This place has absolutely amazing customer service. While making my appointment I was helped by the kindest lady and it just made everything so easy and simple. Guido at the front desk was just as nice and helped me take care of all my car needs and explained in detail anything else I needed. Very clear and open about everything and made me feel comfortable and heard. I m usually super confused or overwhelmed at auto shops so this was a nice change of scenery and a breath of fresh air. Would definitely recommend for your next services and they were even nice enough to give me a discount! It was a sight wait but the waiting room is very accommodating and staff was super friendly so time flied by.

I was a walk-in, And to my amazement, I was immediately helped. Guido was very accommodating, efficient and has a great sense of humor. He explained Everything with great patience and detail. Everyone that I met at precision was friendly and helpful. Particularly Kelly and Andrew. Will definitely come back here.

Guido was exceptional! Although my extended warranty was a pain to deal with and tried to get me to pay more than I should, Guido was persistent and had my back the entire time! I recommend everyone with any type of car to get the work done here! My BMW will always be a customer here!

Kelly, Andrew and Guido are all great with customer service. They kept me informed of my service and gave me the best price. I am comfortable w/them addressing all my car repairs because I am confident they will do all they can to fix my car.

I went to precision because I was hearing a scraping noise when I turned. The staff was very nice and did a full inspection of my car. Guido Perez helped me and had me test drive the car with him afterwards to make sure the problem was solved. I will definitely be going to precision from here on out for all my car needs.

My car was dead and needed a part. Was supposed to get it towed but he rigged it to get to the shop. They were able to fix it in 1 day so I wouldn't miss anymore work. Thank you

so a few weeks back I dropped my Toyota Tundra off for an oil change. And I simply asked that anyone that works on my trucks pays attention and don't leave anything loose or please clear the alarms and dont sell me anything other than the oil change cause if you dont know about cars they will. Because there was problems twice out of my 3 visits. one they didn't clear my maintenance alarm after a simple oil change and another when they did my alignment i had another sensor from my wheels giving a new alarm. The response from management was to tell me to come back and pick up my truck. They refused my service. and I was respectful the whole time. Than I pick up my truck and their tech apparently clears there alarm before performing the work. so I had no oil change but they cleared my alarm. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION THEY ALWAYS TRY TO SELL YOU THINGS YOU DONT NEED AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After another person contact me to bring my car back. I wouldn't even for free. issue was haandle poorly by management not the front desk....

It was my first time there, great service , and great staff great experience. Kelly was very personal able, I walked in, very friendly staff, nice waiting area, in and out in 45 minutes, for a great oil change. I will definitely be going back for my auto care services.

polite, professional and fast! my car s whole service took around 45 minutes total. they show you what s wrong with your car and give you a breakdown of what it will cost to fix. no shady business. i m pleased!

I really like the service here! They are always ready to answer doubts, suggesting what thing really need to be done in your car and the oil service is super quick compared to other places. And love the coffee station they have!!!

Great place to get all your car service needs, came in and they did an oil change and recommended i had some other repairs, brought it back and they did an awesome job getting my car back to its glory days and cant beat their prices 100% recommend

I caught a flat on congress and Interstate towing towed my car here by mistake. They had been closed about an hour and still changed my tire in no time. Big thank you to Andrew and the gentleman that helped me!

Called them, manager (?) Andrew (fantastic - professional, knowledgeable) said they were able to take me next morning. He greeted me, as well as new gal Kelly, who was super-friendly, fun, and welcoming. Diagnostics were done extremely fast, like within 20 minutes. Appreciated that Alvin, the mechanic, explained that the rear brakes were fine. And he showed me the oil and air/cabin filters that long needed replacement. No questionable repair attempts. All was done in maybe 1 & 1/2 hours as estimated, including synthetic oil change, brake pads, rotors. So I have happily found a shop I trust, with fair prices, probably far less than taking to the dealership - on the oil change, I can guarantee it. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that does almost all general repairs and maintenance.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Horrible place , 2 hours and some change on the lift for a simple oil change .... great way to spend a Saturday.. never again on top of that they promote a 60 dollar oil change which is great then they don't tell you all the other fees on top of it ! Then they try to sell you every single thing . How bout they just do what I came here for ? Will be spreading the news about this placeService: Oil change

Precision has been wonderful to deal with for our repairs over the years. Most recently, the dealer we called told us they were to busy to take us for the next week to 10 days, even after we told them our truck was stalling at traffic lights and we bought 10 vehicles from them. They were no help. So much for loyalty Pompano Ford/Lincoln. We called Precision. They took us that day and the car was repaired in a few hours. Next time we won't bother with the dealership at all.

I had a phenomenal experience working with Andrew (Service Manager) and his team. I had multiple services performed on my car (brakes, rotors, shocks, tires, and an oil change) and even with multiple estimates elsewhere, Andrew's customer service/communication, explanation to all my questions (even the dumb ones), and thorough research into different tiers/price levels significantly surpassed anything I was able to find at other locations. I've been going to Precision Tune for maintenance over the last few years and will absolutely continue to utilize their services in the future.Services: Tires, Brakes, Oil change

Been to this place multiple times. They always do quality work. They are reasonable and helpful. Roger the mechanic, Jimmy at the front desk and Fred, the owner, are awesome, kind, and do not try to take advantage of people who are not auto-knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone that needs auto maintenance or something fixed. They will work with people and find a way to accomplish what needs to be fixed. This full service repair facility has always been upfront with my whole family. We had three cars in there this month.The prices are competitive. The service is outstanding. The work gets completed when promised.I recommend Precision Tune Delray.
