STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE CENTER!!!!!Took my 2018 jeep wrangler on 02/05/24 for a recall associated with the vehicle clutch. Arrived on time for the appointment and the first thing the service representative tells me is that they have to order the parts. Then, he said that it should only take a couple of days. The service representative blamed the individual who made the appointment for the error. To keep the story short, as of today, 2/15/24, I still don't have the vehicle. To make it worst they did not provided another car so I could go to my appointments, while they finished the repair.

Second "not 5 stars" event. Last time was worse, but this one was a recall. I made an appointment as soon as I received the notice by mail. I checked in 25 minutes early and assumed my Jeep would be taken to the service person by my appointment time. What happened was the 30 minute job either took an hour and a half or my vehicle was parked in a line somewhere and didn't get to the service person until 11:30. I got my car back after 12:05. PLEASE get a scheduler update.

Had an terrible experience yesterday March 29th, 2024 when I brought my Jeep in for an oil change, routine inspection and tire rotation, I waited over 3 hours (had requested a courtesy car wash) my car was NOT washed untill I asked for and waited some more, they told me my tires were rotated, I paid for rotation, then I notieced my tires had NOT been rotated, I was given some ridiculous excuse, ended up paying for a reccomended engine filter that I am not even sure it was changed but paid for, and am not even sure the full inspection was done.It is a total shame for the Delray Shumaker a place where I originally bought my vehicle and have sent friends and family members there.BE AWARE everybody you might not be getting the service you think you are getting and are paying for.They didnt even remove the old service miles sticker from windshield and placed another one underneath the old one.My visit there was a disaster, waste of my time and money and I will have to take my car elsewhere to check if what I paid for was actually done.I DO NOT RECCOMEND THE DELRAY SHUMAKER SERVICE CENTER TO MY WORST ENEMY.Hearing from a superviser is probably a far away dream but it would make me feel better.

Excellent experience. Cindy Billock, my service advisor, was outstanding. Appointment on time and no waiting. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly Schumacher and Cindy!Great job!

Best experience I've had at a Jeep Service Department yet thanks to Cindy Billock. Will be coming back.After calling around to all the dealerships in South Florida, she was the only one to take my car without appointment and get it in/diagnosed within 3 business days. I had a steering issue arising that needed to be looked at ASAP but all other dealerships were giving me a 2-4 week estimate. The service on my car was great and I'm happy with how it's driving now.The customer service was incredible- complementary Lyft home after dropping off my vehicle, text updates to keep me informed throughout, and covered rental car so I could get to work since my car was going to have to stay a while to get the parts. I really can't say enough great things about my experience.

I wanted to let you know about two guys that helped me out, when I got a flat on the turnpike near Atlantic Avenue. I purchased my challenger redeye at the dealership two years ago, so I had it towed to the Delray location. Geovanni Ramirez, and Ben Torres in the service department did a great job of facilitating and getting my flat tire fixed. When we purchased the vehicle, we made sure to get all of the insurance coverage available to protect the vehicle, but the tire protection was being rejected in the computer system. They went out of their way and called up Allstate to find out why it was being rejected, and had it approved by getting on the phone with them, to get it resolved. They also stayed late to get the tire fixed and to bring a jack from another location to have it fixed, so that I wouldn t miss my son s 16th birthday party, that we were on the way to celebrate when this happened.Ben and Geovanni really went out of their way and did a great job and I wanted to let you know what a great job they did, and providing excellent service. It s hard to find good workers and good people. Schumacher has a couple of good ones and you need to hold onto them. Thanks again.

Dropped my vehicle at service for an appointment to correct 4 recalls.Service department arranged for a Lyft ride home. Vehicle was ready the next day, but sooner than promised. My service advisor, Cindy, was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Service advisor did not try to sell me unneeded services. I was very happy with my service visit. Services: Engine repair, Wiper blade installation

Unreal but true!!! Picture this scenario, you are new in town, and your 2018 Jeep Wrangler just died, won t start even with your state-of-the-art powerful jump er starter. So you panicked and have it towed to the nearest CDJR dealer, and by 4:30 pm, you are following your AAA tow truck to this MASSIVE dealer parking lot with new, used, and cars after cars waiting to be repaired. So, you just prayed that someone, in this sea of cars and people, will notice and pay attention to you. Voila!!! Someone did, his name is Ben Torres, Express Service Advisor, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient. He completed my paper work and I was driving back home and all set by 5:15 pm. As usual, my prayers were answered that day, and more. Ben religiously called me every day thereafter for updates. My Christmas miracle came early!! By the way, Schumacher dealership is really massive, but when you are dealing with Ben, he makes you feel like your Jeep is the only car they are focusing on.

