I bought a Nissan Rogue today. Maybe the most pain free car shopping experience I have ever had. Val was my sales person. I was getting the oil changed in my other car at another dealership. He offered to pick me up and drop me off after my test drive. He was very professional and super friendly. He listened to me and found the perfect car for my needs at a very fair price. I would highly recommend this dealership and Val in particular.

I bought a 2017 Titan here in 2016 and although it was under another name the customer service and sales department is carried over to the new dealer in Town. The sales team led by Ms Alexis really helped my niece who is a first time buyer, buy a car of her choice. Although we were there all day from opening until closing, they were very patient and showed 5 or more cars, she found what she wanted. She is happy and boy I am too. Thank you Guys.

Dealer is unreal..they knew the car i bought had issue prior to buying it an did not mention anything....untrustworthy...beware..called multiple times with no callbacks...Update.. so the dealer did take care of the issue, Thank you. luckily I had purchased an extended warranty. Still does change the fact that they were aware of the issue...

Made an appointment online and that was very easy. Was greeted right away. Brian was friendly and professional. Waited on site...comfortable waiting area with wifi so I was able to get some work done. The wait for an oil change and check-up wasn't too bad, plus they washed the car and changed a faulty lock on my door. Will return for the service.

I was the first one on the line (after an employee drove another car around inside the garage before open); there I ask the lady Nicole what I want and give her coupon wheresaidthe oil change is gonna be 59 and cents, she said is gonna take one hour and a half, so I was pleased because usually are two hours or three.Ther she comes to me in the waiting room with some notes about what my car need.First was the cabin air filter and I told her, that isn't a problem because I changed three months ago and don't need the others services yet.There she ask me to sing at the side of the filter line. I put my initials believing was for the records.One hour and something else, she told me is ready, so I pay it in the card reader and for my surprise was 167.95, I claim about that and the supervisor "fix" that and now I found they charged me 97.84.I gonna hold that payment because I was calling and nobody answered.Service: Oil change

Everyone here was very helpful. It was my first time at this dealership and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.I use a walker and the staff went out of their way to help me.They took my keys and moved my car to the charging station where they connected it.In the meantime Pat the receptionist showed me to the lounge area for coffee.All in all a great dealership.

I had previously given them a 1 star rating due to the issues I had. Patricia reached out to me and remedied the situation. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and spoke to multiple people in the service department to figure out where things went wrong. Patricia s service was 5 stars for sure, I m hoping my next trip will be as well!

Miguel and the service writing team are top notch. Very attentive, professional and communicate well. Always keep the customer informed of vehicle status,; explanations are clear and concise. All-in-all, an excellent experience. Highly recommend Miguel for his focus on customer satisfaction. An A+ group!

HGREG NISSAN in general has not been a positive experience. I enrolled in a maintenance plan with all these promises when it turns out nothing that was promised is included. Also, they told me service was at any Nissan, but it turns out it's only HGreg and both locations nearest to me are over 30 miles away. I love my Nissan Murano, but even simple questions can't be answered over the phone. I visited not too long ago because of my splash guard and they wanted to charge me a minimum of $150 to take the piece off. I'll stick to Nissan, but not HGreg. They push their survey the moment they sell the car but I have yet to fill it out because of the issues

So I bought a 2014 Mazda CX-5 from delray Nissan September 2020 I was told the car was a clean carfax no accidents I don t physically have the carfax in front of me right now I think I threw it out but I have 2 pics at the time of purchase that I had sent to my wife. Today I m trying to sell back the car and the car was in 2 accidents according to the carfax and dealer was able to show me where the repairs was done and where it was painted so I think this was very unfair I feel cheated
