Great experience! I brought my own new oil & filter (Mobile 1 Extended Performance) in and they changed it for $52.99. Then I had my brake pads, rotors and fluid drained/refilled for $698. Everyone was very polite and professional. They followed procedures and protocols here which I like! I don t have to worry about if they put the oil plug back in, or if they put the right amount of oil in or things like that. I would recommend this location!

This would have been a 5 star review, for the customer service in the beginning. Buck (I believe he s the manager) was super friendly at first, made conversation, I felt very comfortable to have my car in his care. The funny thing is, he said never go to Valvoline, they suck. He put a cap on my tire valve, changed my oil, and I drove off to my next stop. When I got out of my car, the cap was popping off of the valve and HISSING air out at a rapid rate. This has never happened before so I called back to see if there was anything they could do. He had a nasty attitude, and told me he would have to inspect it but he doesn t deal with valve stems so it s not his problem, even though he literally said I m putting caps on your valve stems lol. Well at this point I was not comfortable driving because it was leaking air so quickly. So I called my uncle to come help me out, went in target to get a new cap, came out to a completely flat tire. I m stranded as I type this. I called Buck back, asking what the hell I should do and his response was well, that s your fault I told you to bring it in I don t know what to tell you. Even if this happened after I left Jiffy Lube, it is still their fault because they said I needed a cap on my tire valve and I ve never had an issue with it before. He could have been nicer and not so nasty, like I was bothering him & I need to figure it out on my own. His whole attitude changed up from when i was there paying him, though. Now I will be coming out of pocket a few hundred bucks to get my car towed, and probably have to get a new tire. I m so irritated about this and if he just would have been nice and understanding, I wouldn t be so pissed. Thanks Buck!!!!! #scumbag

Great service, and FAST! No need to make an appointment. Perhaps I am not familiar with today's pricing, but my full service with 5 quarts of Penzoil Platinum fully-synthetic oil along with checking tires, air filter, lubricating chassis, checking transmission fluid, checking power steering fluid, checking light bulbs, changing oil filter, checking wiper blades, adding windshield washer fluid, checking/adjusting tire pressure, checking radiator overflow reservoir came out, with tax and oil removal to $127.66. I found this a little expensive, but, again, the guys were friendly and very efficient, and, as I noted, FAST!

I always come to this location for regular oil changes and a full checkup before a big trip. I ve always found this location to be honest and reliable. The service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and clearly explains if any special items need to be addressed.

My favorite jiffy lube that I go to. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. I had a leak in my back light and they replaced them both for me. They are amazing

Customer Service from this team is 100% AMAZING!!!Arrived today for an oil change and from the minute I arrived, everyone was on target witth friendly, professional, courtesy and speedy customer service.Thanks for helping remove the last of the sticky from my stickers and not rolling down the windows. :)Great work Team!!!

It seems obvious that the staff is very well trained first in being in service to the customer and then in all of the services offered by Jiffy Lube. They were all attentive, respectful, explained everything to the customer's satisfaction and the added perks were very welcome, i.e., air in the tires, battery check, wiper check.

This is my first time using Jiffy Lube, drawn in with a discount coupon received in the mail. Was welcomed by Jimmy. C mon into the air conditioned waiting room instead of sitting in the hot outside car.Hersh is my actual mechanic and facilitator of services. Very kind and helpful. When the reviews say they work with you they really mean it. Explained why I was here and not at the dealership and why I needed the coupon. Hersh kindly negotiated with me to be sure my car is safe to drive, I m taking care of it properly, and made me aware of some engine situations/conditions. I m very grateful for his help, support, understanding, knowledge and expertise. When you come in, ask for Hersh. He ll take good care of you, too!

The seller did not want to honor the discount coupon for a conventional oil change at $9.99. He told me it was not applicable when paying. However, your employee who received my arrival confirmed to me that the coupon was valid! I call it a scam...

Went with my friend to get an oil change. She paid for an extra service and when she got her car back her tire was completely flat! She called in to let the man who worked on it know that her tire was flat and he goes That s your problem. Ironic that her tire was in perfect condition when it went into the shop.

I dont like when people try to pad the bottom line. Example: I came in for oil change, I was told that my coolant needed to be topped, cost $6.00. I said let me see, it was about a 1/4 inch below max. NOT needed and I could buy a bottle of coolant for less than that.I was told that my engine was dirty and they could add an engine cleaner for $20.00. I said let me see. I was a bottle of that I could purchase at Autozone for 5 bucks.. I said no. Tried the same with Transmission fluid and A/C filter. Why do they try to suck every dollar they can from a customer by telling them they need stuff that they do not?? Why cant they just do the job asked of them and make true recommendations

After oil change tell me no filter would have in few hours that was 3 days ago still no filter !! I have to call them every day still no filter I m a car dealer in nj never had anything like this plus the man said do I want to top off antifreeze which I said yes he never did that than they over filled my tires to 41 supposed to be at 35 clearly stayed on had cover he looke in door jam I took 3 of my cars there this year no more

