This shop exceeded my expectations. Kim went above and beyond to handle the whole claim process. She was able to provide me with a rental car and handle everything with the third party insurance. I m very happy with how my truck turned out, you can t even tell it was ever in an accident. 10 out of 10 recommend. 5 star shop.

I purchased my car off the showroom floor with a big red bow on it and I promise when I got it back from West Delray Collision the only thing that was missing was the red bow. The care looked amazing and I couldn t be happier to be driving it again. Thank you for taking care of of my car and a huge thanks to Kymie for everything. I m so glad I found this shop to work on my old school Volvo. A coworker recommended them after having a positive experience with her car. They handled everything with my insurance company and made me feel at ease. I have had my car for a long time and was worried when I got into an accident that it wouldn t handle to same as this typically happens after a bad wreck. The shop made sure genuine Volvo parts were ordered. Worth the extra time to make sure it was done right. This was my request! I have maintained my vehicle for many years and she always ran well from doing so. Thank you to the shop staff for dealing with calls and making me a happy customer. The owner even reached out to make sure my experience was going well and that i was happy with the outcome. The Volvo is still kicking and I m thrilled to have her back in action. 10/10.

My bumper was damaged and called several places who could not get me in and/or were more expensive than West Delray Collision Center. I worked directly with John Scerbo and he was amazing throughout the whole process. Questions I had, quick turnaround with fixing my car, and very attentive service with where my car was at in the process. He also connected me with a rental car service they are affiliated with that made it swift and an easy process for me. Thank you John and the West Delray Collision Team!

Awesome service and quick turnaround. My Corolla had some handling issues when I went over a curb. After getting it back from West Delray Collision, my car drives just like it did before. I couldn t believe it. This shop fixed my car as if it never happened. They did a great job and I m happy with the choice I made. Will be happy to recommend if someone I know ever needs a reliable shop. The process was made simple and explained from beginning to end clearly. The quality of their work went above expectation. Many thanks for bringing her back to life!

Thank you to the amazing staff and all that helped get my Tesla back on the road! The insurance was difficult for me to navigate through the original estimate and supplement but, they handle it all. They even got my rental extended.

I want to go to an auto body collision shop SAID NOBODY!! That being said, there are times in life when you have to take your car in for repair . Do not look any further than west Delray collision. If you are within a day s driving distance, this is the place for you to come. How rare is it these days to find pleasant knowledge and accommodating support staff for any organization, not to mention the best quality rebuilding you can find. Getting into an accident and having to deal with insurance companies, parts manufacturers etc. can push stress levels to their limits. Unfortunately, my TESLA was in here for a substantial BOO-BOO . The condition of the car after repair was far superior than the original factory body work.I wish reviews were able to accept higher than five stars, because I certainly would give it to this business. Thank you especially Kim, Carol and Doug for making my life easier. They talked to me with smiles on their faces, pleasant personalities and patiently. By far the best experience with a repair shop I ve ever had. Everyone was very professional and very kind when I had to bring my car in after an accident not caused by me, and made sure I got my car back quickly and exactly how the manufacturer would have done.Very happy to have my car back in one piece and looking good. I met Freddie, he was very helpful and friendly. After the estimate, they started the work at the agreed time and I was continuously informed about the work process. My recent experience with West Delray Collision Center was good (Tesla Model 3). While the customer service from Kym and the crew was top-notch and the overall quality of the repair was excellent, I did encounter a couple of minor issues with the paint job.They were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. They patiently answered my questions, explained the reason for the delay (which was due to a part being on backorder), and kept me updated on the progress regularly. Their communication was clear, frequent, and always delivered with a smile.When I finally picked up my car, I was initially impressed by the quality of the repair. The craftsmanship was meticulous, and the car looked almost brand new. However, upon closer inspection, I noticed two small areas where the paint finish wasn't perfect.To my credit, they immediately acknowledged the issues and apologized for the inconvenience. They assured me that they would take care of it right away and set up a time for me to bring the car back for the paint to be corrected.While the initial discovery of the paint imperfections was a bit disappointing, the swift and professional response from tem restored my faith in the shop. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, and I appreciate their willingness to rectify the situation promptly.I'm confident that once the paint is corrected, my car will be as good as new. Based on the excellent customer service and the vast majority of the repair work being of high quality, I would still recommend West Delray Collision Center to others, especially those who value transparency, communication, and a commitment to doing things right.I will update my review once the findings are corrected.

I do not recommend this place at all. They looked at my Tesla for damage which is minimal and I will attach pictures a girl took the pictures and a guy wrote the estimate didn t even look at the car and estimated $7000 in damages which is ridiculous decide for yourself. I do not recommend this place. Nothing but price Gouger criminals. The damage is so minimal and what they are quoting me is so high that I just dropped the claim and I ll live with the damages. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Honestly if I could give it zero stars I would I would never ever recommend anyone to come to the Body shop not even my worst enemy like where do I even start my car was with west delray collision for 2 months I never got any updates on the process of my car unless I would call them after I was told they would reach out to me to let me know. Also After 2 months of having my car when I finally came to pick up my car it was filled with ants and not only that my radio was no longer working and when I told them that they said that it was a he say she say so basically they thought I was lying. As a Body shop I think it is so unprofessional how not only did they did not check to see what was working and what was not working as check offs, but the fact that I gave them my car with it working and now I received it not working it s CRAZY and then when I spoke to the manger Kim she said I can just take it to Honda and. Get it fixed although I told her that financial I can t afford it because I m in nursing school. To conclude I m just highly disappointed and it made me cry because now I have a broken radio and my car was in there possession for 2 months and I was basically told to deal with so if there s anything I can do is to advise no one to go here. Yea it s well none. By Honda but the workers are terrible please head my warning and honestly I don t ever right reviews but this just hurt me on a whole other level. And the fact that they wrote a review on me eating in my car which is why there s ants is honestly crazy because I don t eat in my car for anyone who knows me and it s ok I ll just also be sure to get a hold of cooperate

I just picked up my car from here yesterday. the damage to my car was the rear bumper and one of the taillights. they had my car for over 5 weeks. i talked to someone one around week 2 and they said another two weeks. stating they had the parts but they needed to just replace it on the vehicle. and then the time came, they told me at least another week. it should not have taken three and a half additional weeks to replace the bumper..the only reason i m giving two stars instead of one is because they did repair the vehicle well and carol helped me the first day i dropped my car off and she was wonderful !! but honestly, horrible experience. everyone i would speak on the phone with was very short, not great customer service. the day i walked in to drop my car off there was a gentleman (customer) arguing with the woman at the front desk about a payment.i called them multiple times throughout the weeks and every time i was sent directly to voicemail as it tells me twice that parts are on back order and it will take a lot of time. it is extremely weird that you can t get directly in touch with someone. every time i would have to wait a minimum of 6 hours to call me back.Lastly, the morning of when i picked up my car, i got a notification on my phone that the battery was completely dead. (I have the Lojack app). i feel like my car shouldn t have been anywhere near dead from the fact that i would sit in it and let it run for over an hour that would never happen. not even close. i mentioned it to them and they charged it with no problem. just a weird situation.
