Having some work done on my 2014 CTS. So far so good. Greeted as soon as I arrived in the service drive which was very clean. Everyone wearing masks. Will update.

WOULD BE A ZERO IF GOOGLE ALLOWED.... NEVER BUY THIS COMPANY'S MAINTENANCE WARRANTY. THEY OWN GLOBAL PROTECTION PLAN, INC. TERRIBLE TO DEAL WITH AND A NON-STARTER AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS. YOU WILL NOT GET A REIMBURSEMENT AS YOUR CONTRACT STATS. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE GUYS.

Pretty decent the prices are too high they see a woman a female walking in they look at you like you are Bank of America you don't see a female they see the Bank of America now you take it from there me I think it twice before I walk in there only in a huge emergency otherwise I go to a regular mechanic okie dokie

Is the best Toyota dealership I have ever been to.. From when I walked in to when I left they took care of me like I was family.. I purchased a new Toyota Camry and got an unbelievable deal and was very satisfied with the pricing of the car and the features of the vehicle itself. The staff was extremely and helpful. All of the staff helped me from the introduction of the car all the way through the sale and then finally the signing of the papers in the office was a great experience. If you're gonna get a Toyota this is the place to go I absolutely give it 5 stars and you know from me I don't give them out a lot 5 stars are big and they deserve it.

The cost for sercice was explained to me to satisfaction by caring service manager. The gentleman who assisted me was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable and his service was done with professionalism and care. He gave me some discount including washing my car as a courtesy. Mr. J I appreciated your lovely service thanks and for sure you are an asset to Ed Morse Toyota. See you again soon. Our customer service experience was top notch. This was our third stop looking for a truck yesterday. We knew this was the place to make a purchase the minute we stepped on the car lot. Every single one of the employees were just amazing. Such wonderful costumer service! I would recommend Edmorse Toyota to all my friends and family members.

Very polite employees. The pull up and drop off is easy, water and vending available while waiting on service. They have a incredible full service paint and body shop as well. There's a big lot full of beautiful cars to look at. Steve the service manager is a great guy! It's a great dealership.

First time was a good experience. But the second time oh my goodness... The guy that did the service was digging through everything in my car. I hate when people don't respect my things. Hopefully the manager do something. I don't want this guy inside my car never again.

Great dealership and wonderful service department as well. Trustworthy and hard working people. I personally work with Marcos who is great but to be honest everyone else works same great way there...loaner person was great, receiving man in service was sweet, billing section people are nice. Never seen another dealership so good. I have Cadillac and Mercedes Benz both.

I will never do business with this dealer or any of the dealerships under this name. Employees talk to you as if you work for them or owe them something. When putting in complaints they act concerned as if something will be done and assure you someone will reach out to you over a month goes by and they have done nothing I wasted money on a warranty that they refuse to honor .

Service is good and cheap enough, waiting area clean, my service rep Glen listens to car problems. My car is washed well. Waiting time is good and fast per appt. Can be trusted unlike Jiffy Lube. Thanks. Worth going back.

My son had his truck worked on in Muscatine Iowa and they not only did not fix the truck they took his warranty money and never filed with the warranty company.

Great place. Friendly people and great service. Billy Austin and Bob King handled my lease. Went online, selected my car, negotiated payments, completed paperwork online. Visited the dealer to sign paperwork. Transaction completed in a little over an hour. Driving my Cadi. Great job all!

Other than the concern that one is paying more than he should at a regular dealership, this is a thoroughly professional organization that treats customers well and provides excellent service. The complimentary car wash is a nice touch, too. And you can have confidence that they are doing the job correctly and with exactly matching parts.

Fantastic customer service. We have owned several Cadillacs throughout the years and dealt with a few Cadillac auto services here and in VA. This place by far, exceeds our expectations. Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and they are quick to respond back to voice mails and messages.

These folks are a bit slow when dropping off the car. They also tried to have me replace my brakes when they still had ample life in them. I took the car to Autowerks and they checked the brakes and told me I was fine. The dealer would have charged over $1000 dollars to fix.

Went in for service appointment for tire issue. Waited longer than if it were an oil change but it was fixed and the price more than fair. Service representatives should address customers when they walk in instead of staring at their computer screens making people stand and wait awkwardly. Eye contact goes a long way.

Today was a bad day. Arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Was ignored by most of the staff, a few we're even rude, as the place was overly busy. Waited 25 minutes, looked like it would take almost that much more just to be seen to start writing up an oil change. So, with no help, I wrote them a note, to cancel my appointment and left. Got my oil changed at the local express shop in about 15 minutes, just down the road. Makes me wonder why I have purchased 2 cars here.

While I'm currently stuck living in Orlando, found it necessary to return to my hometown to lease a impressively packaged 2022 Corolla from Ed Morse because they were the ONLY dealer who could make it happen. Hope you guys have a merry Christmas

Have my cars serviced there when I am in Florida. Had an oil change, alignment and new tires before the drive home. Also, my mother has her car serviced there, they help her out a lot. Prices are what you would expect from a dealership.

They sold my father a car, had him sign contract and allowed him to leave with the car assuming the loan would be approved being that it was late. My father offered to come back the next day but they reassured him that everything was good on their end and it was ok to leave with car that night. 3 whole weeks later my father was called back to pay an additional $500 or the car will be taken back. Why? Because the original loan fell through due to, lack of information which they failed to verify before letting my father sign contract and leaving the lot. They worked out another loan without my fathers knowledge, locked his car so it wouldn t start and called him stating the new loan has better terms but will require an additional 500$ and an increase in his monthly payment. It was that or return the car and be car-less. They also stated that oh by the way your first months payment will too be due 2 weeks after that. My father was left to figure it out having to lend the money from someone in able to keep the car on a mistake that was made on their end. Very inconvenient to the customer all they cared for was to make a sale. After speaking with sales manager all I got was an I am sorry we have had worst situations. BEWARE

I had a great experience today with Bill at Acura Delray. I really did not plan on making a purchase today, I was looking. I was greeted at the door by the manager and then handed over to Bill. I looked, took a test drive, stated my goals and they worked with me to make the transaction unfold. Bill spent unrushed time with me, explaining how the process would progress and when we finished, he walked me to the car and went through all the features. I am delighted with the outcome. Thanks to all!

Took off Sun screen w/note not to remove on driver side window. To rotate tires? Service a month early. Peo polite and rotation took about 1 hr. Used WiFi while waiting. Made time go faster.