I was hoping there was an option for NO stars!!This by far has been the worst experience at a service department I ve ever had.Dropped my car off to be seen/diagnosed prior to Labor Day weekend, and was told it would be 24hours. 2 days went by and nobody contacted me. I tried calling the dealership/service advisor several times, nobody had information. I called the corporate customer service number to file a complaint and spoke with Janet. Unfortunately she wasn t much help either. She left a voicemail and advised I should call my service advisor.Once I was finally able to get some information, I was told one technician didn t see anything but said I should purchase tires?? That made absolutely no sense! They then said they will have a second tech take a look. Thank goodness the 2nd tech came as they discovered faulty parts that are covered under warranty. As I was told by my service advisor and manager at the dealership- the parts were ordered. They expressed I can take the car home ( nothing catastrophically wrong with the Jeep) but can bring it back when the parts arrive to get it all fixed. Here we are weeks later and NO ACTION! I m so frustrated with the level of customer service and how dismissive EVERYONE seems to be. SOMEONE HAS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!

Honestly , one of the best dealer service experiences I have ever had ! Cindy was very professional and super knowledgeable...not to mention a real pleasure to work with.She kept me informed about the status of my truck continously through text and when it was ready, even sent over an Uber to bring me back to pick up my vehicle.Schumacher gets 5 and all my repeat business in the future for sales & service.Thank you again !

Ron Bacak Director of Aftermarket at Schumacher arranged to have five diamond finish Appearance Protection inside and outside. He presented it very well to me the day I purchased my jeep. I feel that investing the money I did into my new car it will be great Protection for my car. I had a very bad experience with the Service Director Robert Corman. My 2022 Dodge Ram truck has gone back multiple times and with no luck, they still cannot find the problem with the humming noise on my vehicle. The Truck does it at different speeds and they keep on blaming it on the tires. Mechanic drove with me and he heard the problem but still, he could not decipher where it was coming from. The Service director said that he would not change another part of my vehicle. I told him I just needed him to fix the problem not change parts until they figured out the problem. In the meantime, my vehicle is still making the noise and he refused to service the vehicle in a very rude manner. Instead of fixing my problem, he proceeded to say that there were other dealers and to take it somewhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to this dealership on July 13 for a cover to my seat controls that broke. They had me prepay for the parts that were not in stock. 2 weeks later I get the email to review my experience. This was on July 27th. Of course I never heard back from the dealership and the work was not done so I gave a negative rating explaining such. They called me and apologized and suggested I contact the parts dept. I did try to call but went to VM, after that I did not try again until today as I still had no communication from the dealership. They said the part was ordered on the 27th. When the Service advisor contacted me later today he said he didn't know why they said that but in any case had no idea when they could get the part so would just refund me. I can literally find the part online right now. Worst customer service, worst service department. Go anywhere else!!

Just used their oil change service. Jose T. Was my service rep. And he was great. One best experiences I ve had in an dealer service department. Mopar sent me a coupon online and jose didn t give me a hard time like most places do. Honest and professional dude. Took about one hour for oil change but they had a nice lounge with espressos.Service: Oil change

Absolutely worse service ever, brought my truck for ac evaporator repair / replacement. Instead of replacing they decided to wait for chemicals to clean the evaporator. After 3 weeks of waiting no cleaning or service had been done, and upon picking up my truck it had been broken into. They did not acknowledge anything regarding the break-in untill the vehicle had left their department. Awful disgraceful people working here.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I would just like to recognize that Schumacher Dodge service Center is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Carmelo on their team! He was extremely kind, very accommodating, and informative. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and have utilized their service center on multiple occasions, with some sub par experience s in the past, but this was by far the BEST experience that I have had at this dealership. Carmelo is the literal definition of customer service as he had me in and out for an oil change and was very forward about the wait time from the get-go. I will be returning to this dealership because of Carmelo and his positive disposition; you felt like he genuinely cared about the customer and their vehicle. What an asset to the Schumacher Dodge team! If you need something done, Carmelo in the service center is 100% your guy! Fantastic experience! Keep up the awesome work, Carmelo! I did almost $7000 of service & repair work in February & the AC is back not working, again. I contact the service dept. about the problem, my service tech no longer works there they tell me & that it'll be a month before they can fix the problem. She then tells me maybe I can talk to the mngr to see if we can get you in sooner. She never calls me back. Are you kidding me? These guys are supposed to be top notch for my Dodge Challenger? If someone takes care of me the way that they should after spending all that money I might change my review.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Oil change

We used this location for years. Good service. Pricing a little on the high end, but we always felt we got honest service. Hopefully those prices help them keep good staff. Quality of work was always good. A dependable dealership.

