It was easy Paul was my salesman And Russle was able to give me the best fit for my warranty and vehicle they had a good selection of cars, very friendly and accommodating for coffee and snacks. and they always make sure to give the best customer service. This is my second time going through edmorse and I love it and my new Cadiiii

Visit was very good. Everyone was very nice, friendly, helpful, and professional. They treated my car like it was theirs. Wait was short, waiting area was very comfortable . Everyone was asking if I wanted coffee or water. I Am sure that all of the advisers are great but I always go to David Silverman. He is always so very helpful, he will advise me of my best options , it is a pleasant experience.

Throughout the process, someone was available to talk/text and communication was excellent . I have never had this good of an experience regarding communication when buying a car. Thanks for making my time valuable. I had several other cars under consideration but once I realized the team at Ed Morse was serious about customer service it was a done deal.

My buying experience at Ed Morse Cadillac was phenomenal. My salesman Paul Betterridge was very charismatic, knowledgeable, and pleasant. One of the managers, Elizabeth was awesome too. Even the numbers guy was great. Overall a great experience.

Never have I ve gotten great service like this before. Paul took his time and went over entire car, finance was quick entire process took 99 minutes from time I walked in and got my car. Also the GM Mr. Lanzaro was more than helpful and caring.
