I buy all my auto parts from this store because they have the best employees. They always are eager to help you and answer questions, especially Rob. He is great! It's hard to find good employees these days and I hope he is very much appreciated by Advanced Auto Parts. Thank you Rob for your help today with my oil!

I arrived close to closing, 10 mins till. However i only needed 2 things a 36mm socket and dextron vi. Announcing the socket when entering,had already looked online for $12 and the site stated that they had one in stock, a employee went to the aisle and grabbed a $25 socket and told me thats the only one they had. I told him that j just wanted a regular not impact and he said there's not one, another employee went to check as I said that online it stated otherwise. The second employee found the 36mm socket I was looking for and the first abruptly and rudely asked me if I wanted a short one repeatedly in a tone and disrespectful attitude as he just got busted for lying. Then said well that wasn't there just the other day. Continuing to be disrespectful and rude as he needlessly involved himself in the other employee checking us out. As my friend was handling the payment and account info I walked around just looking until completed and the rude employee continued to show unprofessionalism making statements to the tune of what's he walking around for, what's he stealing. I really am disgusted with the overall handling a custoker that employee showed. He didn't ask me when i walked in, the other helpful employee did, but put himself in charge of locating the tool, then wouldn't loom for the socket on the big board with 20 times the impact ones, and proceeded to issue commands with disrespectful tones and comments throughout the deal, specially after rudely saying that one he gave me was only one, there wasn't one over behind counter. And wasn't even needed as the other employee was handling it. Will not be back to that store unless absolutely no other choice, and I'm talking walking the 6 miles to other side of town first before going there again as this is not the only distasteful experience I've had there. As I already avoided it as best I could. Forgive my rambling, but I'm still unhappy about last night's treatment.

I just wanted to say at Advance Auto Parts in Destin Fl it was a wonderful experience. The Store Manager a the Technician was very understanding to my needs and assist me with a friendly smile and took care of my car problem . Thank You so much!!! Great Job!!I will definitely come back.

Great service here at Advance Auto Parts! In town on vacation and we needed a new battery in the car. They had what we needed in stock and didn t charge anything for instillation. Friendly, speedy service, great prices, and great selection. Very happy with our experience here overall! Check them out if you need automotive help!

Great location,, although, would be nicer by the old location,, nice staff,, clean restrooms,, great service ,, the parking is very good,, the service is always good,, they are very professional and helpful,, they lend tools if needed,, this is a great deal when you are in a pinch,, they don t even mind helping you on miner stuff,, remember they are not a mechanic shop,, so do not get mad if your repair is out of scope,, lol I give this location a five star I recommend this place to everyone.

This place has the best customer service. This is the second time that in five years, my battery died and left me with no vehicle during busy season. Both times they are so quick to change out the battery. Today it was 100� outside and the lady who came out and changed it had a full smile on, seemed so happy to do so even though it was boiling hot and so many customers to take care of after more. She needs a raise because she truly is a gift! Thank you for always being the best!

i was recently at advanced auto parts and witnessed a transaction between Jessica and an elderly woman. Upon entering the store, Jessica grabbed a chair for the woman to sit. The woman needed a battery so Jessica installed one. After completing the install, Jessica helped the lady out of the chair and to her car. Jessica went above and beyond to make sure her customer was taken care of and i just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge this outstanding employee.

Shout out to Mike, who dropped everything to replace my battery in an emergency (to me) situation. He took the time to show me the right way to install it so that I would know how to take care of it myself in the future. Really appreciate the service.

Got a jump from AAA and headed straight to Advanced Auto Parts. Called ahead and confirmed they had batteries for my vehicle in stock. Staff was attentive and quick. They completed a battery test; replaced my battery; and tested my starter and alternator all under 45minutes. Thankful for their operation and definitely recommending.

The MOST helpful auto parts store anywhere! While on vacation in Destin our car battery died. They were able to quickly confirm the problem and the fact that the battery was still under warranty. They replaced and installed a new one for no charge and saved our vacation!