The worst service shop I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Absolutely no customer communication. The service rep who I had to have someone track down numerous times, didn't follow up on anything not even to call me to let me know that my car wasn't seen by a tech all day and that it would maybe be looked at the following Monday. NO one there has a clue about how to treat clients. shocked that people go there. we never will again.So if your into making an appointment that you have to wait a week for, getting up early, dropping it off to be serviced only to be told at business close on a Friday that your car wasn't even looked at then this is the place for you....Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

So far, I have had a really disappointing experience using this service location. My car has been there for almost a week now for something I was told would only take a couple of days when dropping the car off. I get that things happen, and I would be a lot more understanding of the delay if I was made to feel like any sort of priority or importance to them. I have not gotten a single update from the department, even after leaving multiple voicemails over multiple days this week. I didn t even know the status of my car until I asked to wait as long as I needed to speak to my service advisor rather than leaving another voicemail that he wouldn t get back to. I finally got ahold of him three days after my car had been dropped off, and he did not have any clue who I was. I understand there is a high volume of vehicles in for service, but it was disheartening nonetheless. He told me they had to order a part that wouldn t even be there for another couple of days (meaning if I was communicated with, I could have taken my car back for the few days until the part was in rather than being without a vehicle this whole time). When I asked what was wrong exactly, he said he did not know because no one wrote anything in about it. Also disheartening. He told me he would call back the next day to get more information from the technician (he never did). Now, it is the day after that and I have still heard nothing despite leaving him another voicemail this morning. I still don t have a car, and have no idea what is even wrong or the status of anything, despite it now being the a couple more days that he told me it would take. I am still relying on family and spending money on rides almost a week later with no explanation as to why or any sort of customer service from anyone. I will probably go elsewhere for service next time, if I ever get the car back.

Four stars may be just a little generous but three stars wasn t generous enough and I always want to lean toward kindness. Additionally, it was based on my entire experience - some of which was really great and some - not so much. But starting with the positive was my salesperson. Knowledgeable, generous with her time, and keen attention to details, Jessica could not have done a better job working with me. She knew exactly what I was looking for. She took me for a test drive and worked hard to get me a workable deal and after the fact, she was a storehouse off information about absolutely everything pertaining to the product she sold me. Literally she was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with and I have worked with dozens.I m not going to go into a lot of detail about the rest of the experience except to say that I constantly felt like my time was not well respected. When I was told someone would be with me in a couple minutes, it was well over an hour. But the sales manager was easy to work with and a nice guy so I took the other issue in stride.What I really didn t like took place in the finance person s office. I worked very hard to get a specific deal with Jessica and her manager. A deal had been reached and I was quoted a price Out The Door with everything - license, title ... the lot. When I finally sat down in the finance guy s office, he said, Looks like I m going to be able to save you even more money than you originally thought. He then hit a few keys on his computer and spouted out a price that was over $500 more than I had agreed to. So I laughed and said - How about no. I explained what the deal was and he looked at me as though he clearly didn t believe a word I was saying. So he called the sales manager and the sales manager corroborated my story. I heard him do so. So they hung up the phone and he fixed a few numbers and then said, Ok and proceeded to quote me the new price that was about $400 more than I had agreed to. He explained that the sales manager didn t add enough to the out the door price to allow for the full amount of the after charges. Now I felt like he was disrespecting me. So I told him again that I wasn t prepared to pay a dime more than I had agreed to and explained that if he wanted the deal he would need to lesson the price of the vehicle enough to allow for the end result number to be no higher than the agreed amount. And so it was done.I don t enjoy experiences like that. They make me uncomfortable but I would buy another car from this dealership and recommend them.

Don't waste your time with their service department. I've put my car there on Thursday at noon, and had to get it picked on Tuesday evening, because they never touched it. I was advised due to Covid, it will actually take 1 day to do the diagnostics before doing any work on the car. They were supposed to call. Friday - no call, Saturday - no call, Sunday and Monday they were not there (Labor day), Tuesday - no call. I had to call regional customer service manager to let THEM call me back, and I was reassured they diagnose it and call me in the evening. 5:40pm- no call. I call them, they didn't touch the car. I picked it up at 6pm closing time. Summary - 5.5 days without car, no loaner (that is provided after diagnostics) and some hours lost with dealing with this. Trying the second dealership in the area, hope my experience will be better. These guys don't deserve your business
