Sales manager Elizaveta, Darren and Finance manager Guirlande - 10/10 I would highly recommend.I had the pleasure of working with the best team of professionals who went out of their way to assist me with my car buying experience.I ve been to multiple dealerships through the weekend, but the service I ve got at Mercedes of Delray stands out from the phone call. Not that I only had an amazing deal, and purchased the car that I love, but everything was clear and easy with paperwork on every step.Even after the sale was completed, they followed up with me to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.That is an amazing experience! will be back with friends and family!

Daniel Desmond was very attentive from the minute we walked in. It was a rainy day but was the only day my daughter and I had off to purchase her vehicle. Best customer service. Went to get two batteries in my car keyfabs. I pulled right into the service garage. Not only did they do it while I waited, they did it for free. No charge.P.S. I have a 2011 Mercedes. I moved to Florida a year ago and had never been to Mercedes-Benz of Delray. I live in Delray. You just earned my business. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Delray. Found the exact car I wanted in tip-top shape at a fair price with excellent customer service and attention-to-detail. I highly recommend this dealership. John G. was my sales associate and he made the process really smooth. He went above and beyond. He set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, John was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. The new cars in the showroom take your breath away, so you start out a little intimidated. I came to finalize my used car purchase, and still, they treated me like a king.They made sure the car looked new, and when I left, I realized they had the car preform as new. Mercedes Benz of Delray is amazing! The customer service and layout are above and beyond. They have a beautiful inventory and a friendly staff. My car purchases in the past have been scary and they made quick and easy. The sales person was knowledgeable and accommodating. Kavon was the finance manager and you could tell he knows what he is doing. He was great at helping pick out the options for the car.

Michael was the best!! He made sure he explained in detail what type of service was required for my vehicle and he scheduled me on a day where I could have a loaner since I didn t have an alternative way to work. The whole experience was top-notch.

I brought my car in over 48 hrs ago to have my rear camera fixed. I was told they would need it over night I have not received any messages, texts or phone calls re: my vehicle.I have made many calls their phone service is non existent.. only spoke to a live person twice in 48 hrs.. left a few messages.. unanswered but was not able to leave a message every time to say this is bad service is an understatement very disgusted where is my carThere is no directory of personnel to try and speak to someone .Terrible terrible service still waiting for almost two hours for someone to locate my car .They can t find it????

My glove box facing for my 2015 350 SLK has pulled away. I called and a nice woman told me no appointment needed. Just drop in between 10-11 during their slow time & the service dept will check. My husband took it down at 10:30. 5 employees hanging around in service. None would take the time to look at the glove box. They said go to parts and order a new one. We know a new one is $700. We are willing to pay but clearly we can t install ourselves and we want a warranty that if it happens again they will fix it. Very disappointed with the service. This car has 37K miles & is in our garage most of the time. To have a defect like this is not expected & to be treated as though there is nothing they can do is insulting

I have been here for service a few times (5 in the last few months) and people welcoming you in the service area... Are NOT welcoming at all.They do not acknowledge you, they keep playing with their phones, talking about personal stuff amongst themselves. TERRIBLE way to Welcome customers.As far as service is concerned, Juan (my technical advisor) is AWESOME. He keeps me informed of what's going on and communicates very clearly on what's going on.If it wasn't from my advisor, I wouldn't go back to MB Delray Beach.UPDATE Feb 16th:I had a very nice conversation with Bob Baldwin (management) from MB Delray... he assured me that things were going to change and he was looking into it right away. Very nice gentleman, professional and only has the best intentions in mind. I already feel reassured and confident that my next visit will be a very positive one!

Terrible experience. My service advisor Johnathan Vargas was one of these most unprofessional and disrespectful advisors I have ever dealt with while going to Mercedes, I came in for a A0 service Oil change for my car and I was quoted $300 for an oil change and I ensured that is all I wanted and no additional services were needed ONLY OIL CHANGE and it cost $300 I was astounded because I got my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz Tampa it was much cheaper and I decided to call Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach to get a quote on my oil change and they said it would only be $190 which was much more reasonable and when I told my concerns to advisor Johnathan Vargas he told me if I don t like it then go SOMEWHERE ELSE I was disgusted with the level of professionalism at Mercedes-Benz of Delray, I will not be returning.

