit me patched up right away. I came back the next day and they made sure I was ready for my next road trip. Terrific service here! We came to CARS when our truck had issues on vacation. They were thoughtful, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Will got us back on the road in great shape and with some suggestions on a major item he found that he said could wait until we got home. He also found and fixed a brake line issue we had no idea about! I m so grateful to him for that - my family is precious cargo! Happy to not find out about that the hard way. Thanks, Will, for making a stressful situation less so.

Came to Destin on vacation from Kentucky and then car problems happened. They took care of me without hesitation with friendly and respectful service. They were very reasonable on cost too. I would recommend C.A.R.S anyone. Thank you for letting me and my family enjoy the rest of our vacation without worrying.

Great place! We needed a new battery but Advanced Auto Parts couldn't install one because the car has the system that turns the motor off when you idle. They sent us here.It's a small place, but they squeezed us in and had us on our way quickly. Surprisingly, the battery they installed was equivalent to the one at Advanced and, even with the labor, cost less than we would have paid at Advanced.Highly recommend.

Wow- what service. Jason at the front desk may just be my new best friend. They are honest- upfront and so knowledgeable and helpful. I really can t say enough good things. I had several concerns and all were address and what they couldn t do they helped me figure out where to take it and what to do to get the right help. Amazing service and wish I lived here so I could always come to them!

These people showed me absolutely that they care about your vehicle and keeping you on the road. They helped me at a time that else could or would. On a Saturday at 4 pm they took care of my vehicle and made sure all was OK to get on the road. I'm from Louisiana so I truly appreciate all that they did for me and my family by getting my vehicle back to driving conditions after another shop told me I was good to go... you all are the best!!!!

Absolutely disappointing! Nice folks but totally disconnected in simple trouble shooting a problem. I took an issue in with a misfire and code along with some basic trouble shooting already accomplished. Wasted a day and a half with zero trouble shooting to confirm compression, which should have been a very simple check. Probably more about taking advantage of an out-of-towner and getting quick payday for absolutely nothing related to the issue. totally bogus !The Jack leg at Advanced Auto will be informed these cats should not be referred to for help.Wound up taking to another legit shop that quickly helped by doing what was asked and at least confirmed the bad news.Zero effort and zero concern to help give value-added information and total disregard for simple information. this issue simple needed a compression check and injector check to make the customer aware of options and reality.Go to Rhodes and get the help info you need!Service: Engine repair

These guys truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND when they could have easily said "no"! It was literally 30min before they closed, and I blew out a tire leaving work, heading to my next job. The two guys who helped (Shane and Will) stayed late and helped me get my spare changed out and back on the road safely. I couldn't have asked for a better blessing than these two being willing to help! I'd have been a sitting duck without them! Thank you both SO SO much!Service: Tires

We were on vacation and suddenly our 2015 Subaru Legacy had issues. Instrument cluster on dashboard and started acting strange. Took it there and so FANTASTIC! wonderful shop took in my import over the Holidays when no one else would. My primary reason for making an appointment here was to get an alignment done. Their alignment machine went down 3 or 4 days prior and I was never notified in advance. The manager saw absolutely no problem with this as I was notified when I got there. He reluctantly offered to do the alignment free of charge once his rack was back up. It's been 10 months and I have yet to hear back. Far too often people try and pass blame and take no responsibility. This is another one of those times since his techs told me that the machine was down when I got there and not when they knew days earlier. I would have gone elsewhere as the alignment was all I HAD to have. Bad business!!

5 stars! Long story short, after spending a week in Miramar Beach on vacation, I noticed late on a Friday night, while packing the truck to return to Texas early the next morning, that I had a flat tire. I put on the spare, which was a temporary fix, and was out bright and early the next morning to get it repaired. I had called several businesses and went to several tire shops, and was told that it would take at least a day or two to fit me into the schedule and get my tire repaired/replaced. I called CARS and was able to get in immediately! The Tech examined my tire while I waited. While he was not able to repair it, he told me that he would fit me into his schedule to replace the tire, same day, if I could bring him a new replacement tire. I was able to buy a new tire elsewhere, and CARS was kind enough to even let us bring our dog inside while the repair was completed. Top notch, friendly, and affordable customer service. Thank you!

Jason has helped me multiple times with my old jeep and has gone above and beyond to help me save money and get the job done correctly. I was on vacation and had the unfortunate mishap with my vehicle making an awful sound. These guys got me in right away with no appointment and was so nice and friendly. They were able to very quickly (less than 20 minutes) figure out what the issue was and they didn't even charge me a service fee!! Just the cost of what was needed!! Will recommend 100 out of 100!!!! Thank you for saving not only my vehicle, but our vacation too!! Many thanks from Missouri!!

Down in Destin on vacation and the team here was fantastic! Took time to look at one of our cars and diagnose some lights that went on. Jason squeezed us in and took a look despite being busy. Got us on our way with excellent service and integrity. Highly recommend this shop.

Wow!! Too bad I can t give six stars. Jason and Will were incredible! We were here on vacation and Jason helped resolve my check engine issue. He cared first about making sure he determined what the specific issue was instead of just throwing guesses on what repairs were needed. Will was great at getting my truck in for repairs under our short time here. I need this shop to move to Jacksonville so I can have an honest and quality group to bring my F150 into. I was in town at the end of an extended vacation. My instrument panel quit working completely on my vehicle. CARS was recommended to me by an employee of a local auto parts store. I drove up the next morning(Friday due to leave Saturday), I received a friendly greeting and was asked to describe what was happening with my vehicle. The technician was very good at explaining what he needed to do to check all possible sources of the problem. I left my vehicle and got a rental car as I was not in a rush and there were other people ahead of me. I truly expected not to be able to get my vehicle back no earlier than the following Monday. The tech called me at 2:30 that same afternoon and explained the problem (a bad microchip), which was an issue they could not readily resolve. He assured me that I should be able to make the trip to my home. He was only going to chargee for a minimum labor for the time he spent examining and trying to pinpoint the electronic malfunction. I asked and he agreed to check a few fluids to make sure the vehicle was up to making the 4 hour drive since I would not have the advantage of instruments to notify me of any problems.A bit of humor: I gave you guys "6" stars but I had to take one back now because I am now very sad my vacation is not going to be extended another week (for a vehicle repair.) Keep up the great customer service guys! It's good to know that if we encounter any problems on some future trip we'll know where to go. FYI: I actually GOGGLED your explanation of the problem which led me to a business that specializes in repairing this specific microprocessor issue that you mentioned being commom to my make of vehicle. Thanks again for the immediate attention and also for not taking advantage of my somewhat frustrating situation.

Jason and staff is the nicest! Very informative. As a young lady who normally gets rigged by car shops I can say that I am confident to come back here because of the amazing experience I had!! Had issues with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler engine running very rough. Eric diagnosed the problem with a faulty fuel injector and the repair was done within a day. Certified Auto Repair Destin went above and beyond for me yesterday! I couldn t be more grateful. What I thought was a major issue ended up being super minor, they checked on me throughout the day and were willing to wait for my car until closing because the tow was delayed for 7+ hours.
