I live in Palm Beach Gardens,I actually passed two Mercedes dealerships on my way to Delray. The only reason why I go to Delray is because I have the best service advisor. Evan has been with me for years and he is the reason I keep coming back!!Evan is so professional and a dedicated person!He always makes me feel that my car is always safe!!! had an excellent experience taking my car in for service at Mercedes-Benz in Delray Beach. I was so surprised, they treated me like I was the most important customer and my service manager. Raymond was wonderful. Everything was done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend going there. It is very surprising to have such good service these days.

We had an amazing experience at this service center. Our side mirror got damaged exiting the garage, and needed to be fixed. Jonathan Vargas assisted us and gave amazing advice. He was able to fix the side mirror and save us from paying excess money. Great experience thanks so much!!

I had nothing but excellent service. Kelvin Martinez was the service coordinator who assisted me. I also had the opportunity to speak with the mechanic tech who did the pre purchase inspection on a pre owned vehicle purchased elsewhere. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly service and atmosphere is something they hold as principle in their business model.

From beginning to end ; thanks to my service advisor David Rhy my experience with M-B of Delray was as good as could be even if getting some parts delivered was difficult! David handled the situation professionally and didn t miss a beat! The alternative car people as well as your service valet personnel were great!!

We had our car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Delray and worked with Raymond Graham. He took his time answering our questions snd researching others for us. He was patient and empathetic to our concerns. I would trust our service needs to no one else but him. Fantastic experience. Thank you Ray!!!

2024 Mercedes would not start. Brought car to dealership. They checked the car and could not find problem. Gave us the car back and next day it would not start. Brought it back second time and they updated the software. Have very little confidence in the service departments capability to diagnose and fix the car..

I had a wonderful experience at Mercedes Benz of Delray thanks to Raymond Graham!I made an online express appointment and Raymond took excellent care of me from the moment I arrived . He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and made sure he kept me informed throughout the process. I really appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond so that I would have a positive experience.

My experience at Mercedes is always top quality. Shawn Parton is a huge help when bringing my car in. He is very detailed, punctual, follows up with me regarding service to the vehicle and is fair when it comes to pricing and taking care of the little things for the vehicle. Very personable guy who provides a great service!

Raymond was my service writer and helped me along the way. He did an absolutely fantastic job. I have been an AutoNation customer for 15 years. This is my first go around with Mercedes-Benz of Delray Beach and Raymond lived up to all my expectations. Great customer service.

First time Service customer at Mercedes Benz of Delray yesterday and had a very positive experience. Service advisor Shawn Parton was a real pleasure to work with. Being a snowbird owing a Mercedes Benz purchased in Canada, I was not sure if my warranty coverage would be honored. Shawn reassured me that he has dealt with this in the past and he would make every effort to resolve the coverage. In the end, my service issue was fixed, and the coverage was taken care of. Thanks again to Shawn, and, much appreciation to all at Mercedes Benz of Delray. Made me feel a truly valued customer of the brand!

I have been driving my C-300 For 2 years now that i bought fromDelray Mercedes Benz and since then i never have any issues with them with regards to customer service. The store is very organized and clean. The staff are very friendly and approachable. My Service advisor Jonathan Vargas is very accommodating and helpful every time a need arise to have my car serviced especially during unforeseen situations. He was able to schedule me right away and got my car fixed right on time. I will definitely recommend this dealership if ever you need a car or service for your car.

My advisor was excellent! Calling for service is the worst I've experienced in a long time. It's almost impossible to talk to a live person. Someone needs to address your dealership telephone system. This has been an ongoing problem from previous service appointments. Very frustrating ... otherwise five stars!

Have had an excellent experience with Shawn at Mercedes-Benz Service over the past year since I bought a Mercedes 2500 Van. His communication is excellent and everyone there knows their stuff. He explained everything clearly and made the entire process smooth. Shawn's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Highly recommend for outstanding service and again, so important, his timely communication.

Wow I had an excellent experience with service with Mercedes Benz dealers the one on Delray Beach with Ray Graham was my advisor, who really knew how to talk to people. He was the best and that was my first time .I usually go to the one on Okeechobee. Guys you need to try Delray Beach and for Ray Graham nice guy and very good in customer service

Everything seem to go according to plan. I dropped it off on time. They sent me home in a lift car. They brought me back in a lift car. The work was done no problems happy motoring.

I have been to this dealership a few times, most visits were good, this one, not as happy with. The communication from the service advisor wasn t as good as it has been. Waited 15 minutes for my car to be brought around and then no one told me it was actually there. I had to go look for it. They handed me my key and somewhere along the line, the back had fallen off the key and no one replaced it. The young guy at the valet desk searched around and ended up taking it off someone else s key and put it on mine. For the prices you pay at the dealer, especially Mercedes Benz, I expect way more!

Terrible service department. No foreman on sight to diagnose real problems. Issues take several times to fix, and rely completely on sensors and computers to diagnose issues. not everything in the car has a sensor in it! Most recently I brought my car in three time to figure out an issue, they said all three times nothing was wrong (had the car in there shop for months) brought in to MB WPB, in 5 minutes they figured out there was a problem.

It was easy to schedule MB service over the phone. Timothy walked me through the works needed to be done, discussed costs upfront. Good communication. Everything was done in a timely fashion without any issues.

The service department is excellent. The service advisors are knowledgeable and professional. They constantly kept me updated on the progress of my repairs. Having the convenience of a loaner vehicle is a big plus. Highly recommended.