First of all, I would like to thank Mercedes Benz of Delray for being able to create brilliant Sales and Costumer service team. I am blessed to find this place even though I stay in Miami, and we have hundreds of car dealers around. I ve been searching a car and visiting car dealers to another car dealers, leaving their office disappointed because of pressure, convincing me to buy a car for finance (which I never asked for), and ending up with unreasonable offers. Then I visited Autonation website and found several cars for a very good price and deals, sent them my interest. After an hour Elizaveta called me and explained all details in modest and neat manner. She guaranteed that they have fixed prices and NO back and forth. I felt instant trust, and right away I was at their office. Elizaveta showed me the car, it was exact as described on the photos, excellent condition and looked brand new even though it s used car. Elizaveta was right with with all, indeed there was no pressure, no haggling and her great enthusiasm to answer all my concerns. I am so grateful for her being helpful and making me purchase the car confidently. Guys, I definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Delray if you want to get highest quality cars for best prices, more than that getting amazing service with super friendly staff.

I used to love this dealership when leasing.Not anymore. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned car from them in January plus an expensive extended warranty. One week later a notice came up on the dashboard Check brake pads Huh?! Brought it to them and was told that s not covered in the CPO or extended warranty so That ll be another $950 .I complained to the sales department and they compensated me after about 6 weeks.Thank you Delray Mercedes Benz.

The reality is I went in because their price was great. The sales person was . Sigh. So many mistakes. 4 hours wasted. Almost left the deal even though the price was great. Had to come the next day due to mistakes. Missing second key. I m sorry, but I cannot recommend this dealer. The manager there, Darren was the ONLY bright spot.

Just moving here from Scottsdale Arizona, where I have owned Mercedes for the past 20 years. Was super excited to walk into the Delray Beach location. I entered the store at about 4:30 PM and started walking around the show room. I noticed multiple sales people gathered in small groups, laughing, and joking and visiting with one another. Another Salesman spent a good 15 minutes devouring a massive sandwich At his desk Which wasn t fun to watch. After I was in the showroom, about 10 minutes I saw an older gentleman walk in To the showroom and look at some of the cars and walk back out. Not one person said hello to him, or acknowledged him. Other than him I was the only one in the showroom the entire time. Everybody totally ignored me as they were way too busy visiting and laughing and joking with one another. After a good 20 minutes, I became frustrated and walked over to Receptionist who is busy chatting on the phone with a friend. I asked her if there was a manager in the store, and she pointed toward a gentleman in an office. I walked over and politely said are you the manager and he said yes, how can I help you. I said I have been in your showroom for over 20 minutes, I need to buy a car and have been totally ignored while all of your workers are socializing with one another. He apologized and said I saw you with, he mentioned somebody s name and thought you were being taken care of. I said I have been completely by myself the entire time I have been in your showroom and you haven t seen me with anybody. All of your workers are laughing and joking and having a great time and not one person walked over to say hello, to Welcome me or offer any assistance. He apologized again and said how can we help you and I said I need to buy a car in the next two weeks but But after being totally ignored, I m probably going to find another Mercedes dealership. He quickly said that s fine and told me to have a nice day. So I walked out of the door. If that s the treatment you get when you walk into a Mercedes dealership, can you imagine the challenges you will have down the road if something were to go wrong. This location would ve been very convenient for me, but I couldn t have been more disappointed with the complete lack of customer service, and an apology that seemed incredibly superficial And totally placating. I think it was towards the end of the day, and It appeared that nobody wanted to be bothered with a new customer or the possibility of another sale for Mercedes. Had the manager handled himself differently I would have stayed and accepted an apology and started figuring out which Mercedes I wanted to purchase. One of the best parts about owning a Mercedes is the amazing customer service and TLC that one receives. Just beyond disappointed with my first experience with Mercedes in Florida.

Robert and Kamryn were awesome to work with. I am an out of state buyer and I found the vehicle I was looking for online at Mercedes-Benz Delray. Robert was very responsive and answered my many questions and send photos. I was able to send someone to check out the vehicle for me until I could get to Florida. Robert communicated every step of the way and helped with whatever we needed. Even though Robert was out the day we arrived Kamryn stepped in and helped us complete the transaction. Kamryn is a great person and we enjoyed our time viewing the vehicle, test driving and completing the transaction. Overall Mercedes-Benz of Delray was a great experience from initial contact to completion of the sale. The General Manager even came over to introduce himself and give us a little swag to complete our experience. The after sales followup has been great as well. I have bought cars online for many years and appreciate the EXPERIENCE. It was not a sale and more of an EXPERIENCE with Robert and Kamryn. Thanks so much for your service. I would definitely purchase from this team again.

