Don t even attempt to contact the Mercedes-Benz of delray collision center at mercedes benz . Currently I have a 2023 Mercedes-Benz G wagon with the the magno night package! To make a long story short I had to replace my 3 front bumper inserts! With I had purchased from mercedes benz of delray parts department. 3 new inserts! Apparently they don t come painted from factory! I had contacted the Mercedes-Benz collision center within Mercedes Benz of Delray! I spoke to gentleman who was very nasty! I attempted to tell him about the three inserts he shut me down then he stated they cannot paint them! I said to the gentleman that my Mercedes benz come from factory like that! Then proceeds to tell me we don t do those type of things here we are a collision center! I don t need to tell him his job but collision equals paint! Listen Autonation , Don t call yourself a Mercedes Benz collision center if your willing to sell me mercedes parts yet not paint them as mercedes benz had delivered them to me! You can t pick and choose what services you perform when you call yourself Mercedes-Benz of Delray!

Another AutoNation official Mercedes-Benz dealership but I must say they still follow the old management ways! autonation needs to take a page from their book!

The parts department close at 04:30Pm and they keep advertise 07:00 Pm. This is wrong and waste customer time.
