Once in a great while one happens upon a true treasure, this review shares a positive, customer oriented, dedicated service professional.We have been driving Lincolns for more than thirty years, we have been through a variety of dealerships, some good, some not so good. You can buy or lease a Lincoln anywhere, but as we all are painfully aware, it is the service department that maintains our cars.Most service directors, are nice but detached. People meet Jonathan Pankrez, he is humble, kind, professional, knowledgeable and even calls you back and gives his personal cell number so you can always reach him.Jonathan is that rare commodity that follows through, does what s right for the customers and doesn t quit until you are satisfied.One more piece of good news people, he is manager of the entire complex of the Schumacher brand on Federal Highway in Delray, so you don t need to drive a Lincoln, you will receive the same good natured respect and response no matter what you own.We have now become Schumacher customers for life because Jonathan made true believers of us today! Needed some work done on my Lincoln and was treated so kindly! The waiting room was not what is pictured on Google maps, it's clean and updated. They had refreshments, had all the work finished by the estimated time and even washed it up for me. I'll be returning here if I need any more repairs!

Had my Lincoln in for the same problem 7 times for the same reason and I still have the same problem. I told them there was a slow leak in the tire, got car back with same leak & problemsdays later I got the car back with the same problem and the tire needed air
