I have been taking all my cars here for 15 plus years now. The owner lopez is the best mechanic in South FL. Period. They modified my Viper. Fixed issues with my BMW 750 LI no one else can figure out. My Benz S550 has had complicated computer issues repaired. There is a reason they are endorsed by AAA. They are that good! New clutch in the Viper!!! Tom

Friendly Fast Customer Service! Jeff still had my info from six or seven years ago. He was so friendly and helpful. The cost was extremely reasonable. My car was towed there and arrived around 2:30. I needed a new alternator and belt plus a few other minor things and it was ready by 8:30am the next day. Jeff kept me posted on costs there were no surprises. I love that they have kids drawings on the walls. It suits the friendliness of the place. I just saw they do full car washes and tires too and they're Triple A approved. I finally found a good honest mechanic shop for life.

Xpertech Is the best of the best. They are better than the dealerships and less expensive. Exceptional customer care and exceptional workmanship. I am always satisfied when I get my car returned after a repair. Their mechanics are exceptional and they always get the job done right. Although today's automobiles are very complicated, they seem to be up-to-date on everything. They have never failed to assess the problem correctly and make the repair properly. What more can you ask for?

Had a repair completed on March 13th 2020. Problem arose by the end of may during a Pandemic. Expecting to go back in and and be told additional expenses. They recommended we leave the vehicle to be thoroughly looked at. To our amazement the next morning we received a call that the vehicle needed to be balanced with a special kit that had to be ordered and they were also going to replace the tires that were damaged. Thank you Xpertech for your honesty as a company and standing by your work. We will continue to have all future repairs done by this company. We highly recommend Xpertech for all people in search for a reasonably priced company who performs good honest work that they stand behind.

I have two old cars. An MGB and a 2006 Cayman that occasionally need some help. Xper family always takes the time to explain the issues and likes questions and that matters. They are talented technicians who truly care about their work and the cars and the prices are always fair. And very friendly and welcoming too.

Thank you for taking care of my car! My tail lights went out and I called around to a few mechanics. Each tried to charge way too much just for a diagnosis when I already told them the issue lol. I came here, told them the problem and it was fixed with no issue! Also, very affordable. The young lady at the desk took care of me right away and was so kind! If I ever need anything else, I won t hesitate to come back.

Simply stated this Car Care Company is the best shop in the County. I have the distinct pleasure of being a customer for the past four years. Caring office personal with a special mention for Patrice, highly skilled and thoroughly trained Master Mechanics, approved AAA Company, Management is second to none, plenty of integrity and honesty whereby nothing extra is added or recommended only the needed repair. Lastly its in your best interest to try the service for yourself to truly appreciate my comments. I needed a headlight replaced which turned out to be very complicated. They got all the parts for the repair and charged me $300 less than what I was told at car dealer. I was also told I needed 4 new tires at dealer and Xpertech said I needed only two and saved a bunch of money as well.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

Everyone at Xpertech was kind and courteous from the office personnel to the mechanics. Frank the mechanic who specializes in German manufactured cars especially BMW was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I m very happy with all the work that was done on my car and also all the work is guaranteed 100% for the first year and then two years after at a lesser percentage. I had a grinding noise underneath my Range Rover which seemed to be getting worst. I took it to this shop because they were close by and they apparently claimed to be AAA RATED. They diagnosed the issue to be the rear differential and said it would be $4,000. I told them to hold off as I called other shops in the area and each shop said that it would cost $4000 for a new differential which seemed to be the same price. One of the shops said that they could not give me an eta on the delivery of the OEM ed differential since they said Landrover did not have any available. I then called Xpertech back to confirm and asked if they could get the differential and if it was OEM and if it was available. They assured me that the part is available and OEM and they could do the work. Since it was the same price as other shops I said go ahead with the work. I called Xpertech a few times re-asking about the availability of the part and they assured me that it was OEM and they could get it no problem. After 7 days they said the car was done. I picked it up and asked if I could test drive the car to see if the noise was eliminated. They rudely said that I could test drive it and get the keys only if I signed and paid for it. I had no choice, so I signed and paid just over $4,000. I test drove the car and after 1 mile we heard a large bang from underneath the rear of the car. We immediately stopped driving and pulled over. I called Xpertech and they towed the car back to their shop. A few hours later I called them and they said my car was all done. I did not feel comfortable driving it again after that incident, and simply had the car towed, at my expense, to the Landrover dealership. Once the dealership received the car they diagnosed that Xpertech simply spray painted my original differential so it looks new and they may have installed a few parts in the differential. Plus, apparently they welded this to the driveshaft and this is a no, no. Thus, they ruined my driveshaft which I now have to replace along with the cost pulling out what Xpertech had done with my differential so that it could be done properly with a new differential. Needless to say, the workmanship was very poor, they don t know what they are doing, they ruined other parts on my car plus, the gal that is in the front office, Patrice, was very rude and very dismissive. If I could give them zero stars I would. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THEIR NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS. BEWARE Of THIS AUTO SHOP!!!!! They are crooks and they scammed me!!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I have had the luck that everytime my car needs repair I have taken it to Xpertech and the service was fast and correct each and every time. I am big on customer service and these people have got it right!I am updating my previous review from 4 years ago. The customer service and mech expertise remain top notch. At this point I trust no one else to service my cars. My family rides in my vehicles and having a safe, top performing car is what Xpertech has provided me.