Title: ZERO STARS!My recent experience with Mercedes Delray repair shop has been nothing short of a costly nightmare. After entrusting them with my car, damaged in a rear-end accident, I had expected professional service and effective communication, but what I received was far from satisfactory.The repair process stretched an astounding seven months, during which my attempts to communicate with the service representative were consistently thwarted. Dodged calls and unanswered emails were the norm, and when communication did occur, it was marred by a dismissive attitude and talking over my concerns.Escalating the issue to Mercedes corporate became necessary just to regain possession of my vehicle. However, the litany of problems that greeted me upon retrieval was beyond comprehension. The battery, inexplicably drained, required an extra $600 for replacement. The persistent issue with the convertible top remained unresolved, leading to an additional charge of $3,000. Shockingly, the undiagnosed engine mounts had collapsed, resulting in an unforeseen and exorbitant $6,000 expense.Adding insult to injury, the repair shop's negligence extended to leaving my car outside in the Florida summer heat, causing damage to the upholstery and an additional charge of $500. This lack of basic care for a customer's property is simply inexcusable.Mercedes Delray repair shop has not only proven to be inefficient and uncommunicative but has also demonstrated a complete lack of integrity. The financial burden and emotional stress caused by their incompetence are deeply disappointing. Future customers, beware of the potential pitfalls associated with this repair shop, as my experience has left me regretful and disheartened. Consider alternative options before considering Mercedes Delray for any automotive repairs.

The absolute worst dealership in South Florida. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Go to Mercedes WPB, Pompano or Coconut Creek. The worst service ever. Spent thousands of dollars on rentals every time I had to drop my car off for service because they don t provide loaners. They told me I have to book it four weeks in advance, which makes absolutely no sense. How are you going to book a car four weeks in advance when you have car troubles. Also, when bringing my car in they would never give me the right estimate. Two days, then five days, then another rental, then 8 days. Takes them three days to even get to your car. Then after all of the inconvenience, thousands of dollars spent, they gave me a $200 discount. Spoke with a manager, he didn t care at all. He didn t care if I ever went there again. DO NOT GO TO MERCEDES OF DELRAY because they do not care. If I could a zero star review, I would because that s exactly how they reviewed me as a client. I will upgrade at another Mercedes dealership or go right next store to tBMW.

Recently bough a Certified Used Mercedes from MB of Delray. The sales person (Ron) was extremely helpful and made the buying decision and process very easy. I went in for a test drive and walked out with a new vehicle. They handled the registration as well as the insurance! The one part that was not so enjoyable was the sales pitch for the extended service on the vehicle.

As a young woman I feel like I was taken advantage of. My service advisor Shawn told me it would be $1500 for new tires and the standard service. I signed the paperwork and went to work. When I picked up the car, they blind sided me with a $2600 bill/receipt. Then when I confronted him, he proceeded to yell at me. Still shaken up. Not a way to treat a long time loyal client. Just be careful here ladies. I love my Mercedes but will be switching cars soon due to this experience.

Convenient location and have had service there before. I left a message for my service advisor, called back over again, still no response. I'll take my car to get serviced at another shop where I am more valued as a customer to warrant a call back.UPDATE: 1 month later... still no call back. This Mercedes dealership clearly does not value customer service!

I gave this dealership 3 tries and they struck out (badly) each time. I moved from Fort Lauderdale - where the MB dealership was always a 5 star experience - to Delray. I was shocked at the difference the first time I used their service department. My car sat in the lot for 2 weeks with no update from the service advisor. I drove to the dealership, and the car was not on any records. Just sitting in the lot. I gave them 2 more tries after that. Each time there was negligence,, non communication and poor quality repair.I take my cars to Fort Lauderdale and am happy to say that the drive is worthwhile. Fort Lauderdale is a world of difference

Avoid at all costs.They deserve no stars. Extremely dishonest dealer with an arrogant staff who is nasty and takes advantage of elderly clients. The nastiest person is Stacey in service. She was actually rude as can be and has tried to tell my parents that their car was out of warranty even though by incorrectly starting their purchase date. They have copies of all their contracts in hand. Stacey who really is a piece of work actually told my mother to make sure she spells her name right when she complains. No matter how you spell her name (and nobody cares about the spelling) she is still at best an obnoxious dolt. Either way I will post this review everywhere....I own 2 Mercedes and my next one will not be purchased there nor will I use them for service, neither should you. AVOID!

My fuel pump recall was completed, all systems updated, paint chips fixed and other minor details and my car was returned to me in immaculate condition. My service liaison Evon kept me apprised of the progress all through the process. Evon has made the service process seamless.
