Went in to get a couple of daytime running light bulbs and sockets . The lady needs to get more familiar with the store , computer and where the parts are at . She was very nice and still learning so no big deal . They always have good prices and very helpful.

I had an unexpected car issue on my way to work yesterday and decided to stop by a store during my lunch break. This is when I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Mike.I want to thank Mike for his exceptional service, personality, and helpfulness. He truly went above and beyond to help me with my car issue, and I couldn't have been more grateful. I highly recommend this store, and especially Mike, to anyone in need of assistance.

Hi, I wanted to share the outstanding service at this Autozone, they have helped me with both batteries on my Subaru Hybrid and even when one failed after two years, they quickly provided me with a new one under warranty and got me back on the road. I really appreciate the expertise and friendly service. Sincerely, D.J.

A couple of days ago, my car started to sputter when it was idling. We had a 12 hour drive home and I knew it would not make it that far. I stopped into Auto Zone to get my problem checked out. Zach met us at the front counter and went out to the car to do a quick diagnostic test. He told us what was wrong and the parts I needed to purchase to fix the problem. We purchased those, made the changes and now it is running like new. Thanks to Zach's customer service and knowledge, I am not worried about the drive home.

The manager and staff are rude, don t know anything about cars or oil, and don t have any signs of ability to help or serve customers. Staff turnover is high and there are new people all the time who don t know what they are doing, and most of all, they are RUDE. As if it s a labor to have to look up and find parts, and ring you out at the register. I try to avoid this place as much as possible

Disgusting experience. I frequent AutoZone for business in my hometown and happened to be in this area and noticed this particular store. Out of curiosity, me and my party went in to check on a part that I had been having a tough time finding. The camaraderie was easy at first, but when the manager, Darian, came from the back, the energy completely shifted. Staff had been standing behind the counter but all of a sudden, wherever my party was, there he was; never once asking if we needed help, and clearly aimlessly checking on perfectly placed merchandise. The behavior was sickening, as it is, unfortunately, a discriminatory practice of small minded Neanderthals who cannot seem to accept the inevitable diversity of this world. Shame on the manager for implementing such a narrowed policy at her store, shame on staff for not standing up for his own values, and double shame on Autozone if they are knowingly giving bigotry a platform in such employees. Thank goodness my party and I have the good sense to review and move on while they have to live with the stupidity and narrow concept of whatever they think life is. Such behaviors have no place in this world.

Trying to find the right part for your automobile. I would suggest going somewhere else. They may have it, but the clerk won't give you it. They'll give you the wrong part so you have to return, costing you more in gas, time, and travel.

While on vacation in the area my battery needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty through Auto Zone but the location near my hotel in Pensacola did not have the right battery in stock. I called this location that was a little further away and confirmed they had a battery. I jump-started my car and checked out of my hotel and headed here. Arrived at a parking lot that had no shade to park under for them to replace the battery in. After going inside they confirmed my battery was still under warranty and a guy rolled a cart out with the new battery. He was kind of grumbling to himself and didn t seem to want any help so I waited under the shade of a small tree nearby. My battery hold-down bracket is also part of the ECM mount so it takes a bit to get it apart. Eventually, he closed the hood and just rolled the cart in without saying anything. I walked in and asked the lady at the counter if she needed anything else from me, but she didn t.Since I had already gone out of the way to get home I continue driving down the coast then took Hwy 231 North into Alabama for a scenic drive. Not far from the state line the car began hesitating and a Christmas tree of warning lights came on before it died. I coasted off into someone s driveway and checked the battery. The nut that secures the fusible link to the battery terminal clamp was gone. I know the nut was tight when I arrived at Auto Zone as I had checked all the battery connections when it didn t start the day before. I looked around for the missing nut in the battery tray without any luck. I had some zip ties in the basic toolbox I carry with me and I was able to wrap a few of those around the 2 parts to keep them connected enough to start the car and drive again. Once I reached Dothan I had to go to 2 different hardware stores to find a nut of the correct size and pitch. After I had everything back together and back on the road I called the store. I was told they just work at an auto parts store, they are not mechanics.

The staff members are always helpful and most of them know what they're doing. Unfortunately, they (like most places anymore) are short staffed and seem to be spread a little thin. So if you're trying to call you may be put on a little bit of a hold.Pros:friendly, knowledgeable and personalCons:Understaffed and long call hold time

They did a great job. They even came out to my friends car to test the battery and a couple other things. They are the new gold standard in my opinion.

Sam is super cool. She helped me find my best deal and puts the customer first. She definently deserves a raise. I would trust this autozone over any other part store in the area for sure

I arrived at opening but the manager was 30 minutes late. Employees couldn't get in, but I did find what I needed and was helped with checking on a part. Everyone has a bad day sometimes so I give 5 star.

Wife and I were in Town celebrating our 20th. James and Chuck were fantastic. Can't say enough good. In from Cincy and already had a $3000 transmission diagnosed as needing rebuilt the day before and now the alternator was dying. James told Chuck he could help me change it in the parking lot as I didn't have any tools with me. James gave us a discount and made certain we were taken care of and Chuck made sure the belt and alternator were installed correctly. We were treated like they wanted us to be customers for life even tho they knew we didn't live here. I'll say this much, if we lived here, we would be customers for life. Thank you Chuck and James.
