They seem honest on first impression but they are liars. They used parts that were not original from Honda without consulting me and charging as were original, and the work never turned out well. I had to take it 3 times but it was never perfect, I had to pay out of pocket for the rental car when I took it back, since they did not take care of it. It took 3 weeks to change a bumper, when they told me at the beginning only 3/4 days. Now I have a loose light that they have to adjust and the paint started to peel, but I'm going to take it to another place because I don't trust them anymore. I should read the reviews before leaving my car there.

This location is incredible! Great customer service and excellent repair work! My 2021 Tesla Model 3 looks better than it ever has! James is incredibly kind and courteous and kept me informed the entirety of the repair. Excellent communication.

I worked with a very nice and professional representative by the name of Michael Arellano who took the time to explain all the body work that needed to be done and explained why. He was very thorough. I left the car with him on Monday and picked it up this morning and it looked like brand new. We went over what was done, and why, and I was happy with the work, for one, but being able to work with a total professional like Michael Arellano. He made the process a lot easier. I thought I'd get top notch work at a dealership body shop. Instead I got high rates for a low quality body shop. I had to request repaint of a poor looking area of brown streaks in the white paint. Also found when I got home they didn't plug in the new rear light assembly they installed. Two stars for correcting problems, but I won't be using this shop again.Service: Painting

My vehicle was hit back on June 6th 2022. I just picked my car up from there dealership and they left a hole in my belly plate and my front bumper is dented and scratched which the service manager said they were going to take care of it because they came back with an estimate after having the car for 5 months that the belly plate has a hole in it. They took my car apart 3 time and you now want to tell me that you never saw that damage and then tell me you fixed it and the damage is still there. I have picture to prove it to match the picture that were submitted to GEICO this was completely unprofessional after having my car for 5 months. This is ridiculous. How can you just lie to my face and think I wasn t going to check my car. You wouldn t even give me a final invoice for the repairs of my car and now I see why because you didn t repair it.Service: Body & Trim

The collision center saw me and gave me a quote within 10 minutes as promised. They offered to file a warranty claim for the issue I had with my paint job to complete it for free, but when I followed up on that days later, the warranty department said that warranty doesn t exist. I had to pursue closing the loop myself. Not to mention what they quoted me was nearly 4 times what I ended up paying at an independent body shop. Quick service but a rip off.

I got an estimate from Joyce. She was very pleasant in person but as a professional she gets 0. She was supposed to call me to let me know when I can drop off my car after they have parts ready since the insurance would pay for a rental car only for the period the car is being worked on. After not hearing from her I called her the following day she was supposed to call me. After keeping me on a long hold she told me the parts should be in Monday and that I would hear from her either way as to the date I can drop off my car. That of course did not happen either. Another words, she made false promises twice in a row and that s enough of red flags for me not wanting to get my car fixed by Edmorse.

The team at Ed Morse Collision Center exceeds expectations every time! I've taken my cars to be fixed a couple of times and loved the outcomes so much that I have referred many of my friends who need their cars fixed RIGHT! I know that I can count on them to get me the best parts and to not settle for any less than the best. They will dispute with the insurance company when the insurance provider doesn't want to pay for what is covered under my plan.The body and paint work done by James and Bryan on my cars and my friends' have always been top notch without any problems. Once you get the car back, it's like nothing ever happened! And I know that the repairs are made to last without fault thanks to their years of training and certifications.Highly recommend Ed Morse Collision Center!!

They worked through the insurance company, supply chain issues and COVID worker shortages with professionalism and returned our car so we could return to home in the north before our winter stay was completed. Was not happy with overall service. Guy was extremely nice but car was returned dirtier than when I dropped it off. Last time I dealt with them it was washed but not this time. May think twice next time about going here. Took very long. Ed Morse blamed the insurance company and the insurance company blame Ed Morse when I talked to them.

No... No... No! Do not go there! Sent by Geico, there are much more competent places in the Delray Beach area! Slow, 2 weeks for a side swipe! They lie about what's going on. Then to make up for the mess, offered to detail the car for free, but they would need it for another day! So in turn, it wasn't even properly cleaned. Now can't get the paint fumes out, it's like they left the windows open while painting other cars! THE WORST! NEVER AGAIN!

I ve used this place twice the first time shld have been the last however we tried them again. Their work is very sloppy twice they have and a my car with the horn not connected the panels aren t placed correctly I used this company bc I wanted the Toyota company to be the ones to fix my car hopefully I will never need an auto body again but if I do I d never use them again they work is sloppy zero pride to their workService: Body & Trim
