I am traveling and live out of state. Was fortunate enough to locate this shop. They showed me the situation with my tire and reviewed all my options to allow me to make the best decision for my situation. Had me in and out in very little time with a safe tire. Fantastic customer service. I really appreciate the service I received, especially with being out of state. Thank you

Excellent service all around! Had a screw in my tire, so with this store right down the street from me, I brought in over to have it repaired. From the moment I walked in the door, it was like I was an old friend! Friendly service from everyone I dealt with and was in and out in an hour. Thanks guys!!

Customer Service is on point. I called to schedule an oil change they told me to come by anytime. They asked me if I would be dropping off or waiting for it. I told him that I drop it off and within three hours. At the time that I did the drop off, they asked me if there was anything else they needed to check out. I asked them to check something out and apparently it s already in the service for the oil change so they didn t charge me extra. Guy named Mike check me out Gave me the same price as the guy did over the phone everything was transparent.

While I spent more than anticipated, I found this firestone to be great to deal with. Service was great, no hard sells on their suggestions and finished within the time we discussed. Customer service guys were very friendly and kept me informed of what was going on. Will definitely be using them again

The entire crew at Firestone was fantastic. I had to change all four tires unexpectedly, and the guys were able to get me in and on short notice with the tires I wanted in 2 hours. Highly recommend this shop!

Firestone cancelled my appointment because I couldn t arrive an 1 1/2 hours earlier than what my appointment was for. They didn t tell me ahead of time. They only had one mechanic, which I get why they couldn t take me that day. But I try to book for another day (which their reservation system lets me select up to 6:30pm for an appointment) and the guy at firestone told me that the latest I can actually make an appointment is 5pm - literally 2 whole hours before closing. 2 hours for an oil change- no thanks. Never coming here again

Absolutely 1000% unsatisfactory. Delivered my company fleet vehicle for service at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am appointment and called prior on Friday for the appointment. A staff member said it was taking forever to get the service approved by the fleet maintenance, it wasn t until 2:00pm or so they contacted the fleet maintenance account (i know this because i called the union leasing maintenance group about my company vehicle they lied to me). Firestone kept blaming the maintenance account for the vehicle. I know the real truth, the techs are lazy and don t want to work on the larger size vehicles. I was in the auto service industry before and know very well. They also put the new wiper blades on backwards along with wrong size, rotated the tires and didn t both to check the tire pressure. They also were clueless about my vehicle and what it was every time I called in to check on the service. I ll be returning over the weekend to have these unsatisfactory items fixed. I also had to explain to my boss as to why it took a whole day to get my vans oil change done . A freaking oil change!

This place is terrible, come here if you want your concerns ignored and to be offered overpriced crap you don t need.Went here back in December for a tire rotation and oil change and paid for a diagnostic fee so they would check my front right tire, which had kept having low air pressure over the past few weeks.They said my front brakes needed to be replaced which made sense but they wanted me to buy new rotors as well despite them not being worn down at all. I asked about this, he said it wasn t necessary, so why were they trying to get me to pay extra for unnecessary work??I asked about the front right tire possibly having a nail twice and they said it was probably just the cold weather and I asked that they check just in case because otherwise I wouldn t be paying the diagnostic fee.They never bring it up again so I assumed all was well and paid and left. After seeing the receipt they charged me for new rotors which i told them specifically I did not want, and a few weeks later I was still having issues with my air pressure so I had a friend check my tire, of course there was a nail right in the middle that they clearly would have seen if they had just looked like I asked them to. Very frustrating they did not listen to me, I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend to anyone.

You ever see the dateline specials where they have a legitimate mechanic inspect the car before taking it somewhere else? Well this is my scenario. I took my car to my friends shop right before getting simple oil change. Without going I great detail. I brought my car for warranty work for a tire. I was called with some baffling servicing recommendations and crazy numbers, which made my friend roll on the floor laughing because everything they recommended minus one thing (brakes) was truly unnecessary. I wouldn t go to these guys for anything more than tire servicing. Be careful. Get second opinions always, support mom and pop mechanics.

Without an appointment I was able to get a new set of tires at a reasonable price very late in the afternoon and I was able to pick up my vehicle before closing time.

I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. I went to this location because it was recommended and convenient. I needed 2 tires. I noticed that my tires were bad and needed to be replaced ASAP.First of all I honestly believed that I was given the price of the more expensive tires. The guy had only 2 recommendations ...an oil change and a battery.I had just replaced the battery a month ago with an oil change. When I told him this he quickly changed the recommendations saying that the guy entered the information wrong for the battery and they recommended the oil change based on mileage.First of all, the sticker is in the window for the miles regarding the oil change. The battery looks new for it is.If I was not in need of tires right away? I would have gone elsewhere. It is scary and so disappointing that you just can not trust anyone anymore. If I had not just purchased a new battery and had an oil change. I would have trusted the recommendations. I will not be going back nor can I recommend Firestone ( 6th ave location)If you find yourself going? Please know what you need and why. I personally just would find a more honest place to service your vehicle. Extremely disappointed in the dishonesty but not shocked. Go to Caroline Tires or Weber Wheels in West Palm. These 2 places are extremely honest.

This is not the first time I visited Firestone, being a consistent client in various states. The staff is always friendly, creates a positive climate, and efficient to get the job done in timely manner, especially when waiting in store!

I was very happy with my experience here. I unfortunately needed my tire fixed on the way out of town. The guys at the front desk were friendly and professional. The repair was done quickly at a fair price and I was on my way. No hard sells.
