Cody at Delray Toyota is an amazing salesman who made my overall buying experience an absolutely fabulous one. He took extra time to make sure that the deal was done, the vehicle was ready, and that he explained all of the new features and technology thoroughly before I departed. I definitely recommend Cody to anyone who is looking for a great car buying experience.

My sales associate, Robert Retterer provide me with excellent customer services. He was very courteous, knowlegeable, professional and patient during my car purchase experience. He delivered my car to my home and took his time to help me set up the navigation, radio, music and other technical items in relation to the car. In addition, he explained the other features of the car. This act of kindness help to put me at ease in operating the car.

Everyone was very professional and made me feel special. I was able to make an appointment for the same day which was super convenient for me. Cynthia Lebron was amazing. She solved my 2nd FOB key issue and explained everything to me so I knew exactly what was going to be done and how long it would take. Everything was done on time. I was taken to the waiting area, shown where the coffee and bathrooms were and knew I wouldn't be left there and forgotten. I must say I was blown away with the service I received. Thank you and Ed......give Cynthia a promotion.

The experience I had at Ed Morris Del Rey Toyota one was amazing.. From when I walked in the door I met Carlos.. I told him what car I was interested in.. We immediately found the blue car that I wanted.. We took it for test drive and went back to the dealership.. This is where I met my salesman.. We talked over the price of the car.. We did a little wheeling and dealing.. I was very happy with the outcome.. I decided to buy the car.. They gave me an incredible financing rate.. So I bought myself a brand new 2023 Toyota Camry.. Which I am so happy with I can't even explain.. Every day I find a new feature in the car that I did not know I had.. I have been so busy working I haven't had the time to read the owners manual.. But this car does things that I can't explain.. It steers itself if you go out of the lane.. It applies the break if someone tries to cut you off.. The technological Improvements on this car are absolutely amazing.. If you're looking to buy a Toyota or any car that this dealership sells.. I give it 5 Stars without question.. Also ask for Allen when you are there.. He was one of the team that helped me buy the car.. He was amazing and gave me exactly what I asked for.. I even got a tour of the collectable cars they have at that location. It is an experience that I will never forget. So if you are in Delray you must go to Ed Morse Toyota. They take care of you Like you are family. I am very happy to say that I am now a member of their family.. They have an incredible selection of cars.. And the team from Carlos to the salesman to Allen was an absolute pleasure.. I highly recommend this dealership.

The appointment set up is easy. Will my Service Advisor is amazing and so professional and polite. He had me in and out in under an hour. I wish I knew the names of the individuals doing the service work so I could mention them by name. I love this dealership. It was the 1st dealership I bought my 1st car at when I was 19 years old in the 1990's and I remember also being treated very well back then. As a matter of fact, I bought a car from Deerfield Toyota and they pretty much scammed me and did a spot check and asked me to return the car or give them more money for down payment after a week of having the car. I handed them the keys back, got my down payment back in full and went straight to Delray Toyota where I was in and out and got an even better car. Between that time and buying this car I had other luxury cars from Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, SAAB and I can honestly say the feeling when I come to Ed Morse Toyota is better. I don't feel pressured, and the atmosphere is not snooty or uncomfortable. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Truly, I mean this! I have friends that are in need of new cars, and I let her know my salesman's name and recommended her to stop by and that she will not be disappointed with this dealership from the purchasing phase to the service phase and everything in between. Thank you, Toyota, and thank you Will and Management.

I live in CO and was in search of my next vehicle. I knew what I wanted and ended up finding it at Ed Morse Delray. I called and inquired about the vehicle and Ana was quick to assist and VERY helpful with any information that I asking. She referred me to Carlos, who assisted me through the rest of the purchase process. Carlos kept me informed throughout the entire transaction, every step of the way! He included pictures of the vehicle, video of it being loaded and assistance with multiple other things for my new vehicle, as well. I was helped by Alan, in finance, who (while I was working) answered a number of questions about the application/finance part of the deal. After all was said and done, I was referred to the shipping company, who worked with Carlos and myself to ship my vehicle to me. The shipping company was also very helpful and always there to assist. The driver kept me posted on delivery the whole time and I never felt in the dark through ANY of this process. THANK YOU Ed Morse for such a smooth transaction! The car came a day after my birthday and she already has tinted windows and remote start. Soon to have upgraded rims, running boards and roof rack! I'm SO HAPPY!

I went in for an estimate and they fixed the car on the spot for no charge. I paid more to establishments that said they couldn't fix my car and to go see a body shop.I have not had good luck with car repairs in Florida. I am accustomed to having the establishment convince me more work must be done NOW. This was a pleasant surprise! I will go back.

Unfortunately for this dealer, the biggest interest lies in selling a vehicle, not customer service/follow through. Once the vehicle is out the door, the customer is no longer important. It's on to the next. Despite my vehicle being delivered with missing items, I've tried connecting with my salesman several times, left multiple voicemails, but no response or call back to this day. The receptionist was not helpful either. I've seen many dealers behave this way before, and it's unfortunate the consumer is stuck with these businesses out of necessity.....I find it hard to believe most of us willingly want to do business with dealers like this.If they'd like to do better, they should focus on customer service and follow through. Sure, you'll get one sale, but you'll never get brand loyalty, and good luck building long term relationships this way.Proceed at your own risk. I promise they'll be real nice up front, but know once the money is out of your pocket you're on your own. At this time, I would not recommend.

The initial six month maintenance for my new Camry appointment was taken promptly. All my questions were thoroughly answered and there was an unexpected (and much appreciated) improvement to my screen behind the steering wheel. Smooth transaction. I liked that they didn't try to sale me a different vehicle other than the one I requested. Other dealerships tried that, which I found disappointing.I live over 600 miles from the dealer, so the salesman Don kept me informed as I waited on the vehicle to arrive & ensured that I had a smooth handoff. I drive 45 minutes out of my way to get my Toyota Camry (which I bought here) serviced. I moved away about 2 years ago but drive that distance because Gabby Verdesoto is such an outstanding representative for Toyota and their service dept. She is kind, honest and strictly business.

Came in for a recall. They kept my truck for 5 days and didn t do anything. They sent me to corporate to file the claim which corporate said it clearly states on the recall the dealership is supposed to handle it. They said they would call when the part came in and just never called. I filled out their survey and got no response. I ended up just paying for it elsewhere. What a frustrating waste of time with no vehicle and nothing getting repaired.

Made an appointment for a simple oil change, arrived on time and waited a half hour to be helped while everyone else that came after me had been helped. I spoke with a gentleman who confirmed my appointment and told me a man named Will would be right with me and put a paper on my windshield that said Will About 15 minutes into me waiting but no one came. I also spoke to a second man who I told I had been waiting for 30 minutes to be helped and he did nothing but say okay. One of the worst customer service I do not recommend coming here unless you have all day to waste

Requested certain services that weren't done after checking in addition to being charged incorrectly for things. Misleading information from service rep, and when they charge this much it's not competitive at all so might as well take your car someplace else with actual servicing to expectation. They have no problem trying to upsell you but they barely fulfill the minimum requirements. Won't be returning