Xpertech has done several repairs. they repaired a brake booster, along with wheel bearings... both require decent amount of work. I was very happy with their rates, and have not had any recurring problems. My friend also took his vehicle there and they were very pleased with the work, their area expertise, and rates. I highly recommend xpertech to anyone looking for a mechanic in South Florida.

I don't know how this place is in business. Maybe the mechanics are good but the representative that answers the phone and is suppose to be knowledgeable on service - the worse I have ever come across. Answers the phone and is eating while he is talking. Tells me he can't give me an estimate on an Audi 55 mile service because it depends on what has to be done. I asked if they followed the recommended service by Audi and he said yes - So again, I asked what is the estimate for the service and he said I can't tell you. Really ????? I wonder how much other business they have lost just from the initial phone call.

Best mechanics around Delray. Had 2 majors issues with my Cadillac SRX and they got them fix in 2 days and no issues in 2 weeks since. They called to check up on me a week after. Thank you Wayne and Jim. Y'all are great guys!

I had my car towed to Xpertech...in a bind...and not knowing if they would take me for a ride because I was female and did not know a thing about cars!!! They were great, honest and respectful.... The staff was competent and knowledgeable....and most of all... they were HONEST... would highly recommend and will definitely take my car there for service!!! Thank you, Xpertech!

Great place for your car. I have been going to them for several years for my car battery needs. They have always been great to work with. Recently my battery died. It was still under warranty. I got a new battery and new warranty no questions. They are very professional and a business I highly recommend!

We found our forever mechanics. Our vintage Honda had issue. We dropped off and they called us and went over options. We decided to go with Honda part and in the end they applied coupon from Honda which was pleasant surprise. Whole staff is great. Thanks xpertech!

Brought mine and my wifes cars in for service. In both instances cars were taken in and completed in a timely matter. Jeff and Patrice were so nice to deal with. The waiting room was clean and well lit.The prices for the repairs were reasonable and I was very satisfied with my overall experience and would recomend their services to all my friends

I have been using Xpertech car shop in Delray Beach for many years. I have been using them exclusively because of their quality of work and their honesty. Unlike other car shops, at Xpertech I know that they provide an honest assessment of what's needs to be fixed and I follow their recommendations without any hesitations.If you want your car to be fixed right this is the place to go to. This is the best car shop for the Delray/Boca/Boynton area without a doubt.

These guys are the best. You go to tire kingdom with a flat tire they wont fix it but they try to sell you a new tire. Not Xpertech. They fix the tire with a smile. They are fair, honest and very reasonable. i wouldnt and don't go to any other place for my car repair!!

Great place honest work and fast. Had to change my transmission fluid and other places quoted me over 400 dollars. Took it to expertech and was treated very fairly. Will definitely be back again

Xpertech saved me $300. They researched the manufacturer's website for 20 minutes to tell me that the preventive maintenance which I assumed was necessary was not. Honesty...nice, I can get used to that. I'll go back there for all my auto needs.

After dealing with Xpertech for 5+ years. I find my trust in their expertise and professionalism has not wavered. My vehicle is a 26yr old 1994 Isuzu Trooper. They have dealt with major and minor issues withease. The have addressed parts shortages issues with innovation. They take the time to explain complex issues. They have advised me on vehicles I am considering to replace my failing old Trooper. A sincere thanks to Jeff (retired). Terrible costumer service. I called for a lyft and uber inspection and they said they don't have time for me. It would take an appointment, and 1 hour of waiting. They are too busy for 25 dolars i believe. I was also going to ask for a 2,000 dollars worth of job in one of my cars that has a transmission and engine problem, but they lost this costumer for being rude. I went to another place near by, they took half of the time doing the inspection and didn't need an appointment.

Frank & The Guys Are All Certified TOP NOTCH Mechanics That Are Well Versed In ALL Makes & Models Of Automobiles. Expertech Is A FULL SERVICE Auto Repair Car Care Center & They Are Very Polite & Johnny On The Spot. I Would Recommend This Shop To Anyone & Everyone. It Is So Difficult To Locate A Quality, Dependable & Reliable Mechanic That Will NOT RIP YOU OFF And Try To Upsell You On All Kinds Of Additional Stuff That You Do Not Need!!! They Are Honest & Fair, They Will Tell You IF There's An Issue With Your Vehicle That Could Possibly End Up Requiring Repairs Down The Road.