Ive spent a good bit of time in autoparts stores in my life . But this is the first time i have ever experienced a group of , so willing to be helpful and always in good spirits. I live 1 mile from another advance in freeport. Yet i will drive the 15 to go to the destin store . You guys are the absolute best I have been impressed with the people the for 8 years now. The andance in destin is a better attraction than the beaches. This stire needs 10 stars. Once i list my wallet in store. They called me until i answered the next day. And i still had almost $$ 1000 in ut when i picked it up. Honesty, integrity, and all around the best team a guy could ask for.

Mike the Manager, Niki and Rob, super awesome staff very helpful. Loaned us tools as need and tried their best to walk us through the task we were dealing with on a "06 F350 that was once we got sensor out, was dead in the water behind their storeFrom 1030 to 530 we worked on truck. With their guidance from inside the store. Thank you to you guys and gal for your help.

I work in Miramar Beach and got in my car to go to lunch. The car hesitated to start and I knew the battery must be going dead. Traffic was very heavy after a holiday weekend and I was worried about getting stalled on the road back home to Shalimar. I went directly to Advance Auto and was greeted by Dave. He was quick, knowledgeable, and efficient. Checked my battery, explained my options and installed the new one in about 15 minutes. I was back on my way in no time! I am very thankful to Dave and Advance for helping me on a busy, hot day in Destin!

The employee was very helpful with finding wiper blades for my daughters car. The computer told him the wrong kind the first time, but since he was installing them for me for free, it was a quick fix. It was also within a half hour of closing time (I normally wouldn't do that, but ive been working late hours and it was literally the only chance I've had in 2 weeks to go buy some.) They didn't seem annoyed and were super helpful.

Nicki saved the day for us today! Walmart auto could not remove the lug nuts from bf's gti and PepBoys turned him away without a solution of how to get the lugs out. Nicki was super knowledgeable and resourceful and knew what would work. Lugs are out! THANK YOU NICKI!

Shonnie was simply awesome! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us with a low coolant issue with our rental car. She took the time to contact a Hertz manager she knew and got us pointed in the right direction! Very appreciative! This is what customer service looks like!

I drive for my job and realized last night my car was running hot after a part I bought in April malfunctioned. I called this morning and even with no receipt Jessica was able to locate my purchase and she texted me the receipt so I could exchange the part at a closer store if they had the part. If they didn't she told me I could come to the Destin location and get the part. Unfortunately no stores near me had the part. I called back and she assured me she had it. I got there and she had the part out waiting for me! She is an amazing employee! Some of the best customer service I have had in years.

The so-called female manager I asked for computer check for my check engine light and said that she wasn't able to run it because advance Auto parts doesn't have a computer to read the codes don't use this store if you need help. .

My Mini was telling me it needed service. Specifically, needing brake fluid. I went into the store and was helped by Rob. He was very personable. He also made a great suggestion regarding purchasing my oil for my oil change through them and taking it to Express Oil Change for the install. Sweet!! Tuesday is ladies day at Express Oil Change! Saved a bunch of money. Thank you Rob!

While driving by the store, Jessica, one of the store clerks, felt the need to act as a traffic guide though she seems misguided a bit. Very clearly in the road they have a yield sign, in which I did yield for other cars and also her as well. With her misguided thoughts, she proceeded to yell at me through my truck window and tell me to stop! at what s clearly a yield indicator painted on the road. Not exactly the customer service I care for. I m never coming to this location for service.

I have been coming to this store for years! I don't know much about cars, but Rob, the store manager and the all other employees who work at this store always go above and beyond to help me. I'm so grateful to have such a dependable Auto parts store just down the road from me!

Called and talked to Rob about battery options for my truck and he was extremely helpful. When I showed up at the store he remembered our conversation and quickly swapped out my battery right in the parking lot. He was friendly, fast and made what I thought was going to be a painful experience, painless. Thanks Rob!
