I needed body work done on my car. Quality Automotive came highly recommended. they were absolutely great. Adam is honestand does a great job at a fair price. Dave was very professional and kept me up to date. In a market that is constantly ripping people off I can say without a doubt that Quality Automotive are honest, fair, and efficient not to mention they are also very nice guys

Hands down the best mechanic shop. Adam took care of me and he did a great job with my car. Adam is 100 percent honest with you when it comes to your car and that s all you can ask for from a mechanic. Takes a little longer than expected but if you give them time your car we be in great shape once they are done with it. Guarantee.

I like my 2001 Subaru so decided to have a lot of needed work done so I could keep it. Adam was (and still is) great to talk to and explains things. Had Valve Gasket Covers, transmission fluid and pan, hoses replaced to keep fluids in the car and not on my driveway! Timing belt, water pump, spark plugs! All the technical work is great! But additionally he is having me come back every week or two for follow-up to make sure all is good!! Quality is definitely my new go-to car place!! Thank You Adam, and Dave, and all the crew!!

Adam was very nice individual and initially did some temporary repairs on my AC unit.I am not the type to leave negative reviews, However, after my AC/ compressor went out just a few weeks later, I have tried contacting Adam to get an estimate on installing my compressor unit, in which he barely answers my phone calls nor text messages now.All i wanted was an estimate of how much the labor would be to install my compressor kit, and i cannot even get an answer for that.Adam advised me that he would text me with an estimate-- which was over 1 week ago now. I guess I am not worthy of even 5 minutes of his time anymore?I have contacted other mechanics who answer the phone every time, and found one who found the time to replace my compressor.I am a fairly resonable person. I understand people can be a busy, but one could at least find 5 minutes out of the day to answer 1 phone call or respond with at least 1 text message, instead of having loyal customers like myself wait weeks for a response.

I had an excellent experience working with this shop. I had a complicated repair for a 30 year old Mazda Miata. There were lots of issues that took several days to deal with, but each step was well documented and explained. Misunderstanding about the quote. Paid double what all the other shops in town charged..(I called 4!)Rebuild back brakes.....almost $1900.Do NOT recommend!

Poor quality of work on a expensive repair which is damaging parts in engine bay and not putting them back properly which I had to do and damage to my side skirt of my vehicle

The A/C went out on my Sprinter work van and I happened to be near this shop. I stopped in and they were able to help immediately!Not only was I please with the excellent service and attentiveness from Jason but the entire atmosphere of the shop was excellent. Nobody tried to upsell me something I didn't want or need and both Adam and Jason were thorough and eager to explain everything to me throughout the process and they had it done much quicker than I would have expected.The entire team clearly has a passion for their trade and the fact that they are capable of working on just about anything amazed me just as much as the transparency of what I was receiving. This is definitely a no BS, honest shop that I will be refering people to and absolutely coming back to myself.Service: Air conditioning

While driving on 95, a piece of scissors caught on one of my tires. Not knowing where to go on a Saturday afternoon and anticipating being at the tire shop for a few hours. I googled tire shop, and it took me here. Grateful it did; in and out less than an hour.