During my recent visit to Jiffy Lube, my initial request was a routine oil change. Following that, a comprehensive inspection of my vehicle was conducted, revealing the need for a replacement drive belt. The initial quote for the drive belt was provided at $120, a cost to which I agreed. However, I encountered a series of challenges during the service process.After approval, I was informed of an oversight that occurred, requiring an additional $120 for a second drive belt, which, after consolidation, I agreed to. After a few hours, they informed me that they had broken the bolt for the drive belt. Given the circumstances, I understood that errors could occur. I patiently awaited the resolution. However, the initial estimated timeframe of a few days stretched into two weeks from the onset of the broken bolt they caused. Compounded by the fact that I drive a black vehicle in temperatures exceeding 90�F and hot air from outside, resulting in extreme discomfort and inconvenience for work, college, and other activities. The communication with the customer support line yielded limited resolution options, as they indicated that their ability to address the matter was confined to informing the manager.Despite my concerns and the extended delay, the manager declined to provide any compensation, such as offering one of the two drive belts at no charge. Furthermore, the situation was made worse by the fact that I had already been charged for the drive belt that had not yet been installed due to the unresolved bolt issue.In total, my bill amounted to $600, which was reduced to approximately $515 after applying several coupons and the bolt that was probably $5 that the manager covered.I hope this helps somebody, and if Jiffy Lube can make this, right.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Oil change

Yes, I wasn't happy nor satisfied with my service today. This was my first time at Jiffy Lube and will be my last. I came in for a simple oil change and left with a headache. After, my service was supposedly done. I was told by Karl to start my vehicle and it wouldn't start. Then i was told by Karl that my battery wasn't good. That wasn't true because i have a fairly new battery that was purchased earlier this year. They tried to persuade me to purchase a new battery. I told them that I never had an issue with my battery before. They tired to jump start my vehicle but it drained my battery even more. After that, the vehicle was sitting there until they manually moved it out of the garage. I was told that they couldn't do anything else to help me. Jevaughn asked me if I have Aaa or roadside assiants because they can't help me anymore. Gino wasn't very helpful either with the situation. Gino was just ready for me to pay and leave. I also felt like I was overcharged for the service even with a coupon. I had to wait two and half hours for roadside assiants. I felt discrimination towards me because other customers were in their vehicle and I was told to sit in the lobby. This was a terrible experience for me and I would like to hear from someone to talk further more. Something needs to be done.

Excellent. RJ is honest and up front about what your car needs and won't sell you on stuff you don't need. Ask for RJ. The service was fast and done right. Very reasonable prices. Can't ask for more than that.

Best mechanic team in the surrounding 20miles. I just moved here from Tennessee and currently living in Boynton Beach but I will drive past several jiffy lube locations just because the whole team here has helped take of my family van! RJ, Jojo, Tony and Hersh! Seriously an awesome team and customer experience they have created at this location! Thank you for the great experience will definitely be returning.

As soon as I pulled up I had a manager walk up on me asking me what did I need help with now that s the type of service I needed! Was in and out within 30 min great customer service everyone on shift I give 10 stars to!! Keep up the great work guys!!!!

I took my camry here for a tire fix bc i had a nail in my tire. I had to get it fixed quick and they got the job done fast, the only problem was after I paid i saw a different tire than what I ordered. I talked to the manager and he said they ordered the right tire from Tampa and wil call me to replace it in a day or two which works for me bc I was able to make it to work on time.I have pirellis all weather tires

My very first service here with them. Definitely top of the line service. I had the full synthetic oil and filter change. Got a $30 discount from their coupon from their website. The lady outside was very on point and professional. Took my info and told me about their deals. Then Jay definitely educated me as far as how I should take care of my car and definitely gave me some good insight. I will definitely come back!Service: Oil change

The place was busy; 3 bays and at least 1 car waiting at each bay. People must like it. I was done in 20 minutes. About $120 for full synthetic less $20 with coupon.

sorry...don't know where these reviews that people would drive from Tampa for an oil change because it is so amazing there...All Jiffy Lubes are independently owned and obviously priced the same way...oil changes should be $40 -$70..nit $150. Three things were recommended to be done and one had just been repaired 2 days ago...never again....go at your own peril

I drive from Tampa to get my vehicles serviced here at this location. Although I don t always see the same technician every time, I have never had a bad experience, I have always been treated with the utmost respect, and everything is always explained with patience. I was in a jam and needed to get the oil changed on my '06 Mustang GT. Couldn't go to my mechanic (who usually charges me $79 for 6 quarts of full-synthetic + oil filter + any other charges). I went to Jiffy Lube against my better judgement. When I asked the attendant (Randell J.?) how much it would cost he said $107. I asked why the website said $89 and he said it was with a $30 coupon - which I promptly got online. When I went to check out the total came to$107.32. I asked him why it was so much when he said $89. He said it needed an extra quart of oil - which I knew and HE should have known when he saw my car. He also knew I had asked for full-synthetic. I was then charged an extra $10.99 for full-synthetic and $9.97 disposal fee. The total of $107.32 showed up on the credit card machine and, as usual, asks for a "YES" or "NO"....I chose neither. He then told me it was too late to change the charge - even though I had not responded to the credit card reader! I told him I will NEVER come back to Jiffy Lube and he responded, "Well, I'm sorry to hear that." The next day I received a call from Reno at Jiffy Lube in Belle Glade and I told him exactly what had happened (this was Tuesday). He said he would talk to him manager and get back to me about "how to make it right." The worst part is THAT I HAVE YET TO HEAR FROM HIM. The fish rots from the head. I deal with auto repair people all the time and only go to people I can trust. I CANNOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE and I've had smaller bad experiences with them in the past - oil filter left off, air filter cover not properly covered....BE AWARE!
