I recently had my car serviced at Elite Auto Repair, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me. The service was prompt, thorough, and reasonably priced. The mechanics were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. My car feels like new again, and I have Elite Auto Repair to thank for that. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive services!

I went to elite and it was great! They fixed my car quickly and did a really good job. The people there were nice and made sure I was happy with their work. I feel good knowing I can trust them with my car. If you need help with your car, I definitely recommend it

If I could give them 100 stars I could. Amazing company, trustworthy and will go out of their way for you. I had a huge issue with my car and the Subaru dealer was HORRIBLE. I called Moe and he and his team got my car, dealt with my warranty company and fixed me in record time. Saved me time, money and most of all NO STRESS at all! I certainly hope nothing else happens with my car, but I have them on speed dial. Most kind and professional team I have ever seen. Will never go to a dealer again no matter what car I have! Thanks!

UPDATE BUYER BEWARE:After writing my previous review, I decided to give the business another chance.I was even willing to delete my previous review... give them adequate stars... and rave about them - if they did the right thing.What a mistake!I brought my vehicle in some time ago to get the air conditioner fixed.Recently, I started having the same issue. I called the business and asked about their warranty and they said that I was just outside of it, but to bring the car in so that they could see if it was the same issue.After looking at the car, they demanded I pay $224.25 for a diagnostic fee. I never signed anything and was never told how much it would cost to look at the vehicle.I later contacted the owner of the business, Nick, who brought up the fact that I wrote a bad review about one of his mechanics -after his mechanic challenged me to a fight.This charge was their retribution.Moral of the story...Don't expect anything different from a terrible business like this.AND DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!There are honest places nearby. And they won't charge you hundreds of dollars because they're pissed off at you - and refuse to fix a problem they should have already fixed.I wish I could give Elite Auto Repair a negative star!DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!When I arrived, the mechanic, Ray, told me I couldn t park where I was trying to park. When I told him I was sorry and that I didn t know where to park, he began to belittle me and said, You can t see that this isn t a parking space? .After berating me for a bit, he went on to say that he didn t need the job and he could have kicked my car. Now, good ole Ray didn t speak to the two young white girls the same way he spoke to me when they pulled into the same spot (Let it be noted that I m a black male). No, he was nice to them When I brought the incident up to management, they advised that he may have behaved like that because it was so hot outside . Anyway don t bring your vehicle there. There are too many places around that are respectful to everyone no matter race or gender.The manager, Moe, was very professional and extremely nice...

My daughter's car had a bad fuel pump, so "Elite" Auto replaced it, but did not complete the repair... they broke the rear seat frame by trying to remove it forcefully instead of unbolting it first, then did not replace the gas tank access panel screws, leaving the panel loose under the seat. They also disconnected the air bag connections and did not re-connect them properly, causing the air bag system to be inoperative. This was verified by two repair shops that I took her car to afterword. Also, the rear seat was not re-installed, it was put in upside down, and covered by the dog cover that was put in to protect the backseat.I suggest that if someone uses this business for a repair, be sure to check the vehicle fully to make sure all of the work was done properly, and returned to the customer in safe operating condition.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! It s hard to believe that a business would use intimidation and retaliation methods because a customer expressed their concern and asked for resolution regarding a charge for service that was mis represented. After failed attempts to speak with the manager/owner and a service person threatening to fight my brother (fyi: the service person should have done his research, as my brother is a professional international heavy weight MMA/Jujitsu fighter and teacher lol he even wrote and published a book on Jujitsu for the modern day gentleman) the manager/owner also behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully. My brother has contacted the BBB but not before giving this business an opportunity to offer an amicable resolve. He was more than respectful and patient and anyone that knows my brother professionally can attest to his kind demeanor even as a professional fighter! This is a place you want to stay clear of. I don t care how many reviews you read, I wouldn t trust them. If the behaviors of both service person and manager/owner is what my brother experienced run don t walk, away from this place and find another repair facility.

