it was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Marc and his team made it so easy. I live in NJ and had the pleasure of connecting with Presidential Auto Sales to help facilitate the buy out of my current lease. They sent over all of the paperwork and I had the car in my name in no time. Definitely recommend them and will be a forever customer!Thanks Marc and Presidential Auto Sales!

In the sea of car dealers that your mama warned you about, sometimes you come across the one that totally blows your mind and goes against everything you believed should be when looking for a car to buy.Presidential staff and particularly Mark is absolutely amazing. From the moment of your first call to them and till tags and registration delivered, you begin to realise that behind that car you just bought is a team of true professionals, that will cover everything you know and think you need before you even think it. Never pushy, never harass you with stupid questions, do not bother you or call you asking if you decided... well you probably know exactly what I mean. The whole experience feels like you are dealing with a friend that protects you when you are not sure. I swear that I could have bought the car unseen after the first call - that's how good they are in presenting everything without missing or hiding anything. By the way, we are not talking about regular cars. Those are exotics and they are catering to the customers that could really be a pain in the a...s. For the Presidential staff - you guys ROCK! For the potential customers - consider yourself lucky that you found your car from those guys. If you did not, then wait. Its certainly worth it!

My Sales contact Jennifer was by far the best sales representative I ever worked with!She went the extra mile for me and helped me achieve a dream that I have had for over 14 years !! The car is excellent shape and she offered me an extended warranty at a later. Date!I will hands down purchase my next Bentley from them !! Over the years we have purchased numerous vehicles from dealerships up and down the east coast. Our experience at Presidential Auto Sales was by far the best. The process was smooth and painless, we were in and out of the dealership in less than three hours. The staff was courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Special kudos to Jennifer who walked us through the process, she was fantastic. If you're looking for a high quality vehicle at a fair price, I highly recommend Presidential Auto Sales.

I had a fabulous experience with Max and Jennifer at Presidential. I have been on the hunt for my dream G550 for literal years and they couldn t have been more patient, accommodating and kind to help me snag this vehicle before it went off the market. I m looking forward to its next service so I can actually come in to see them again. Assuming this car continues to be as amazing as it seems, they re going to have a customer for life!!!

I was on the hunt for a Dodge Ram TRX. I located one at Prez Auto. It was early in the morning around 7am, so I dropped them a message on their site and shortly after they opened I was contacted by Max. Smooth and seamless transaction done via phone and text. Max was very responsive and accommodating. He offered to have the car delivered to my house, but it was such a smooth process I wanted to come in and shake his hand!

I can't say enough good things. My husband and I have bought many cars over the years but this was our favorite experience overall. Great people work here! There is an atmosphere of small town warmth and friendship. Any questions we had were answered promptly and with knowledge. Great inventory! Max was fabulous! Tom in finance is wonderful at what he does. Mark and his dad have built a quality dealership!

What a pleasure it was working with everyone at Presidential Auto Sales! I had been car shopping for weeks, yet could not decide upon the perfect one for me. I happened to see what would soon be my baby on their website, gave them a call, and had the fortune to speak with Max. Let me tell you, not only did Max put a deal together in just a couple of hours, but he did it on a Saturday - the only day I was available to get a deal done.The entire team is helpful, professional, and clearly willing to go the extra mile to put a smile a customer's face. As an expert with over 45 years of professional public-client relations, Marc Guistolisi can write the next best selling book on turning shoppers into clients for life. From the instant I stepped into the showroom I knew Presidential was special because I was not attacked at the door, I was complimented. Yes, complimented. What an unusual greeting ( Wow! Great sunglasses. Are those XXXX brand? Been thinking about ) Right away I was put at ease and felt we were both on the same level. Marc introduced himself, told me a bit of Presidential history, what and why the business is almost 40 years and one of the top independent dealers in the country. He explained the process and we discussed my wants and needs. Within minutes Marc and I were outside looking at the cars that met my requirements. The decision making process was easy because Marc listened and only showed me vehicles that were in my price range that filled my requirements. Back inside at his desk we discussed payment options. I filled out some forms and off to Jennifer Fresard to start the processing of the paperwork. Jennifer was efficient, smart, knew how to get this done quickly as it was close to the end of the business day and wanted to beat the clock before government offices closed. Within a short time Jennifer had my new car insured, registered in my name and whatever else that needed to be done. Due to Marc s consulting with me about my needs and wants in a car and Jennifer s efficiency, from the time I turned right into Presidential s parking lot until the time I turned right out of Presidential s parking lot IN MY NEW CAR, this five star pleasant experience took just over 90 minutes.

Unbelievable service! I have now joined the Presidential family. I was treated with compassion, respect and patience from the best salesmen Max. This brilliant man is highly educated in automobiles and will take his time making sure your completely satisfied and beyond. And after the transaction is over, most dealers just don t follow up - they got the sale and move on. NOT WITH PRESIDENTIAL! The relationship only just begins. There by your side every step of the way and Max has checked in on me to make sure I m as happy as I could ever be. I will never buy from any place but Presidential. And I couldn t do it without Max! Very professional dealership that made our remote purchase (sight unseen) a very pleasant one! Max was very knowledgeable and responsive, including after full payment was made. Working with a business like this, is truly refreshing and is the epitome of executing a wholesome transaction! Ownership deserves some recognition, as Max never backtracked on any commitment and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. No requests for additional charges or surprise omissions. In fact, Max saved us money on the transport cost. Wow, a 6 Star performance. Hopefully, Presidential Auto Sales can source our next dream car!

After working with Jim and Marc at Presidential I will never go anywhere else for my car needs. I have personally purchased 2 cars through them and both deals were seamless. They have a great selection for their inventory and if they do not have what you are looking for it's no problem; They go above and beyond to find what you are looking for at the right price. The first time I bought a car through them they found exactly what I wanted and had it transported to their dealership, all I had to do was sign and pick up the keys to my new car. The 2nd car I just recently bought from them and it was something that they had in inventory, nonetheless I was in and out under an hour. I come from a family of car enthusiasts and Presidential has and will continue to be our go-to for our vehicles.

Mark, President of the company, assisted us with the purchase of a Jaguar F-Type convertible. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Everyone we came in contact with was extraordinary friendly. We were able to negotiate a fair price for the vehicle. Just prior to the purchase Mark replaced the brakes and put on 4 new Pirelli tires. We received top dollar for our trade-in. The whole process was completed in a relatively short period of time. We couldn t be happier.

I recently had some dealing with Mark at Presidential Auto Sales. I was interested in a vehicle and he was quick to get back to me with photos and any other questions that I had about the car. I found this gentleman so accommodating, honest and timely. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone with such a high level of sincerity. I purchased a 2022 BMW M4 from Max Vanderploeg, he made the whole process smooth and easy. We negotiated the entire deal via phone and text, as I live 3 hours away. I made it very clear if the car was not exactly as described or had any damage on it that I would not purchase the car. Max took the time to do detailed pictures and videos for me so I could see there were no issues. Upon arrival I checked the car and it was exactly as described, they even put the car up on the lift so I could inspect the undercarriage. Max was true to his word and made the deal super easy from start to finish. Max also has a great knowledge of everything automotive and performance related.

I bought a Mercedes and a service plan w/ extended warranty couldn't be happier. Super professional and they make you feel like a king. They will take care of you from the moment you walk in the door. When I'm ready I will trade my care in and move up into an E class next from Prez Auto.
