Purchased a 2031 Crosstrek for my niece and worked w Maria Stern from start to finish. By far this has been the best experience buying a car.Maria s responsiveness, attention to detail and availability to answer questions was remarkable. This was the easiest, fastest and best experience we ve ever had at a dealership. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with smiles and professionalism. Alex was who helped us throughout the entire process and he made it smooth from start to finish. He was great to work with. We never felt pressured, very accommodating with what you want/need from a car and payments, and overall 10/10 customer satisfaction! Even the finance department was such a breeze to work with. We ve been to a lot of dealerships this week and they by far gave us the best experience. Thank you Alex and rest of Subaru team!

This was the best car buying experience both my husband and I ever had. Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest, etc. Frederick Miller was our personal sales representative and we are so happy he was. He is such a pleasure, he was so smart & helpful. Nobody there made us feel like we were being sold. They were just there to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We love this dealership and especially loved our salesperson Fredrick Miller.

Best service they provide. Beautiful waiting room with delicious coffee serving machine. Staffs are very friendly and a beautiful girl manager(forget her name) is very helpful and friendly. They changed the car oil and tire rotation of my car in time. Their service costs little bit different from west palm beach service center. I definitely recommend this service center for Subaru vehicles.

Customer service initially a little bland but friendly factor increased during duration of visit.. Appear competent and helpful (offered to change my keyless entry battery when I mentioned not as responsive as should be).Pricing seems reasonable and consistent with similar dealer service costs. Will go again.

It was my first time buying a Subaru and Jose Dominguez was incredibly patient and helpful. I had tons of questions and notes and he addressed each one and more. He took the time to show me every car I was interested in and I never felt pressured or pushed to make a decision quickly. Very easy and stress-free experience so I could find the right car on my own timeline. With all the options to buy cars these days (online and at so many other dealerships), I didn't want to look anywhere else because I had such a good first conversation and experience with Jose on the first day. I highly recommend Schumacher Subaru!

When I leased my car, I did it through a car broker, so I didn t deal with the sales team, I just went in, signed the papers and left with Keys. It was easy and one of the perks they added was service for the life of the lease.I have to say, they have one of the best service centers. I get a reminder every 4 months to schedule service. Diego in service is the best, he s honest and friendly and makes sure the car is in perfect working order.They always offer a ride home or anywhere else while you wait, but I opt for sitting in the beautiful waiting area with the best cappuccino / coffee machine.I love my Subaru and working with Schumacher is always a pleasure and you always get a clean, washed and vacuumed car back

My Salesman, Fred Miller, was terrific. He did not pressure, provided great customer service, and a nice guy! I really appreciated that he was very patient with me, since I did not purchase on my first visit, but at about the fifth visit, after researching cars at other dealers. He was totally reliable, followed up with me consistently, and responded to every question I had. Fred's manager also played a part in me purchasing a car with them. I will return to Schumacher Delray, FL when I'm ready to buy another car, and will highly recommend Fred to my friends and family. He goes above and beyond!!!

I had my car serviced here yesterday, January 24, 2024, and it was the best experience. Elba was so welcoming, helpful and treated me like family. I am away from my usual environment being at college, but the process was so smooth and I will 100% be coming here for future car needs. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this dealership! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a salesman named Alex M. I already knew which car I wanted and Alex wasted no time getting the keys and going for a test drive with me. I knew from there I would be leaving with that vehicle. I spoke with Finance Manager, Scott, and told him what I was comfortable paying. After working the numbers with him, I was still a good amount from my desired amount. He then went to speak with his manager, Kent, to see if there was anything he could to to help me out - which there was! I was able to leave the dealership with the perfect vehicle for me because of these awesome employees! I definitely recommend working with them as they will try their hardest to make your dreams come true!Thanks again Alex M, Scott, and Kent!

I was out of town buyer. I paid $3000 on my Amex immediately after deal was finalized & next day on 11/13/23 I emailed to Mr Jon Park (who was handling my paperwork) that a certified check had been mailed. There was complete silence from their staff. Neither the sales rep or Jon Park told that they could not wait for the check & rest of the money had to be wired. So I took it as all good & waited to hear from them.I later found out that basically they kept me as second option to sell to and kept showing vehicle to other potential buyers.They did get someone who paid a little more and they sold it to that person.Then manager Moody called and said, the car was gone because they could not wait and I had to wire money immediately. My question was, why his personnel gave me the impression that after $3k down it s all set. Despite of my email to Jon Park about the check Why His Personnel Did Not Tell Me To Wire & Not to Send Certified Check! I would have, had I known.Manager Moody said he would make sure to redirect them. What a lame excuse!Dishonest and Greedy staff with zero business ethics. Clearly they put money ahead of integrity, honesty & business ethics. I would not suggest doing business with such people.