Liars, Scammers and not true to anything but keeping cash flowing inside their pockets without any fear of getting caught until you show them the evidence to back up who they truly are. Even having hired workers to make threats while being recorded trying to get my Truck Keys and Truck away from them before they do anymore damage and than try to recover more money in which they alone caused and than put it on the bill after 4 months of constant lies

Brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, & a couple new air filters.Long story short they call me about 4 hours later to tell me i needed new brake pads (i asked them to look at my break pads). They tell me i have a running price of $520 and 2 break pads would bump the total to over $1500.I get that nobody works for free but $520 for an oil change & tire rotation is WILD.I had them stop work immediately and informed them that I was coming to pick up my truck.They kindly offered me a discount bringing my total to $430ish. I told them no, and that i wasn't paying for any additional work.They never presented me with an estimate (obviously i wouldnt have accepted that price and wouldve went elsewhere) prior to starting work in excess of $100 (which they are required by law to do) & ended up charging me $190.68 for a tire rotation & one cabin filter.They wanted another $210 for the oil change (lol).I pretty much got scammed for those prices.To their credit i went and took apart my glove box to get to my cabin filter and they did swap in a new one so thanks i guess.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires

Went to elite auto repair to have a rattle in my exhaust checked told me catalytic converter was bad 1400.00 got a price for 800.00 right down the road then charged me 220.00 to tell me I needed a catalytic converter also wanted to replace brakes for 1040.00 got a price same place for 480.00 these other reviews are fake don t go there

Nick and Moe are hustlers, they came to the shop on their day off to make sure my car was repaired and returned to me as fast as possible. Hello -I have been using Elite Auto Repair for the past 5 years, so I wanted to share my experience. Moe and his team of mechanics know how to get the job(s) done and offer competitive pricing. They are very personable/knowledgeable and have helped me out numerous times (even after hours/weekend) to make sure that I have my vehicle ready to go ASAP. Anytime I have a strange noise or vibration, Moe and Elite Auto Repair are the guys I call. They are flexible and really make something as painful as bringing your vehicle to the shop as hassle-free as possible.I live very close to East Delray Beach location, but he has another shop in East Boca Raton if that's more convenient. Moe, I'm sorry it's taken so long to write you a review! Thank you, again, for looking after my girlfriend and I's vehicles (2010 Ford Ranger + 2006 Chrysler Sebring). I am very satisfied with the job they did on my car. They are very nice and decent people and more importantly, extremely professional. My car is back to new now. Nick s team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I experienced dishonesty from this shop. Nick the owner used scare tactics to try and get services done on my car that absolutely did not need it. When I confronted them about this, it was total denial, and a patronizing attitude toward me. The services I received ended up okay in the end, but I had to do work myself to finish one service and it was all very inconvenient. I dealt with one man, Moe, who was very cool, but it doesn't make up for the broken dishonesty in this business. Beware of this shop and the dishonesty and scare tactics.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went to Elite Auto today for the first time today and felt very satisfied with their service! My brake was making a noise and the guys working there, Mo, Nick, and Daren helped me with my issue. I can say that I am a happy customer after my experience at Elite Auto :)

Great customer service Himani was fantastic she knows her stuff. Nick was great we were having parts issue and they were all over it . MO is the BEST! He is such a gentleman and always remember his customers! I came for interlock starter and he always treated very professional and with respect! Very honest and so nice to deal with! I had a confirmed appointment for Saturday morning to service my vehicle. The vehicle was sputtering and the engine was dying while in traffic. I drove an hour in an unreliable vehicle for a confirmed appointment on Saturday morning only to be told that they were not open. I have the email confirming the appointment and the individual I spoke to said I could leave my car and they will try and look at it on Monday.. I would not recommend them as they are unreliable in their reservation system so how dependable is their work?Service: General repairs

The 2 gentlemen that run the front desk qt this location are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and handle customers with care & patience. I had a 3rd party schedule an appointment for me with Elite who confirmed it with me but not with the staff on location. On follow up, they took my appointment and handled my needs immediately. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are awesome. done my fix in 5 mins. I got my flat tire and other repair shops unable to fix and asked me to buy new tire. Mo treated my car like his own and did't charge anything. Mo is more friendly and checked some other things in car too. don't miss to visit them.

Nick and Moe were both fantastic. They were straightforward and professional, and exemplify what we all want in a repair shop: a better alternative than the high-priced dealers who will always opt for the most expensive fix. They did a great job on my 2009 BMW X5 (new brakes, fixed air conditioner, and some body work on a fender). Car came back with a detailed (external) cleaning too, down to the break dust on the tires. They also covered part of my rental because I added on the repair work at the last minute and it meant they needed one more day for the paint to dry. You can just tell they guys are honest and have a great work ethic.
