When living in NYC, I was looking for a Lexus specialist. Never found them. Moved to Delray Beach and sure enough, found them. And so glad I did. These guys did a fantastic job on My 2019 Lexus es350 Fsport. Much better than going to the dealer and a much better price as well. And you can actually speak to the actual Expert that works on your car. Good luck getting that at the dealer. These are definitely my go to guys for my Lexus. Thank You.

First time visit - The guys were fantastic and super friendly! Easy to call and make an appointment with a real human. Once arriving, they quickly verified my appointment and began working on the car. For a simple oil change and check up, roughly an hour, gave a full detailed analysis and next steps for following care and future appointment/vehicle service recommendations. Nothing pressured, no drama and very easy to work with. Love the simplicity and ease of go. They even have a great lobby / work area WITH WiFi! Made it easy to hangout and knock out a few projects while waiting. They will have my business for a long long time!

From the time I made my appointment to the time I paid for my service, I was treated with courtesy. The service writer explained what needed to be done and the charges to be included.When I received the bill there was no surprise charges. I highly recommend Eric's Wrench unconditionally.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Eric and his son are extremely knowledgeable about any vehicle of Japanese or Korean origin (but especially Toyota/Lexus!). Fair pricing and unbelievably transparent fair business practice. Highly recommend for all your needs.

Clean garage!!! Friendly, fast, & did a great job on my Lexus RC 350. I have found my garage for all My Lexus needs. I felt very comfortable, never pressured, the work was done in a timely manner. I can t believe how clean the office & the shop were. Eric took great care of me & my car. No need to go anywhere else for anything I need for my car! One of best Toyota Specialist I ve been to. From friendliness, diagnosing the car with attached photos, cleanliness and giving you a transparent estimate.I went with my four-year old son a couple of times that took two hours each and he was entertained with the car toys they have for little kids. The bathroom is immaculate which I was surprised with. That also shows a meticulous arrangements of their tools.I walked out of there happy and did not feel like I was being robbed.

Eric s Wrench is the epitome of above and beyond customer service. My cars starter gave out at the gas station just down the street from Eric s Wrench. I gave them a call just to get a quote on a starter(spoke to Nick who was incredibly helpful) the price was also very reasonable. I then asked if it would be possible to take care of the same day, and Nick assured me it was possible.To get my car over to the shop was the next challenge. To save me from calling and paying for a tow truck, Nick and another mechanic named Aman took it upon themselves to drive over to me and help me get my car started so that I could drive it over to the shop, a courtesy that they extended because I was just up the street, but they did not HAVE to. TALK ABOUT ABOVE AND BEYOND.Within 10 minutes of the initial call, I was in the shop, the new starter was delivered as I got there, and was well taken care of while I waited. They even offered to take me anywhere I needed to go while I waited. I rarely write reviews, but service like this is incredibly rare and needs to be celebrated when it is encountered. Will be back for all maintenance moving forward!

I had a problem with my 09 LS 460 that the guys at Erick s Wrench were able to solve. I had my car to my local garage a couple times and they couldn t figure out what was causing the issue. They were not sure so they suggested I go to a specialist that knows Lexus cars. I live pretty far away, but I wanted the problem to be fixed, not just the check engine light out and return back 2 days later. I live about 45 minutes from his shop that is in Delray. I dropped it off and left it with them to please figure out the problem. They did and I m very pleased with their work. The car runs great and no more check engine light. The experience with Erick s wrench was wonderful. They have a great front desk staff and the mechanics are very thorough. I highly recommend them for your car s repairs. Specialists in Toyota and Lexus. I couldn t be more happy with my experience. Thanks guys !

I contacted Eric s wrench to inspect a used vehicle. They were very accommodating, professional and charged a reasonable fee. The report was very thorough and included plenty pictures. I trusted their expertise enough to purchase the vehicle. Would use this service again and will bring the car to them for maintenance in the future.

They helped at my appointment time- no waiting. Vladimir was very knowledgeable and gave some good tips about my Lexus. Finished up sooner than expected. Nice waiting area with good WiFi and phone chargers.

First time there. Used to go to the dealer. Never again to the dealer. Dropped my car off at Eric's. They were on it quickly. Let me know what was with my car and the costs. Very fair price. I didn't have to leave my car there for days. No added surprises. Excellent communication. Never again to the dealer!!!

My first visit and will not be my last!Went in for an oil change . Gave me a full checkup .I was very impressed with the service and friendliness. Eric the owner is from Boston and a big Red Sox fan! So am I!

Eric s Wrench is an absolute gem. Everyone including Nick and Fred in the office and Eric and his son Nick are just amazing people. So friendly and communicative. It s no surprise that every client that walks in knows everyone by name and there is a non stop flow of people stopping by. I got lucky finding these guys to work on my 89 Landcruiser. A+ establishment.

Many years ago I stopped taking my car to the Lexus dealership for maintenance. I had read recommendations about Eric s Wrench and tried them out. Since then, with 2 Lexuses, they are the only place I take my cars to be maintained. They are honest, well priced, friendly, and most importantly, experts working on Lexus and Toyota.

Excellent service. If you have a Toyota and you live in or near Delray this is the place to go. I have a 2006 tundra that they've been maintaining for the last 5 years. They spent several hours troubleshooting my issues and mistakes I've made when trying to do my own repairs. The best in town.

Amazing first time experience; we were recommended to Eric's Wrench by my mechanic who only does German cars. From the first contact via phone with Nick, to driving away after the work was completed, everything was transparent, quick, well performed and reasonably priced..can't say enough good things about them. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who drives a Toyota, Lexus, Mazda or any Japanese vehicle. There is a reason they are rated so highly!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

I've been coming to Eric since he was at the old location. His staff are amazing. If the mechanic something is wrong or should be fixed/replaced, believe him/her. I was just a little annoyed about some preceding changes. I brought my next car to them, and they did a great job!!!!

My scion shut down one night while I was driving, contacted Eric s Wrench client services rep, Nick, left message that late evening. First thing in morning Nick texted and left voice mail for me, suggested I have my car towed in and he d would have a tech look at it. I had it towed late that morning, early that afternoon Nock called me to report that my failed AC condenser was causing engine to shut down, he gave me the repair cost and time frame. Repair was completed before noon the next day. Outstanding service and personnel, Nick s concern and understanding of my needs and his shop s abilities allowed me to be without my vehicle for only 1 day and Eric s to satisfy another happy client. Thank you Nick, Fred and the mechanic who did the repair.

Re-edited. After having spent a lot of money to have my starter replaced and passenger door lock fixed then having to go back a couple times because of continued problems, I have to give them credit. They did what it took to correct the problem and keep their customer happy. At least they were honest enough to realize the the problem wasn't fixed and not just try to make some excuse and pass it off like other places I have dealt with in the past. They have proven to me they are trustworthy and I will continue coming back as well as recommend them to others. Thanks Nick. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because of the inconvenience of having to go back. I give them 5 stars for making sure the work was done correctly.

1/05/23-UPDATED REVIEW to five stars.This shop has gone above and beyond to make me happy. The power steering was fixed perfectly and I had no problems at all with it until I took it to Chapman Honda where I believe I was deceived. Thank you so much Nick and Eric!