Subaru of Delray and Fredrick Miller were efficient, professional and made the car buying process dare I say fun! We left with our new beautiful Subaru secure in the idea that we got the best deal from the best agent, Fredrick Miller. I bought many Jeeps from Schumacher over the past years. Mr S was getting along in age and I had the impression that his wife was trying to run the dealerships but I could be wrong. Like a lot of jeep owners I ordered a variety of accessories including a winch, fog lights bar lights etc. I ordered them directly from the dealership but for some reason they didn't order what I requested and there was quite a kerfuffle over the whole thing. So my service experiences and even my purchase experiences were maybe two stars. This occurred probably about five years ago. It is clear to me that there is new management running the schumacher operation and much has changed for the better.I just had my Subaru WRX in for routine service and what a wonderful surprise. I did make an appointment I arrived 15 minutes early they immediately took my car and it was ready in 45 minutes and Rodrigo who is my service manager was friendly knowledgeable and overall I'd have to give the experience five stars!

Rodrigo made my day by helping with my stressful situation and Alba the service manager at this location is amazing!!! As we are waiting in the service room she made my daughter a super hero and mask that has her name on it. Sometimes it s just the right person to have the most amazing interaction with

The service manager Gio, He's a bit slow mentally, seems scared and unsure of what he's doing. The first service I had done there, I waited 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation, I was a walk in but regardless. When the car was finished. I seen it pull around to the front. I saw the guy bring the car key and paperwork to Gio and after 10-15 minutes I approach him and say "looks like my car is ready." He looks at me and says no, they are taking it through the car wash still. I said no you have the keys and paperwork and the car is right there as I pointed at it. Recently, my tire had a screw in the tread. I got road hazard so I stop in. GIO, comes out starts taking pictures and says it's in the sidewall. I'm in disbelief at this point but I can't blame him too much because that's how he is trained. I know very well its in the tread. They just don't want to go through the labor of doing the patch. Atleast replacing the tire they can file a claim and get reimbursed. Problem is tire isn't in stock. Tire only has 7k miles on it. I just walked out and took care of it myself. Service department is a waste of time.

I took my Subaru in for an oil change and a tire patch, I did not have an appointment and they saw me right away. The service manager came by and she was super nice, she made sure we were not sitting there very long. I had my car back in 45 minutes.. They quoted me an hour so I was really impressed. I have been going to Schumacher Lincoln Dodge and Subaru since I moved to Florida 3 years ago. I absolutely love this place. They really do treat you like family.

This dealership is the best most customer centered dealer I have ever known! We would highly recommend them to all car shoppers!!Jesse and Ron were absolutely superb!! Totally felt welcomed and were offered great service consistently!!We had a great time at the grand opening of the show room.And on our day of new car training, Jesse just happened to be early to work with no clients, and was able to once again drive us through the whole iSight process, then we took the wheel and emulated (or tried to) his expertise.Vehicles can be bought anywhere, but your people rock! And, furthermore, we showed Jesse a little tiny blemish in our Subaru and he took the vehicle to the back, had the blemish perfectly polished away and washed the bugs and debris off our Subaru. SERVICE!Nick, a trainee, was also along for the ride. Certainly the best training him Jesse.We buy vehicles but the service and people make all the difference. There are many places to buy vehicles (and maybe better deals, maybe not) but professional courtesy and service is what will stick with us! Thank you Jesse and thank you Schumacher!

Ken was great. He let my daughter explore the features without being rushed. He arranged for muliple test drives with phenominal patience. He reviewed the options of what cars were available, both new and used. We visited other dealerships where the experience was unconfortable and unprofessional and came back to Shumacher Subaru of Delray becuase of Ken. The facility is nice and comfortable and the managment and business folks are average, but your contact with them is limited. We got a fair price and we are very happy with our purchase. If you are seeking a Subaru, visit others and then visit Ken and you will see the difference.

I had my first service on my new Subaru Solterra yesterday. I was due for a simple 5,000 mile service, however after scheduling I received a notice from Subaru that a new software update was required. The service team took it in stride and was able to get it done quickly and efficiently. While waiting I was made to feel like a VIP. Several times members of the service team took the time to walk through the waiting area and asked the customers if they needed anything. I received several updates as to the progress of my service. After many service visits to other dealerships, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Keep up the good work.
